The staff member, Alex, was very informative and thorough about how to use the equipment. He went above and beyond with helping my parents unload their truck with things for the party! We had to postpone my daughter's wedding from the spring to the fall(10.10.2020) due to Covid. We went from 120 guests to 22 immediate family members. We hosted it in our barn with plenty of spacing, hand sanitizer and masks featuring the bride & grooms bottom half of their face. Having the margarita machine helped make it more special. Picked them because of 5 stars. I must say no one else must have had our experience. Initially the service was great - then they changed the deliver time twice and different days the day before the event. The delivery set up staff broke a bottle of liquor and hid it behind the machine not saying anything. When we informed the owner he basically called us a liar. After repeated attempts to discuss the matter the owner hung up on us. When they came to pick it up (over 1 hour past what was requested) the delivery man graciously accepted responsibility and agreed to refund the bottle. The owner needs to learn what customer service is. We were inconvenienced repeatedly with the schedule changes and to call your customer a liar and hand up on them - wouldn't recommend them!!!! read more

Margarita man is the best! I needed a machine for my small business for Halloween. I was a little worried I'd waited too long to reserve, but they made it happen for me. I got a call back same day and had my reservation taken care of within a couple minutes. When the machine was received I was out and my employee took the delivery. Finally, I found Armando and Margarita Man. If you are considering taking your party to the next level, this company really is the best in the area. Not only was it the most affordable option, but the customer service was absolutely priceless. When you are in charge of planning an event, you can't put a price on peace of mind. Armando was an absolute dream to work with. He was so easy to reach, and kept in touch prior to the event, even calling me the day before to check in and confirm our meet time. He arrived 30 minutes before he was asked to be there, with everything set-up before I even arrived. He was so extremely helpful and patient. I searched for a margarita machine for my graduation party and stumbled upon the Margarita Man Austin. We booked it online about 3 months prior and received a call shortly after from Armando confirming everything we needed. We were told to call the day before the event to set up a pick up time. The day before the event Armando actually gave us a call to set up a time to drop off so we didn't have to call after all which was very convenient . He said he would give us a call when he was on his way and showed up right on time. He set everything up for us, provided cups and straws and left an extra mix and showed us how to make the extra mix just in case we did end up using it. The margaritas were a hit and we ended up having to make the extra mix. Overall our experience was great and we will definitely use him again! read more
