I agree with one of the reviews, I wish I could give them MORE stars! Affordable with top notch customer service. The staff member, Alex, was very informative and thorough about how to use the equipment. He went above and beyond with helping my parents unload their truck with things for the party! What a GENTLEMAN! I can't thank them enough for helping me host an amazing event! My guests can't stop talking about it. ^_^ Will I be using them again? You bet! And I highly recommend it to anyone else looking to rent a margarita machine. Thanks again for such wonderful service! read more

Margarita Man Austin - Party Equipment Rentals Near Me

We had to postpone my daughter's wedding from the spring to the fall(10.10.2020) due to Covid. We went from 120 guests to 22 immediate family members. We hosted it in our barn with plenty of spacing, hand sanitizer and masks featuring the bride & grooms bottom half of their face. Having the margarita machine helped make it more special. We made top shelf margs according to the Margarita Man's specs. Many compliments!! Thanks for your amazing service, advice & help making the day special!! I can't WAIT to host a party for all that we're supposed to be here for the big day!! Margaritas WILL be served!! read more

Picked them because of 5 stars. I must say no one else must have had our experience. Initially the service was great - then they changed the deliver time twice and different days the day before the event. The delivery set up staff broke a bottle of liquor and hid it behind the machine not saying anything. When we informed the owner he basically called us a liar. After repeated attempts to discuss the matter the owner hung up on us. When they came to pick it up (over 1 hour past what was requested) the delivery man graciously accepted responsibility and agreed to refund the bottle. The owner needs to learn what customer service is. We were inconvenienced repeatedly with the schedule changes and to call your customer a liar and hand up on them - wouldn't recommend them!!!! read more

Margarita Man was one of the coolest services I've used! The drop-off and pick-up were seamless, and Alex made sure everything was set and ready to go for our party. The margs were delicious (trust me, I did extensive testing on this), and the machines worked perfectly. I will definitely be using them for our next event. read more

I highly recommend using Margarita Man Austin for your next function! Armando and his crew are always very friendly and make your experience so great! So many flavors to choose from, they recommended the Frosé Rosé flavor this past weekend and it was such a hit. They are always on time and have machines set up and ready to go as planned! Thanks Margarita Man, see you again at my next party! read more

Margarita man is the best! I needed a machine for my small business for Halloween. I was a little worried I'd waited too long to reserve, but they made it happen for me. I got a call back same day and had my reservation taken care of within a couple minutes. When the machine was received I was out and my employee took the delivery. When I set up, I wanted to make sure I was doing everything right, and they totally walked me thru it, super easy. Pick up was on time. Great experience, I will definitely use again. read more

I called Nick the day before we were hosting a party and he was able to accommodate us! He was able to schedule a drop off for the morning and pickup the following morning. He took the payment over the phone and recommended purchasing extra mix, which is completely refundable if unused. He also made the first batch for us using our alcohol. Thanks Nick! read more

I wish I could give more stars! I searched Margarita machine rentals in the Austin area to compare quotes, and was disappointed with the customer service to say the least. Finally, I found Armando and Margarita Man. If you are considering taking your party to the next level, this company really is the best in the area. Not only was it the most affordable option, but the customer service was absolutely priceless. When you are in charge of planning an event, you can't put a price on peace of mind. Armando was an absolute dream to work with. He was so easy to reach, and kept in touch prior to the event, even calling me the day before to check in and confirm our meet time. He arrived 30 minutes before he was asked to be there, with everything set-up before I even arrived. He was so extremely helpful and patient. For pick-up, he also arrived early to make sure take down was prompt. This is truly the best customer service I have received in years. I can't say enough about Armando and his company. Thank you Armando, we can't wait to work with you again! read more

I searched for a margarita machine for my graduation party and stumbled upon the Margarita Man Austin. We booked it online about 3 months prior and received a call shortly after from Armando confirming everything we needed. We were told to call the day before the event to set up a pick up time. The day before the event Armando actually gave us a call to set up a time to drop off so we didn't have to call after all which was very convenient . He said he would give us a call when he was on his way and showed up right on time. He set everything up for us, provided cups and straws and left an extra mix and showed us how to make the extra mix just in case we did end up using it. The margaritas were a hit and we ended up having to make the extra mix. Overall our experience was great and we will definitely use him again! read more
