The combo jumper can be used wet or dry but we decided to leave it dry for the day. Pick up and drop off were incredibly easy, with no issues at all. They consistently communicate with you during the whole process. The best part about the whole rental was the early drop off and late pickup. Although, definitely not guaranteed, because of how busy they were, they dropped it off on Friday and picked it up on Sunday. We were able to not only play with it on Saturday, but enjoyed two extra jump sessions on the day before and after the party.

Again no communication until they came to pick it up and we were told that the kid that dropped off our messed up another delivery, not the inflatable we ordered we asked. Cut to Monday WE had to reach out again and we're told that someone would reach out between 4-430, its not 530 and ive had to call 3 times someone picked up but didn't say anything all I heard was wind. This place has piss poor communication. It's really not even about the inflatable as much as the lack of communication at this point.

When our original bounce house rental company's truck broke down on the way to our carnival with no guarantee he was going to make it to the carnival on time, we were in a panic with only an 1 1/2 hours until our carnival started. I called Austin Metro Moonwalks and even though they were almost out the door with another delivery (and on one of the busiest weekends of the year for bounce houses!), Marshall was able to find a couple of bounce houses they had available and said he would send his driver to our rescue as soon as possible. We were able to sign the contract digitally, pay over the phone, and within just a matter of minutes, we have bounce houses confirmed. They stayed in constant communication with me until they arrived to set up and showed up on time to pick up the bounce houses at end of the night. They even gave us a discount since we rented multiple bounce houses. I think our school has found a new vendor for bounce house rentals from now on!!
