This is the second time we have used Bounce Around Austin for a kid's birthday party and both times have been extremely pleased and highly recommend this company. The process to reserve and pay for the rental was easy, the price is reasonable, and when I had to change the date of our party Jason accommodated our updated plans. The weather on the day of our party was questionable, when Jason called to confirm a set up time the day before the party we discussed the forecast and safety; since it was just a chance of rain and no wind (key) we decided to move forward, but I got the impression that if the forecast had called for any wind they would have declined to set up the bounce house putting safety first which means a lot to me. The bounce house was delivered/set up on time on the day of our party; the Justice League house was clean and in great condition and has a roof so even with the light rain the kiddos stayed dry and were able to bounce without any issue. The employees are professional and courteous. Bonus - we rented the bounce house for a four hour block, but ended up keeping it for 24 hours+ at no additional charge which was awesome. The kids has a great time at the party, but with a house full of relatives for the entire weekend it was really neat to have this attraction for kids and adults alike for more than the planned time. We live outside of town so that may have factored into the late pickup/bonus time, which the driver cleared with us in advance upon delivery, some might want to clear their yard right away as the bounce house does take up a lot of space, but we were thrilled and appreciated the extra time. We rented a Castle Moonwalk in November 2014. My review was submitted and we were highly pleased with the entire transaction. This year a couple of months in advance I received an email reminder from Jason at Bounce Around Austin that it was that time of the year again. I loved the fact that after a year I received a reminder! Not only did I receive a reminder I also received a Discount Code to use on our next rental for being a returned customer. I was sorry that we were unable to rent a Moonwalk this year, and it was only because of the bad weather that we had the week of my Granddaughters party. We rented their margarita machine for a wedding. They contacted us the week before the event just to make sure everything was as arranged and then let us know the day before what time they would be there to set it up. They were on time and really nice guys. Not only did they set us up and then patiently show us how to fill it (and they filled the first batch), one of the guys gave me his phone number in case I had any questions or problems later on. Another guy tapped our keg of beer for us as we had just gotten it and didn't know how to do it. That was not their job but they helped us out. They came back the next day to get the machine and since we had some margaritas left in the machine helped us drain it so we could freeze it. And the margaritas were great! If I ever rent another machine it will be from them. read more

We recently rented a mechanical bull, margarita machine and a hoops basketball bounce game for our backyard bbq. Jason at Bounce Around Austin was very helpful in every way. He helped with communicating with me but with also my electrician to make sure we had everything ready to go as far as power sources. The setup guy was ready to go at the start of the party. I was very thankful he was extremely cautious with how he ran the mechanical bull -- not getting crazy and throwing people off especially when I had signed the waiver for all of my guests. :) We look forward to using Bounce Around Austin for what will become our annual Backyard BBQ!!! My neighborhood association has used Bounce Around Austin for our Neighborhood Night Out event in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2018, and 2019 (the event was not held in 2017). The association rents tables, chairs, and a bounce castle. In all instances, the items have been delivered on time and set up to our satisfaction. The drivers have come promptly to pick up the items after the event. Jason is easy to reach, and I recognize the same drivers from year to year, indicating stability. This is more-or-less a "fire and forget" rental, which is appreciated given the concerns of event planning. read more

We rented a moonwalk (dry fort with the slide and basketball hoop inside) and chairs for my daughter's third birthday party. Everyone that we did business with on the phone and in person were incredibly helpful, respectful, and friendly. The website worked well (I only wish there were a few more photos of some of the moonwalk options), and was easy to book/reserve online. They showed up exactly when they said they would and let us have some extra time after our reservation. Thank you for the excellent service! I did my homework when selecting a bounce house provider for my son's birthday, Bounce Around Austin by far had the best ratings and I was not disappointed. The prices for equipment rentals was reasonable but I was most impressed with the quality of the bounce house itself and the furniture. We rented a margarita machine from Bounce Around Austin for a corporate party last weekend and were given excellent service from start to finish. Jason is a great communicator and we knew when he would arrive and his two helpers were very helpful and friendly and made the delivery seamless! I recently was at a child's birthday party that rented the "fortress" from Bounce Around Austin. This thing was fantastic!!! The kids played for hours on the slide and bounce house and were plum worn out by the end. We rented a slide and the sumo suits for a kids party. The sumo suits claim to be for 6 and older, but our group of 10 and 11-year-olds could not see over the top of them. They were also torn and stuffing was falling out. I asked for a refund because the product is clearly mislabeled and they refused. I suggest going with a company willing to stand by their products. read more

We rented from Bounce Around Austin for my son's 4th birthday Super Hero party. Got the Justice League 3D inflatable and it was AWESOME!
