Everywhere else we called was full or wouldn't return calls as they promised. I spoke to Beau and was happy to learn that he still had two tents left at a really reasonable price, especially considering how late we were calling to schedule on one of the busiest spring weekends in Austin. Beau was friendly, helpful and really flexible with our last minute scheduling, including another reschedule that the event owner required for the timing of the setup. When my debit card declined the balance payment the Monday following the event, Beau was friendly and understanding (my credit union was having problems with their card network) as we worked out another method of payment. Big Texas Party Rentals met or exceeded ALL of my expectations. The customer service was excellent, Beau was friendly in all of our phone and email correspondences and the tents showed up as scheduled (even after we rescheduled the setup time). If I ever need any other party rentals (tents, lights, chairs) Big Texas Party Rental will be my first phone call. I highly recommend this great local business!

If you rent from this company, be sure to read this one sentence in their contract in fine point on…read morepage 2 - "Leasee is resposible for having all water lines/electrical lines within the setup area marked. Operation Jump is not liable for any underground piping or wiring." because it releases them from any kind of ownership, accountability or even a basic apology when their installers COMPLETELY RUPTURE THE MAIN WATER LINE TO YOUR HOUSE. After installing the water slide, they ruptured the main water line to our house and left while water was exploding from the ground and completely flooding our yard. After finding an irrigation company that was extremely helpful and unlike Operation Jump, offered great customer service, we were able to get it fixed. $500 later, a flooded yard, and giant hole dug in the yard, it is repaired. The total cost of this inflatable water slide is now just under $1,000. When I called Operation Jump to explain the situation and ask if they were willing to do anything as a result of the negligence, they said "No, because you signed the contract." Needless to say, I'll never use this company again and will be sure to tell everyone I know to do the same. If you do decide to take the risk of destruction to your home and need someone to fix it in an emergency, please call American Irrigation Repair. They were extremely helpful. They too could not understand how Operation Jump could cause so much damage with a simple slide installation. The picture attached is them repairing the completely destroyed water line.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Freedom Fun and the incredible team they sent to support…read moreour event. From the very beginning, working with Nina was an absolute pleasure. She was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me find exactly what I needed for our event. Her professionalism, flexibility, and willingness to help made the planning process seamless, and I truly appreciated how easy she was to work with. What really sets Freedom Fun apart, however, is the quality of their people. While setting up for our event, I suffered a very serious accident that resulted in a significant injury and severe bleeding. In those frightening moments, Isaac, DJ, and Adam immediately sprang into action. They did not hesitate for a second. Remaining remarkably calm under pressure, they took control of the situation, did everything they could to stop the bleeding, and stayed focused until emergency responders arrived. Their quick thinking, composure, and genuine concern for my well-being made all the difference during one of the scariest moments of my life. What impressed me most was not only how capable they were, but how compassionate and caring they were throughout the entire ordeal. They stayed with me, reassured me, and handled an incredibly stressful situation with maturity and professionalism far beyond their years. Freedom Fun should be extremely proud to have employees like Isaac, DJ, and Adam representing their company. Their actions demonstrated outstanding character, teamwork, selflessness, and a level of care that I will never forget. Thank you, Nina, for being so wonderful to work with, and thank you to Isaac, DJ, and Adam for stepping up when I needed help the most. I am deeply grateful to all of you and would highly recommend Freedom Fun to anyone looking for a company that not only delivers great service but is staffed by truly exceptional people.

I called Austin Metro Moonwalks and even though they were almost out the door with another delivery (and on one of the busiest weekends of the year for bounce houses!), Marshall was able to find a couple of bounce houses they had available and said he would send his driver to our rescue as soon as possible. We were able to sign the contract digitally, pay over the phone, and within just a matter of minutes, we have bounce houses confirmed. After taking a look at their hours, I gave Marissa a phone call a little bit after her listed hours and she answered with such a friendly attitude and very willing to help. The event date was less than two weeks away and with her large inventory she was able to fulfill my entire request. From stanchions to wooden chairs and cocktail tables, Party On Texas had my event covered. I also rented and paid a service fee to have a 10x10 tent setup and staked down (thank goodness because it was super windy that day), as well as, a few orange cones and tables. What stood out to me was how they were willing to do a same day delivery and pickup without charging an abhorrent amount. I also appreciated how the delivery fee was less than a $100 and not some crazy amount which I've been quoted from other companies. I will definitely be coming back for my future event needs and think y'all should too!
