After taking a look at their hours, I gave Marissa a phone call a little bit after her listed hours and she answered with such a friendly attitude and very willing to help. The event date was less than two weeks away and with her large inventory she was able to fulfill my entire request. From stanchions to wooden chairs and cocktail tables, Party On Texas had my event covered. I also rented and paid a service fee to have a 10x10 tent setup and staked down (thank goodness because it was super windy that day), as well as, a few orange cones and tables. What stood out to me was how they were willing to do a same day delivery and pickup without charging an abhorrent amount. I also appreciated how the delivery fee was less than a $100 and not some crazy amount which I've been quoted from other companies. I will definitely be coming back for my future event needs and think y'all should too!

If you rent from this company, be sure to read this one sentence in their contract in fine point on…read morepage 2 - "Leasee is resposible for having all water lines/electrical lines within the setup area marked. Operation Jump is not liable for any underground piping or wiring." because it releases them from any kind of ownership, accountability or even a basic apology when their installers COMPLETELY RUPTURE THE MAIN WATER LINE TO YOUR HOUSE. After installing the water slide, they ruptured the main water line to our house and left while water was exploding from the ground and completely flooding our yard. After finding an irrigation company that was extremely helpful and unlike Operation Jump, offered great customer service, we were able to get it fixed. $500 later, a flooded yard, and giant hole dug in the yard, it is repaired. The total cost of this inflatable water slide is now just under $1,000. When I called Operation Jump to explain the situation and ask if they were willing to do anything as a result of the negligence, they said "No, because you signed the contract." Needless to say, I'll never use this company again and will be sure to tell everyone I know to do the same. If you do decide to take the risk of destruction to your home and need someone to fix it in an emergency, please call American Irrigation Repair. They were extremely helpful. They too could not understand how Operation Jump could cause so much damage with a simple slide installation. The picture attached is them repairing the completely destroyed water line.

Same goes for his salesman which below explains that in detail. I went in here and bought a Ferris zero turn mower and drove from Lockhart. The price on it was $13,500 and after talking with the salesman he said he could save me some money if I paid with a check versus a credit card so they didn't have to pay the credit card fees and Ferris also had a promotion going on for a military discount of $500 off at time of purchase and an additional $500 via visa gift card. I agreed to go to the bank and get a cashiers check to save on the credit card fees. Upon returning I was informed that due to receiving the military discount they would not be able to give me the credit card fees as a discount. When I asked why the salesman responded with "WE ARE ALREADY GETTING SCREWED BECAUSE OF THE MILITARY DISCOUNT THAT FERRIS MAKES US DO" Had the shortages of this particular lawnmower not been a problem and Almighty Rentals not have been the only place nearby that had one I would have walked away from the deal. Unfortunately I needed a lawnmower more than I needed to prove a point. So remember that when you are considering doing business with these guys they believe giving a military discount is getting screwed.

We were trying to book for our daughter's wedding and kept getting the excuse of "we're in transition." I understand moving locations, but when a customer from out of town is trying to come by multiple times to look at colors of linens during the business hours listed on the website and no one is available to help, that is a problem. On Sunday, I had requested an appointment for Thursday, called, emailed and took off work to try to efficiently make multiple appointments in the area, and was called on Thursday by the owner George Torres while already driving and told that no one was going to be available for me to stop by and that I could come back the following week, if I wanted. Then, my quote that they had sent me was removed, even though I have pictures showing that it wouldn't expire until June 9th and had not asked them to remove the quote. So I sent in another quote request the next week with no response, tried calling multiple times leaving a message to please provide me with a quote with no response again until I finally emailed asking someone to please reach out to me to schedule an appointment to look at linens. The other owner Nina Torres called and told me that they thought my quote request was "a mistake" and had already booked 2 events for that same day with people who had been previous customers so " I guess that's for the best," she said. Well, I guess they aren't looking for any new customers and won't ever get my business or recommendation. Horrible experience!

At the time of the party everything was set and ready for the fun to begin and that is exactly what we did, we had fun, we drank (you do not have to add alcohol to the machines either we did with one and one without) we danced and partied. When it was over the machines were picked up and that was that. Start to finish was simple and problem free. Steve was easy to deal with, very friendly and helpful with great follow through.
