Having now used CV Linens a few times I can confidently say that they have one of the largest range of colors for your event and tabling needs. What stands out to me is the wide variety of fabrics they use for each grouping of color so you can find the one that best suits your theme. I managed to take advantage of their online sale and snag a few 72" square taffetas and grabbed them for less than two dollars a piece. The showroom seems to update with the newer items they want to feature, but don't let it fool you. They have thousands of items available to select from online. Purchased 20"x20" napkins and found them to be visibly uneven. After measuring a few of the napkins, the majority of them were 19"x19.5", some 19"x18.5". None of them that I measured were actually 20"x20". After talking to customer service, this is what they promise with "approximate" measurements. read more

Ordered Items Friday night after checking hours on Google map to verify if they would be open. Arrived 2 hours "before closing time" just see a flyer posted on the door that they will be closed on Saturdays. read more

Horrible customer service. I ordered 6 different chair covers from them to see which would fit my awkward banquet chair. Found the one that fits. When i try to put in an order for 250 of them, their automated shipping is saying cheapest route is $290. I get this a lot as I order a lot from sites and I'm in Hawaii. Most companies are able to enter the shipping manually and get that cost adjusted for me correctly. But nope, not these guys. They refuse to try to do anything about it and say that what you see on site is what you pay. No way around it. Fact: it isn't that much more expensive to ship to Hawaii. read more

Thanks to my puppy chewing two of my dining table chairs, I wanted to cover the damage on the chairs as I was having guests over. This time I didnt shop online instead I went to showroom looking for tablecloth. There was few items on clearance and I found 4 tablecloths and bought them. there was no sign stating sales were final and that those items were damaged. when I opened the packages at home those tablecloth were dirty with food stain one of them had still a layer of food like chocolate on it. I called and they said they receive those clearence items and they don't check them and that they don't accept items on clearence back. This is not only a very poor customer service but also poor quality control. also two ladies at the front desk never said anything about the items I was buying was final sale and could be damaged. i called and even when jennifer offered to make an exception and accept the items back, the excuses about how they do business with clearance was very poor and I really wonder if is worth it the hour drive to return it and get my money back or throw them to the trash. I have been a customer for years and this is very disappointing. Advice: open your merchandise before buying if you are shopping at the showroom. read more

I ordered the faux burlap tablecloths and was really impressed with them. Exactly what I needed for a rustic/ yet classy wedding. I received many compliments . I received them quickly and they were well packaged. The price for these tablecloths was extremely reasonable. I am so happy I came across CV Linens, I saved a lot of $ . They are an excellent company . I had questions about a color variation between the round and rectangular, as on my computer they looked different, but was reassured by the representative that if the color batches appeared different , I would be notified. They were all the same color and really looked beautiful with the centerpieces and other table decorations. I found this site looking for a particular color charger and they had the exact match along with other colors, mind you, I first order a lighter color by accident, called the 800 number and my order was canceled with no problem. I then went on to order the correct chargers on a Thursday Dec 24th and my order came Tuesday Dec 29th, I must say I am beyond pleased, the color was an exact match as the picture they have online and packaging was well secured with bubbles wrap so in route of delivery my items would remain intact. Website says they will ship to an address other than the billing address. They put my order on hold and sent an email about it instead of calling when they had my phone number. I had to call in to verify additional info and they said they needed to call my bank. Apparently they didn't get what they needed from the bank but sent my order anyway signature required. I'm a bride having a destination wedding!!! I called and spent no less than an hour trying to get them to contact UPS and change shipping. Then they told me if my package gets returned ill be responsible for those fees as well. Poor customer service. If you are a bride and need peace of mind CV Linens will not give it to you! read more

Do not use CV Linens. They are very difficult to work with. I have had 3 bad experiences all at the point of purchase. It is such a shame because they have great prices, but the trouble is not worth it. I sent a corporate client to them who made a purchase with a company credit card. When she went to pick up the order, they would not release it to her. They expected her Boss to come pick up the order. The boss called CV Linens to verify the order and credit card number. They would not bend on their policy. They refused to offer any solution outside of having the boss come pick up the order. I went in to pick up a order for one of my clients who failed to pay for it in advance. They would not accept a credit card for the order from my client on the phone. To pick up that order, I would have to pay for it, and have the client reimburse me. They would not budge on their policy to make it easy for me or my client. Mind you, they accept credit cards online, but not on the phone. Another time my out-of-town client made an order. I was unable to pick it up that day. By the time I was able to go pick up the order, they canceled the order and my client had to go back and place the order again. They are just frustrating. Avoid the trouble from this business. They are not flexible or helpful. read more

Horrible service. I was welcomed by three girls in the front very nicely early in the morning. I started looking around at fabrics and colors thinking someone will come assist me. I took a look around and two young ladies where each with costumers, meanwhile the other young lady with curly hair sat there pretending to not notice me. She kept switching from her phone to the computer. One of the young ladies on the floor asked if I needed anything I kindly said no seeing she was already assisting other customers. When they notified the girl with the big curly hair that I needed help she proceeded to stand up in a very rude manner and looked at them giving them a dirty look and taking a deep breath as if she didn't want to work or assist me. I told her what I needed, she put in my order then turned around and told the two Hispanic ladies to finish helping me because she was hungry . I never like leaving bad reviews but I also don't like feeling like a burden in a store that gives assistance to buy products. With this being said I hope this company makes better choices on who represents their showroom and loves to assist customers. This will be the last time I purchase from this place due to this incident and it will also be the last time for the people I recommended to purchase from here. read more

Cvlinens did an EXCELLENT job. Their fabric is quite reasonable and the quality is very good. I bought a forty yard roll of white satin and a ten yard roll of white voile. It is perfect. The quality will make a lovely wedding dress for my sister, and many more formal dresses to come. The shipping was free, and unlike some online companies, they shipped within a reasonable time. I received it within a week of ordering. Their customer service is very good, too. Being concerned because I didn't know how long it would take them to process my order I emailed them, and they assured me I would get it within ten days of ordering. For my daughter's baby shower, I ordered 10 120" round white tablecloths, 3 each of 6' & 8' white tablecloths and 5 round white stretchable tablecloths for 30" high tops. I also ordered two white chair covers and sashes. The order came on time and the tablecloths were in excellent new condition. Everything looked perfect. After the party, there were quite a few food stains on the tablecloths, but I was able to remove all the stains - even the spaghetti stains - with Zout spray, and some Oxiclean along with the liquid detergent !!! Line dried them. I plan to reuse the tablecloths for the baby's Christening and I am sure I will get many years of good use with them. However, I now know that I should buy some table overlays to try to protect the tablecloths from the messy food !!!
