Deception I needed 10 chairs for a family gathering that we are having this weekend. After doing some online research, I came across this company. I had started the reservation for the 10 chairs online but didn't finish because I had some other things pop up. About 10 min after starting my cart online, I received the following text "Hello ______, this is We Bring the Party. We've noticed you left items in your cart. Did you have any questions we could answer to help you complete your order? Please continue to checkout using code ________ to save BIG, here is your custom link __________________________" So, I used the custom link and completed my order online using the code they provided in the text. I was quoted an amount of around $50 and paid a deposit online. A little while later, I received an email saying that the total amount was over $80 and it did not apply the code they provided. So, I called the number on the invoice. I spoke with someone who told me that they normally do not rent out just 10 chairs and that they were suprised the order even went through because it was such a small rental. They also claimed that the code was not applicable anyways. So, I cancelled the rental order and asked for a refund of my deposit. They told me they would refund it, but I have yet to see the refund of my deposit. I feel this is incredibly deceptive. Not only did the final price not match up due to a code THEY TEXTED ME but I have a real problem with the fact that I was able to place the order and pay a deposit even though they do not do rentals of that size. This is incredibly dishonest and I wonder how many other people they have scammed due to this. I definitely would NOT recommend them for any service. read more

They are absolutely amazing! From scheduling to setup and communication. Top notch customer service. I got exactly what I asked for with the table and chair packages. I was working on a limited budget and they made sure I could meet the needs of my event at an affordable price. The delivery was very fast and worked around my event time as well. Updated to state that the owner of this business William Gann tried to post a false Yelp review to our own personal business Yelp page because he is immature and vindictive. Dear Mr. Gann, THIS is why you take care of your customers. I recommended your company to my Sister because we had booked with you TWICE before. You must have cared more about your customers when you first got this business off of the ground here in Austin because WOW has your perspective on quality customer service changed...for the worse...as time has gone by. I recall that the first time we rented from you we received stellar service, but the second time around your driver was LATE, I had to call...AND the bounce house he set up and left us was FILTHY, sticky, trashed out and stunk of mildew. I had to clean it MYSELF for half an hour...45 minutes before my sons 5th Birthday Party! YOU yourself refunded the money to me at THAT time and apologized profusely. I'm absolutely appalled that we gave you another opportunity to get things right and keep our family's business and not only did you NOT recall the previous TWO bookings at this same address, but TWO of the three times we booked with you we were treated like throw away customers...instead of repeat business. Employees left the driveway and back gate open after delivery and pickup. It's obvious to close a gate after opening them. We were there upon delivery and closed the gates ourselves but unfortunately we weren't able to be there at pickup. Due to them leaving both gates open 2 of my mothers chickens were killed by dogs that got onto her property bc they didn't shut the gates! Let the company know what happened and haven't heard a word from them. Sandi's Moonwalks seems to be the same company as We Bring The Party LLC. read more

We decided to host a "Black Friday" Party this year to offer ourselves and our friends an alternative to traditional Black Friday shopping madness. I thought renting a bounce house would make for a great diversion for our girls and the similar aged children of our friends and neighbors. It allowed us to attract all the kids to one spot while the parents enjoyed food, drinks, and conversation while the kids exhausted themselves throughout the day and evening on the bounce house. I researched several rental companies online and found the webpage on We Bring The Party to be very user friendly and well representitative of their rental items and services. Pricing was competitive with similar companies in the area. I submitted my request to rent on the Wednesday morning before Thanksgiving and I got a call back within 30 minutes of submitting my online order request for the "Frozen" themed bounce house with slide and the optional overnight package ($75 more) which includes a light show that follows the beat of music played by the user (music device is by the renter). Some of their competitors charge a premium for the "Frozen" theme. These guys offered the same price for "Frozen" as a themeless bounce house. I appreciated them not gouging us on the popularity of the movie these days. I paid the deposit over the phone. They told me they would deliver between 7 and 10 Friday morning. They showed up as promised and quickly and efficently set up the bounce house. They took the time to do it right and to show us how to operate the lights for the light show. The delivery and set up crew were courteous and professional. In addition to the house they provide a tarp the length of the bounce house by maybe 6' to give a clean surface on which kids can take-off and put back on their shoes. The rental equipment was clean and well maintained. Everything worked as advertised and the children and adults were equally pleased with the experience. In all we spent $326 and gave about 15 kids including our own an enjoyable alternative to tagging along with their parents in a chaotic Black Friday environment or staring at the TV while the adults go shopping. I will use We Bring the Party again for children's birthday parties, etc. read more

Trevor and the gang made my son's 1st birthday party a great time. I called Trevor and he actually answered unlike other companies and asked me what my son's theme was for his birthday. When I told him it was a mickey mouse theme he recommended a mickey mouse banner for the bounce house. Needless to say with all of his great customer service they have a lifetime customer. read more

We Bring The Party is one word: AWESOME! We recently booked with them for our daughters birthday party! She absolutely loved the princess castle! It was absolutely perfect for her party. We also tried out the snow cone machine, which was a HUGE hit with not only all the kids at the party but the parents too! After renting from several other companies in the area I can honestly say that this was the most enjoyable experience we have had! I love that the business is family owned and they really do their best from start to finish to make your event great! Their prices are great and their customer service was excellent!
