When our original bounce house rental company's truck broke down on the way to our carnival with no guarantee he was going to make it to the carnival on time, we were in a panic with only an 1 1/2 hours until our carnival started. I called Austin Metro Moonwalks and even though they were almost out the door with another delivery (and on one of the busiest weekends of the year for bounce houses!), Marshall was able to find a couple of bounce houses they had available and said he would send his driver to our rescue as soon as possible. We were able to sign the contract digitally, pay over the phone, and within just a matter of minutes, we have bounce houses confirmed. They stayed in constant communication with me until they arrived to set up and showed up on time to pick up the bounce houses at end of the night. They even gave us a discount since we rented multiple bounce houses. I think our school has found a new vendor for bounce house rentals from now on!!

Great prices, fast…read morecommunication, and Gary (the owner) and another nice gentleman came to drop off and pick up the rentals right on time. They even helped set up the tables and chairs, which another rental company claimed is "not standard practice in the rental business" but Reeds did it for us. They even agreed to move a very large and extremely heavy wooden board from the back of my friend's truck that was not a part of the rental agreement but they were gracious enough to do it for us.
