I spoke to Beau and was happy to learn that he still had two tents left at a really reasonable price, especially considering how late we were calling to schedule on one of the busiest spring weekends in Austin. Beau was friendly, helpful and really flexible with our last minute scheduling, including another reschedule that the event owner required for the timing of the setup. When my debit card declined the balance payment the Monday following the event, Beau was friendly and understanding (my credit union was having problems with their card network) as we worked out another method of payment. Big Texas Party Rentals met or exceeded ALL of my expectations. The customer service was excellent, Beau was friendly in all of our phone and email correspondences and the tents showed up as scheduled (even after we rescheduled the setup time). If I ever need any other party rentals (tents, lights, chairs) Big Texas Party Rental will be my first phone call. I highly recommend this great local business!

Operation Jump is not liable for any underground piping or wiring." because it releases them from any kind of ownership, accountability or even a basic apology when their installers COMPLETELY RUPTURE THE MAIN WATER LINE TO YOUR HOUSE. After installing the water slide, they ruptured the main water line to our house and left while water was exploding from the ground and completely flooding our yard. After finding an irrigation company that was extremely helpful and unlike Operation Jump, offered great customer service, we were able to get it fixed. $500 later, a flooded yard, and giant hole dug in the yard, it is repaired. The total cost of this inflatable water slide is now just under $1,000. When I called Operation Jump to explain the situation and ask if they were willing to do anything as a result of the negligence, they said "No, because you signed the contract." Needless to say, I'll never use this company again and will be sure to tell everyone I know to do the same. If you do decide to take the risk of destruction to your home and need someone to fix it in an emergency, please call American Irrigation Repair. They were extremely helpful. He always replies my messages within 5 minutes. He checked my front yard and made sure that the water slide could be fitted in before I placed order. He asked me to call 811 to mark any water or gas lines in my front yard so he could stake safely. He called me the day before asked me if he could deliver earlier and he arrived to my house at 9am as he said. Everything went so smoothly and the water slide was wonderful! It has a sprinkler on the top and a good splashing pool at the bottom. I'll definitely do this again next year!

Worst experience ever! When the delivery & set up crew got here, they tried to say it was noted…read morethat it was for grass, not concrete and that they didn't have sand bags. I showed them my order and they played dumb, I then said well since my party isn't until tomorrow you have time to go get them and come back. Oddly enough sand bags appeared in their truck. After I asked and requested all these ways to put it, they left with saying it's all perfect. The trees were making part of the castle not able to blow up, when asked about it, they said it was fine and wouldn't affect it in anyway. I left it running all night because I was afraid that if I deflated it, I wouldn't get it back up. The next morning, I'll share the pictures, when I called the office, I started with I know this isn't your fault, because she is just the one that answers the phone and I then went into details about the issues I had with the day before and the set up. I then told her I needed some one to come fix it because it was NOT safe and there was no way I could let children in it. After being told there was no one available because it was a holiday and the few staff available were dealing with other things. She asked me try fixing it myself, I then told her, it's a tree, there is no me fixing it, oh she asked me if I could get on a ladder to see what was on top of it and I am 5,2 with a broken rib. She then said deflate it and you can then you can see what is on it! Again I said it's a tree limb and it caused the top of the bouncy house to cave in and that debris was inside. Long story short after telling me that she couldn't get anyone here and me raising my voice because I couldn't get a word in about how I needed to try and fix it myself! I told her someone better be out here within a hour because I didn't pay $500 for something that wasn't working and not safe. The owner of the company called, he started the conversation like this, we do not allow our customers to cuss at our employees. When I then said I didn't and that I hoped their phone conversations were taped because after the lack of respect I received and the fact that the set up wasn't done correctly and me now pissed because he stated out the conversation like he did. He then said, listen to you, your raising your voice with me, I said yes I feel very attack and your telling me I'm in the wrong for something I didn't do, not the fact that me paying the amount of money I did for something I couldn't use. He came out to the house, when I went outside he said, they did a poor job of setting it up. No apologies for ANYTHING, he then took it down and all was ok. I understand that it was a busy holiday, but when a customer calls in and says it's not fixable and then gets told I needed to fix it myself and all of the crazy mess. You show up and acknowledge the problem and then apologize. They were a good price and I appreciate that they had one available for the holiday. But the lack of employees to make sure you get what you paid is unacceptable.

They were very helpful and made sure that they placed everything were I wanted it. They even called me when they were stuck in a little traffic on the way to deliver, but I was ok with it because the drop off time was hours before my event. I love that they offer super early delivery as early as 8am I believe, which gives you time to set up everything as you wish. They also don't rush you for a pick up time. They picked everything up at 7pm per my request that time. I also rented the small bounce house again this past Sat just because my son and daughter loved it soo much! They dropped it off at 8:30am and picked it up right about 8:30pm. They very fast and efficient and I will continue to use them again & again as well as recommend them to my fam & friends. They have great Customer Service + competive prices and that is EXTREMELY important because now they have a repeat Customer!

The days leading up to the party I had personal phone calls and texts making sure everything was ready and set to make it a wonderful party. Even as they were out for deliveries that saturday they texted me with updates so I would know when to expect them. They also left the bounce house til 9pm, which thrilled my daughter ;) I don't know if they usually do it, but my daughter's b-day is in February so probably not as much as a demand for bounce houses, but still...
