I am so glad I had the opportunity to work with Bounce Around Austin for two different events and their delivery and setup services were top notch. As I was placing my order online I had a few inquiries and questions which Jason was always more than happy to jump on a quick phone call and go over any details I needed. Their online system for reservations is accurate and I have to say that pricing is some of the best you can come across! We rented out cocktail tables, 6ft tables, various ice coolers, and trash cans. Everything arrived in an orderly fashion and they were great about texting me photos of setup as I wasn't physically there for both setups. Jason took the time to be looped in emails with both locations and made it a point to work with our schedules. Totally Professional. Great Communication. Excellent equipment. Kids are happy! The night before our son's bday, we rec'd an email stating what time the delivery would happen. About 35 minutes past that time, I called the owner and he stated that they were pulling into my driveway. And they were! NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! If you don't feel like reading the whole review (BECAUSE I HAVE A LOT TO SAY). Just know these three things 1) Jason the man in charge is EXTREMELY SEXIST 2) They will set up the slide WRONG AND CHARGE you for it 3) They have no accountability and if there are any issues you are paying for it and it's somehow your fault. I ordered this slide for our company party and the first day there was an issue with the slide. Jason asked me to send a picture and I did and it did not look like anything was wrong. I agreed I did not see the problem and told him I would call back if I saw something. There were more issues so we called him and he came out the next morning and said it was set up incorrect. For $800 a day and the fact it was set up incorrectly (so we couldn't use it) you would think they would discount it but no. We paid $800 for a slide that did not work. When I tried to ask if we could get a discount Jason refused to work it out with me and told me he didn't care if he had to correspond by letter or whatever it took that he would only speak to my boss. He beligerantly refused to work it out with me and then creepily commented that he knew who my father was.. If he wants to reach to my father I invite him to, my father could definitely teach him how to be respectful. The fact when I told him he messed up (which he admitted to) and he brought up my father in a threatening way is how he handles his business is unacceptable. Jason you have no respect for me, you were awful, and your business is awful. So I hope this review is as awful to you as you were to me. read more

Had a nice and easy experience! Their website shows what's available, they installed well before the event, and picked up a few hours after the event was done. We didn't have to do anything extra, so it was a lot less stressful to plan. We hope to use their services again in the future. read more

We've used Bounce Around many times for various parties over the years, they've always been courteous, on time, and the product has always been delivered in great shape (see: clean and undamaged). We had 1 party where someone else booked inflatable rental, they used a diff company, and it was night and day from Jason & Bounce Around. While Jason will let you know when to expect the crew, the other company showed up randomly and let themselves in my yard unannounced. The other company's inflatable was disgusting (dirt, leaves, and even a bandaid inside) but Jason's inflatables are always ready to go as soon as it's set up. NEVER again will any other company be allowed to provide our inflatables. We love Bounce Around! read more

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Jason and his crew were absolutely amazing. They were so helpful with anything I needed, even going beyond what they were asked to do. My party ran late and I was able to text Jason to ask him to come later and he didn't mind at all. They set up and broke down at lightening speed. Jason really knows what he is talking about. He was very thorough on his explanation of costs, delivery and pick-up times, everything that comes with what we've rented and even helped up mix up all the margarita machine mixes! He was very careful of the irrigation system when they set up the bouncy house in the back and even recommended an alternative power situation so as to not blow the breakers. We recently rented an inflatable from Bounce Around Austin. The online reservation system was easy to use. A few days before the event they contacted us to confirm everything. The morning of the event they called to zero-in on the exact time for set-up. They arrived on-time, set-up quickly and were friendly. The inflatable was in great shape, and was exactly what we wanted. They came back to tear down at exactly the time they indicated. The pricing was competitive and the service was perfect. This review relates to a margarita machine I rented from Bounce Around Austin. Yes, Jason was nice and a likable guy. Why I would NOT recommend them: I was unsure whether we needed one or two batches of margarita mix for our party. After thorough discussion, Jason directed me to fill out my order online, but he didn't explain (or I didn't understand) that I needed to specify two batches -- it was clear that I was unsure. When the machine was delivered, they only brought one batch of mix but the drivers said they would bring another. We tipped them and they promised to bring another one. Jason said he called and texted me about it (there was no record of either text or call on my phone), but even if he had, we had a party going and I wasn't paying attention to my phone! The guys said they would come back and we just believed them. When I called Jason later to ask when the mix was arriving, he basically said it was my fault because I hadn't placed the order correctly and I just needed to leave my party and go to the store to buy more mix! He tried to tell me that it was actually really good for me because the mix was cheaper buying it directly from Specs than from him. Like I wanted to save a couple of dollars and leave during the middle of a party! He had ample opportunity to tell me this prior to the party, but didn't and then said his drivers were done for the day and he couldn't help me. It's not that big of a deal, but I felt cheated by both Jason and the drivers. The machine was also pretty loud and seemed old. I will find a company that specializes in margarita machines next time. read more

You are in the party business, when people call they want someone patient and postitive not rude and unprofessional. If you are having a bad day don't take it out on your customers. read more

We reserved a Castle Moonwalk for our daughter's bday party with Bounce Around. Jason was very accommodating - including rearranging his other rentals so that our daughter had the exact castle she wanted - (it sounds crazy, but for a five year old sooo important). Jason even confirmed the rental a few days in advance, something I had on my to do list but hadn't gotten to. The friendly crew arrived on time, set things up quickly, and were on their way with no headaches in no time.
