I have 4 nieces who have birthdays in October (out of a pool of 100+ nieces and nephews including…read moregreats on both sides of our family) and three friends, so I thought I stock up some party favors. There is only one large party supply store in Austin, TX and some of their locations are closing. Since we were in Georgetown, we decided to explore another party supply shop. BAM is located on Wiliams Ave near IH-35 on the backside of the street...we missed it initially. BAM is geared towards the professional party planner with a large assortment of helium balloons and party items. They manage all aspects of party planning, offering mobile photo booths, bounce houses, and snow globes. If you are planning a fundraiser, birthday bash, anniversary party or community event, BAM Party Supplies could assist you with your party planning. In addition, they have themed tableware and custom balloon arches to make your event special and memorable. While I did not find a plethora of party favors for my October birthdays, I did buy some cool birthday candles.

They were very helpful and made sure that they placed everything were I wanted it. They even called me when they were stuck in a little traffic on the way to deliver, but I was ok with it because the drop off time was hours before my event. I love that they offer super early delivery as early as 8am I believe, which gives you time to set up everything as you wish. They also don't rush you for a pick up time. They picked everything up at 7pm per my request that time. I also rented the small bounce house again this past Sat just because my son and daughter loved it soo much! They dropped it off at 8:30am and picked it up right about 8:30pm. They very fast and efficient and I will continue to use them again & again as well as recommend them to my fam & friends. They have great Customer Service + competive prices and that is EXTREMELY important because now they have a repeat Customer!

The days leading up to the party I had personal phone calls and texts making sure everything was ready and set to make it a wonderful party. Even as they were out for deliveries that saturday they texted me with updates so I would know when to expect them. They also left the bounce house til 9pm, which thrilled my daughter ;) I don't know if they usually do it, but my daughter's b-day is in February so probably not as much as a demand for bounce houses, but still... We also rented a popcorn machine, which was a big hit. All in all, I'd recommend them to anyone. Great service!

The staff was super good, setting up games, controlling the flow and making sure the kids had fun. Seriously they took care of the fun and most of the worries.
