Monarch was awesome - I had a lot of changes to make throughout the wedding planning process, and Antonio was always responsive and on top of it. They are reliable, hard working, and easy to work with. Would highly recommend! read more

Monarch was great to work with and came with exactly all furniture deliveries and quantities we ordered. They showed up on time for both load-in and load-out and made my event planning feel much easier. I appreciate them and Chase as the leader of the team. I will definitely use them again when in the Austin area. read more

We celebrated our wedding in Austin, TX and used Monarch rentals for linens, flatware, napkins, some glassware (for the champagne tower of course!), and outdoor cooling options (fans, etc). Monarch was timely in their responses, flexible in their delivery/pick up, and they had a great selection of options to select from when at the warehouse! Would highly recommend for anyone hosting an event requiring rentals. Cheers, Erin & Alan (9-5-21) read more

Monarch was accomodating with many changes throughout a postponed wedding, add-ons, and last-minute adjustments. There was a slight misunderstanding in the contract, but their team was quick to rectify the situation, which I really appreciated as some vendors have not been as flexible! read more

Very helpful and responsive. Prices are clear upfront when you ask. Walking in on a day off they are able to help you and recommend a good wedding cake option as well. read more

The Monarch team did an amazing job helping me pick the perfect furniture, table settings, linens and florals for our wedding. The florals absolutely blew my mind and made our simple backyard event look magazine-ready. Brian, Fabian and Kellie were easy and fun to work with. The delivery and pick up teams were quick, thorough, and professional. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful and seamless experience for our big day! read more

If you are looking for high-quality event rental furniture, table settings, linens, backdrops, and florals that are knock-your-socks-off-gorgeous, I highly recommend Monarch Event Rentals in Austin, Texas. Recently Brian, Fabian, Kellie and crew helped decorate for my daughters wedding. All their deliveries and pickups were done on time, as ordered, and without issues. I have worked in with Monarch as a tent and rental company for several years both as a wedding and event planner via 3 Of Cups Events and as Director of Events at The Sanctuary Event Space. I hand-picked Monarch to serve as the exclusive rentals company for the venue. And I have also collaborated with Monarch's rental and floral department on several published styled shoots and open house events. Monarch offers a wide selection in rentals at competitive prices. Their customer service team is accommodating. Given the situation where several events are taking place on the same date, Monarch has proven time after time that they make every effort to ensure each client feels taken care of (especially when a stressful tented rain plan is at hand). My clients have been very happy with Monarch and I will continue to suggest them. And I am looking forward to the company's expansion. read more

I loved all of my wedding rentals and appreciated the fast updates to my order. Monarch offers chair and linens sales. Now for some of the negatives: - They need to update the pictures on the website. Not everything is available. Or it might be available and they only have a certain amount. - They charge for missing items even it was out of your control. My coordinator gave me some items and then some items were either missing or broken. Monarch didn't give me a chance to locate them before charging me even though I was out of town. read more

Monarch has the HIGHEST quality items to rent in town. I went to so many places for the perfect gold sequin tablecloths and blush satin linens, and Monarch was the only place that carried exactly what I wanted. Beautiful linens indeed! Jennifer was a BLAST to work with. She is so experienced and has amazing taste. She turned my average wedding into a fabulous one with her thoughtful, budget conscious recommendations. The gold chiavari chairs I rented from them were in perfect condition. I was so so please with every detail. I will be sure to use them for any party planning in the future!!! read more

What a gem! You don't expect a place this nice when the outside looks like a warehouse. I was extremely pleased with the whole display of products. The display is so beautiful makes me wanna get married again. I came here looking for 10 chairs for a very small celebration. Since I live in Steiner Ranch, some party rentals wanted to charge me $100 for 10 chairs and a table. So my husband found this place and I'm so glad he did. Even though it was a small order and we would keep the chairs for the weekend and we picked up on Friday, the price was very, very affordable and we were only charged for one day. I'm a loyal customer for life. No more wondering what party rental co. to use. read more

Excellent. Rented linens for a wedding. They had the colors we wanted. Handled some changes to our requirements just a week before the event. Refunded us money due to a small change. Everything was ready on time. Everything was correct. Return was easy. Very professional and much appreciated. read more

Excellent service and equipment delivered, set up and cleaned up in a timely manner. I will definetly suggest them to friends and family!

WOW! This company is so nice. They had the table settings on the floor before we even got there. We only were looking for silverware options and wow I was impressed that they had everything setup. Monarch is above and beyond our expectations. read more

Honestly great and more affordable than the rest. They made my bare bones wedding venue look stunning and I didn't have a single issue all day. Thank you!! read more

My company recently rented 2,000 white resin padded chairs from Monarch Event Rentals and they went well above and beyond their call of duty! We originally rented them for a Sunday but requested that they be dropped Saturday afternoon. The helpline representative quickly went to work and hired their staff on overtime to send out 4 box trucks of chairs to my event. The staff that arrived was so helpful in dropping the massive amount of chairs throughout the terrace space. They were prompt on pick up as well. From beginning to end, I was very happy with my service of Monarch Event Rentals. Next time I'm in Austin again I'm calling them! :) read more

Monarch Event Rentals - Party Supplies Near Me - Austin, Texas

Was a bride and having a small wedding. I ordered champagne flutes, cloth napkins, 9inch round tables, and table clothes. We picked everything up the day before in our truck and although my husband and brother in law claimed the guys in the back loading were a tad lazy (they didn't seem too eager to help load) we had a great time renting with this company. I would refer my friends! They allowed us to keep our rentals an extra day since we had trouble bringing them back the following day after our event. Super nice and easy to work with! read more

My experience with Monarch was not seamless but definitely worth the time because compared to other rental companies, they are the best price and they're very sweet people. Everyone working with Monarch was very helpful and kind, the process was just a little clunky because they kept losing our quotes or not communicating with each other on the team so the agreed upon invoices would go missing and no one knew when we needed our chairs delivered/what time to deliver/etc. Otherwise, we had an enjoyable experience. The chairs we rented were very pretty. I would just have preferred the communication been a little smoother, I think this is something larger event teams all struggle with though. I would recommend Monarch! read more

I'm a local wedding planner and I LOVE the gorgeous linen selection AND the customer service from Jennifer and her team! Not to mention that they have the best prices in town. If they don't have something, they will bend over backwards to find it. If you need tables and chairs for a party or linens, napkins, dinnerware and lounge furniture for a wedding, call Jennifer today and tell her Michelle sent you! read more

Pretty disappointed in the quality of chairs we got for a nice dinner at our place... Chairs were dirty, stained and rusted read more

Had a great experience with Monarch Event Rentals. The linens were beautiful and the guys in the warehouse were ready to review my order and load up my car as soon as I arrived for pick-up early in the morning. My consultation also went well and the lady was very helpful. My biggest complaint is that when I arrived for my consultation, the lady was extremely late for my appointment and didn't even give me a heads up. She said that she was delivering linens to a bride who requested their services day of because her own vendor didn't show. I think that is amazing that they help out brides like that - but maybe give me heads up, please? Rather than have a potential customer sit in your parking lot for an hour. Overall, very pleased. read more

We had a small party of 40 people. Rented a few tables and about 25 chairs. Kryzta was VERY helpful and easy to talk to regarding what was right for our party and never gave the impression that she was uninterested because our order was on the smaller side (which is unfortunately relatively common). Pick-up and drop-off was efficient and easy and I will definitely use Monarch again. read more

This company is AMAZING! I found myself in need a just a few chairs for a party at the last minute. Not only were they quick to respond to my after-hours email, but they were helpful, considerate, and professional both on the phone and in person. I usually use another rental company....not any more! The chairs were in immaculate condition, and even when I had an issue (my side, not theirs), they went above and beyond to take care of me. I highly recommend them, and will be using them whenever I have the need for rental equipment or linens. read more

Writing this late (wedding was in June of 2016), but I just read an article about weddings and it made me think about this.... First of all, I was the most anti-bride you will find. I was stressed out during most of my wedding planning and did not find it enjoyable for the most part. My fiance and I decided to save money and get married in our own (very large) backyard. I went to another competitor in town before coming to Monarch, and just like the reviews state, they will beat every other business when it comes to price, so that's nice. During the process of going through my wedding planning, I came here about 3-4 times and worked with a different person every time. They were all nice, sometimes a little pushy, but gave me good input when I was virtually clueless and indecisive. On the day of our wedding, it rained and two of the glass vases I rented fell over and broke. I called Jennifer the day of the pickup freaking out about having to pay for damages and she was very understanding and said it was fine. I think she seems like a great business owner. Delivery and pickup was easy and I would recommend them! read more

Friendly, thorough, detailed, responsive, accurate, and affordable best describes Monarch. Jenny and Kryzta have been particularly helpful as we approach my daughter's wedding date. They are pleasant and provide workable suggestions and solutions. I will be a customer for life! read more

I had a really great experience with Monarch Rentals. I used Monarch for all my wedding and pre-wedding event rentals. They have great pricing, are reliable and everyone was delivered and picked up on time. I also used Monarch for the floral for my wedding day. I was blown away at how beautiful the flower arrangements were on my wedding day. Their in-house florist, Fabian is phenomenal! I will definitely use Monarch in the future for any of my rental/floral needs. Highly recommend! read more

Monarch Event Rentals provides high quality rentals for any event at a lower or competitive cost than every other rental company in Austin, Texas. Monarch's rental items are high quality and kept in great condition. They made many changes to my quote throughout my wedding planning process and consistently got everything correct and accurate. On the day of, there wasn't anything missing from our order and all of our rentals were perfect for what we needed. As far as cost goes, you're not going to find anything better in Austin. Monarch Event Rentals took a room that was anything but wedding savvy to a wedding paradise! Thank you Jennifer for making this possible. Her help and guidance in affirming our selections and sharing with us your talents and vision allowed us to transform a dull, drab event room into a magical and breathtaking event. She also clued me in to different sales where I could save on chairs and linens which greatly helped with my budget. Jennifer's eye for detail is noted even down to the hue of uplighting color. Jennifer and her team set everything up and took it down, and I can't begin to tell you how helpful that is when you are the mother of the bride! I was able to enjoy my day and let her deal with the stress! I have another event coming up in June and Monarch Event Rentals will be the first I call. read more

As an event planner, I've been using Monarch for a few years now and I am always happy with the results. Jennifer is prompt, professional, and easy to work with. The rental items are always exactly as they advertise and the delivery team is more than helpful with set up. I can't wait to plan our next event with Monarch! read more

I can see I'm the outlier here, but I wouldn't necessarily choose Monarch, given the choice. Our venue required we rent through them, so we didn't do any research, we just had to go with it. Any correspondence we had through email was really prompt and helpful, but the phone was an entirely different story. We picked our table up on the day of our wedding and all was fine, but returning them was a mess. Someone told my husband they would be there until 4 or 5 p.m. the following day for the return, and after I took time away from my friends and family to drive a loaner van up all the way to their facility before 4, no one answered. It was so stressful. My husband eventually got through to someone on a backup-backup phone line, and they said they would call us Monday to sort things out. By then we did not have the van and had no way to get the tables back, plus no one had called us on Monday. On Tuesday my husband talked to someone who was argumentative and did not help us find a solution. I emailed and was immediately answered by someone who ended up being very helpful. They arranged to come pick up the tables. It was all quite a headache, but I'm glad they made it right in the end. If you are going to work with them, I strongly recommend email over phone calls. read more

I was so excited when I originally picked out linens for my wedding as in store they were beautiful. I picked up my linens to realize that my head table linens (4) were 3 different shades of Gold. They tried to explain to me that this was because some were washed more than others. Totally understandable but still not an excuse. Who wants linens that don't match? When you are paying for a service and something you see, you expect to get that. The staff did a good job of trying to fix the issue but even on my wedding day the linens did not fit the tables properly and they had to lay two linens on one table just to make it look right. It all ended up working out okay but I was very disappointed due to feeling like they just threw something together rather than providing me with the linens I rented to properly fit the tables. They brought in so many that day trying to pick through to find ones to work. This is not a fun thing to deal with on your wedding day! read more
