We have rented from this company for a few years, and they have always provided on time, courteous service, with fun equipment. This year, in the midst of COVID, we rented a bouncy house obstacle course for my daughter's birthday - she has special needs, and there were no other kids there (she has a hard time making friends but also just the typical approach this year). The owner personally delivered the equipment. He and I spoke for while, and we share some similar life experiences. Not only did he deliver it early so we could have it the whole day, but he allowed us to use this for two more days, free of charge. His business has been hit by the decrease in corporate rentals, but he was so kind enough to leave this with us to let my kids have two more days of fun. We called Austin Moonwalks just after 3 on Saturday "just making sure we're a go?" "We don't have a reservation for you today." And, sure enough after a couple of scheduling changes we did not change the reservation. 3:15 pm. They call back. We can have a driver going to the warehouse right now. 4:30pm. Driver shows up in POURING rain. Driver is fed and engaged in conversation. 5pm the the rain had let up so he could set up the slide and be at least in the neighborhood of their "we don't set up in a monsoon"policy. 5:30 The slide is deployed, kids are hollering and splashing. 5:35 The driver's truck is stuck and has to pulled out of the field onto the driveway by my stepbrother and I. 5:45 the driver departs, late, wet, and muddy. Y'all this company (and my wife's determination) saved the party. I highly recommend (both of) them. read more

Best Business to work with. Their prices are lower compared to others in the business. They are friendly and helpful. The setup in my backyard was completed in under 15 minutes as was the tear down. The driver was courteous and friendly. He showed up 2.5 hours before our actual arrival time which was great! I will absolutely use them in the future. *If you are thinking about having your kids party at a local establishment that is twice the price of renting your own bouncy house for the day, THINK AGAIN! I was impressed with their professionalism compared to previous companies I've used for bouncy castles. I especially liked the email several days in advance with the additional information as well as the info sheets provided with delivery, in particular a contact number if I needed last minute help. I doubt I'll ever need it, but it's great to know that's available if a problem occurred. The bouncy castle was delivered well in advance of the party and picked up that evening. They took a credit card for the deposit and then check or cash for the remaining balance at delivery. read more

I am a teacher and each year our school works with Austin moonwalk to provide inflatables for carnival. They are incredibly competitive with their prices. Yesterday Austin moonwalks came out to set up for our Fourth Annual Dragon Carnival, and it was wonderful. We rented a waterslide for a 6 year old birthday. The original date was forecasted for rain, so we had to reschedule. They were very accommodating. The day of the party 2 guys came and showed us how to use it. The staff was very friendly and made it super easy. The dolphin slide was a huge hit! This is the first time we've rented anything of this nature. It was something we were doing for my kids' joint birthday present. I appreciated the simplicity of being able to reserve exactly what I wanted online, especially because I did most of the party planning after the kids' had gone to bed at night. The price was lower than others I considered in the Austin area. The gentleman who delivered was here an hour before our scheduled reservation and he made sure everything was working properly before he left. He returned about 30 minutes after our scheduled reservation end time and was equally efficient. We really had a fun time and would recommend them. read more

Although I have read alot of reviews for this company and I am sure there are plenty of success stories, mine was the complete opposite. Simply put, Drop off was on time. Asked to have the bounce house set up next to the septic field. Instead they anchored it right on top of the septic field. Technician to set it up at the house was rude and specifically said "I do not have time to clean it, I have other ones to go set up". Ok, strike 2. Then I asked to use another form of payment. Another credit card than the one used for deposit. He takes photo of front and back, days later the original card was billed and no communication as to why he didnt use the card he took a photo of...or even call me. Communication people! Now, here I am, July 12th...I rented it on July 3rd. It was left at the house until today July 12th! Now let's put the icing on the cake. After speaking with the owner and I had only 1 request and was quite frankly over the whole thing until now. I asked that whomever picks up the bounce house to not drive into the back yard. It has rained and the ground is saturated and the truck can sink into the irrigation system and/or the back yard. The technician calls me today July 12th and asks who took out the stakes holding down the bounce house? I said "I dont know, I don't work for you guys" (Another communication break down). So then I ask him, "did you drive to the back"? He said yes.....enough said. Ridiculousness. Last time I use, neghbor uses and the church uses them. Plenty of opportunity to redeem yourself and still fell short. Sometimes it is ok to own up to your mistakes. Ownership! read more
