Wonderful experience all around. I was skeptical about beginning an order online while roaming solo (although it is really easy). I met with Nataly and was sold - she was amazing at helping make my vision a reality. I was probably the most stress-free bride out there thanks to Nataly and team. Each and every person that helped at our wedding went above and beyond for my family and friends. Bar tender was absolutely amazing, and we had drinks (non-alcoholic and alcoholic) coming out to guests all night long. I just can't say thank you enough - you can't go wrong! read more

Just make sure you read the fine print and don't take their word as gospel. Called and spoke to a gentleman there several weeks before making my booking. seemed great, friendly, and easy process. No mention of delivery fee. Went to make my reservation online, (Been recovering from severe pneumonia) and I guess I missed the fine print. The delivery fee for the tent was $300 more than the tent ($900 For delivery). I asked to cancel With a 10% restocking fee. I'll give them their 10% pound of flesh, but they'll never get my business again. And in all honesty, I didn't even notice they were being a reference to a delivery fee when I made the order. Would've thought for something so large it would've been impossible to miss, even if you're sick as a dog. read more

On short notice, we needed to rely on Mimi's Party Palace for tables and chairs during my mother's celebration of life ceremony. To my nieces, my mom was "Mimi", so naturally this business stuck out to my family when looking at options. Their communication was quick and friendly. Delivery and pick-up was very smooth and headache-free. They were on time with everything, and the quality/cleanliness of the rental equipment exceeded expectations. Thank you, Mimi! read more

We rented 47 chairs, 5 tables and a 10x17 tent. The tent had been damaged the day before so they gave us 2 10x10 tents which was just fine. Everything was clean and in good condition. Ordering was easy and straight forward. It was helpful to watch the video about where to do the drop off and pick up. If you have a truck or a trailer you can back right up to the wooden porch. We will use them again. read more

Their process is complicated and absolutely unnecessary. You are made to jump through hoops just rent a few chairs. I plan events for a living and I have never dealt with a more complex and ridiculous experience. There are plenty of other places that you can rent party materials from that are much easier to deal with. Do not recommend! read more

Mimi's Party Palace has been part of our family events for many years. At every event we've had they have always provided top notch service. They have been part of family weddings, graduations and birthday parties! We highly recommend their services. They sure are quick to take your money! Everything has to be done on THEIR time. I selected to pick up my items at the time frame THEY required. When my family showed up to pick up our 70 chairs, half moon table, table cloth, corn hole, a/c unit and chalk board sign, no one was there. They had to wait 45 minutes before someone showed up. None of our items were ready. The chairs were dirty and we were told we had to clean them because we didn't give them enough time to get items together. Isn't this why you have reservations?? The chairs were not nice and I ordered the wood with white seats. They were all nicked and really looked bad. I had to clean all the chairs myself. This just added extra stress to my wedding. AND they were filthy!!!! The corn hole was broken too! The chalkboard sign also still had writing on it, it wasn't cleaned. Their prices were less than others, but you get what you pay for and this place is the truth on this. I should have gotten a refund for all the hassle I had to deal with them. When I returned the items, no one was there again and had to unload everything ourselves and into their barn, which we didn't know where to put things. They are very unprofessional and don't give a hoot of customer service. They NEVER once apologized, in fact they are extremely RUDE even on the phone. Their bogus rules of this is OUR way or the highway is NOT how you run a business. Not what you want on your wedding day or ANY event!! read more

Having a party? Need some extra tables and chairs? Maybe place settings and tablecloths? Want them delivered with a smile? Mimi's is your place. I've used them twice and never been disappointed. We recently celebrated my daughter's Sweet Sixteen and needed a company that can do our decorations and take the stress off of our minds. One of my cousins recommended Mimi's. We gave Nataly a call and from there things got easier. We provided her a theme and she provided suggestions to enhance our choices. The ordering was easy. The crew was there early and started to work immediately. They were all professionals and made the venue look amazing. It was better than I even envisioned. I would recommend anyone that needs decor and services for their next party, to give them a call. read more

Mimi's comes through every time with awesome staff and professional service. I've used their party assistant service for years. They are prompt, friendly, hard-working and absolutely delightful. LOVED working with Nataly, Nancy, and their whole team. From the planning phase to the execution, we had some interesting challenges with a recent event I was organizing for a client. I was stressed, but they were so immensely helpful. It truly would not have been the same without them! All communication was prompt and clear and professional. Our guests were impressed. At the end of the party, I was worried about how to politely ask guests to leave, and her team started packing things up. They did it quietly enough to not be rude or distracting, but people got the hint. From start to finish, they were an huge help, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. read more

One stop shop for everything wedding or event related! So happy with the service we received from Mimi's Party Palace! We hired Nataly as our day of coordinator and she and her team made our wedding run seamlessly! We also did all our rentals from Mimi's and that made life so much easier. We had food from several different vendors and were able to rent linens, catering supplies and serve-ware as well! But the services didn't stop there. We rented a fancy drink station from Mimi's and Nataly even decorated it so that it would match my floral theme. It really felt like a one stop shop! We definitely had a lot of moving pieces in our wedding, including a flash mob, but Nataly and her team, from the moment they arrived, made sure everything ran smoothly! I didn't have to do anything and could just enjoy my wedding! I could tell throughout the wedding that Nataly and her team kept tweaking things in the background to maximize interaction. Including, moving desserts outside so that people could readily grab them while partying and moving one of our picture tables to an area where more people could see it since where I had placed it originally wasn't getting foot traffic. We also rented a margarita machine from Mimi's and ordered their homemade margarita mix, which was amazing! Everyone really enjoyed it, especially in hot TX weather! Don't sleep on the margarita machine! Anything we needed Mimi's had. My only regret is that we didn't hire Mimi's to do more and rent more stuff to make the day even more beautiful! Staff, service, coordination and rentals were amazing, I couldn't recommend this company more! read more

They have a great selection online, but after two weeks of trying to contact them via their own "contact us" page, the email they give as a contact and the their Chat feature that no one picked up, I gave up and took my business elsewhere. Mimi's did an awesome job at my event! Great bundle deals. I had a bartender, DJ, and photo booth set up with them for my wedding and everyone did more than amazing! Bartender was very sweet and on point. Went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a drink all night, especially the bride and groom! She even provide us with personalize cups which was thoughtful. DJ Jerry killed it, was open to requests all night and played everything we asked for. Set up looked very professional. Photo booth was beautiful! So many fun props and we were provided with a DVD that has all the photos on it that were taken. Guests loved being able to take home photos! We learned about Mimi's from the wedding of our nephew where they did a beautiful job. We were in need of help with decorating for our daughter's wedding that took place in Georgetown at The Milestone. Mimi's staff was very professional and courteous as well as creative. All of the decor for the wedding sparkled and was fabulous! Highly recommend them for weddings, parties and galas! read more

We hired event assistants, furniture rentals and a day of coordinator from Mimi's Party Palace for our wedding on 2-16-2019. Nataly and her team were an absolute dream to work with. I knew nothing about weddings going in so I had tons of questions. From the beginning, Nataly did a great job communicating with me and answering all my questions. When I needed to hire 2 additional event assistants less than a week before my wedding, Nataly made it happen within a couple hours. Nataly and her team of event assistants did an amazing job setting up the venue and addressing any concerns the wedding guests had. When our caterer had issues or when additional guests we didn't account for showed up, they handled it with ease. They made sure our family was a priority and had everything we needed taken care of before we could even ask. The event assistants did a wonderful job cleaning things up as the wedding went on and were quick and efficient to break everything down after. I initially didn't think I needed a day of coordinator but I'm BEYOND thrilled that we decided to hire Nataly. I cannot recommend Mimi's Party Palace enough for all your wedding needs! read more

Hiring Mimi's party palace was the best decision we made for our baby shower. I hate to get help from invited guests, but parties are so much work - food, decoration, drinks, refills, chairs, tables, clean up, music, games, the list just goes on. We had rented our local community resident event center for our event. Mimi's staff was on time early morning, dressed professionally and helped me do the entire setup, decoration, food and refills. Just within 15 mins, Nataly quickly understood the entire setup and decor, I didnt have to babysit or supervise them at all. Nataly came in and immediately put her finer touches on the balloons, flowers and table decor; really spruced up the place. You could really see she has an eye for decoration and party planning. Our guests were completely delighted with Nataly greeted them politely, received their gifts and offered them drinks. Drinks service was great throughout the party. We had kids in the party and as soon as they dropped anything like cake or drinks, Mimi's staff immediately cleaned it up - this made the clean up so easy at the end. Moreover, Nataly was great with kids and kept our drinks and cake safe from their craziness. Lastly, Mimi's party palace was also worked with us, when we had to reschedule our the event, couple of times and didnt charge us penalties. Our party ran over time, but still Nataly and her helper didnt take a break even for a minute, and very quickly dismantled all the tables and chairs and put them back. They worked tirelessly for 5 hours and even washed used glasses, serving dishes, took trash out and helped load left overs back into our cars. We would definitely hire them again for our next event. Mimi's party palace is awesome. read more

I've very thankful that my Yelp search for wedding rental venders led to Nataly. My daughter married on May 6th at The Rabb House in Round Rock. We self-catered, decorated and wedding planned. I originally contacted Mimi's party palace to rent some cocktail tables and tablecloths. But after speaking with Nataly , we decided to hire 4 professional staff, lines, tables, drink dispensers and cake stands. The service was affordable and we were grateful for the help. I would definitely use their services again. read more

Outstanding services from beginning to end. Communicated and coordinated accurately prior to our wedding. Arrived on time to set-up and prepared our special requests with no troubles. Guests loved the photo booth and the photographer! Bartender was superb and went out of her way to ensure we always had a drink in our hands! Due to a storm, we loved them so much we asked them to stay and party with us. We had a blast and were even serenaded by the bartender! Como La Flor! Book em! Y'all won't regret it! read more

We were referred to Mimi's by the venue we rented for a bartender for a party we were hosting. We could not have been more pleased at how responsive they were to our questions and our needs. This review is mainly for Leo, though the overall professionalism of Mimi's Part Palace is top notch. Quick billing, excellent prices, friendly e-mails, and tons of options to make your gathering work smoothly. As a bartender, Leo is a true professional! I hired him on for my boyfriend's birthday party, and was so impressed that I hired him again for my company party. Both times he was professional, quick and made excellent drinks! My party guests were impressed, as well as my work colleagues. Everyone wants to hire him again! We will definitely be seeing you again soon. Thank you Leo and Mimi's Party Palace for jobs well done. I hired Nataly as our Day of Wedding Coordinator and 2 Event Assistants. It was some of the best money I spent. Mimi's rates are competitive and they are very responsive via email (which worked for me since I am in a different time zone). The event assistants made our buffet seem more like a sit down dinner because they took the dirty plates away as people finished instead of at the end of the evening. They also provided clean up at the end of the night so we didn't have to press any family members into service. Mimi's is professional and well organized. The suggestions Nataly made were in line with what we wanted and made everything go smoothly. They jumped in and helped with details we hadn't thought about. They had also worked with our other vendors before so they knew what we should expect from them which was very helpful! read more

This review is long overdue!! Mimi's Party Palace really made my wedding perfect! I had absolutely nothing go wrong and if it did Nataly handled it without me having to worry so I could enjoy my special day. We hired Mimi's serving staff, bartenders, ordered charger plates, and a day of wedding coordinator. Her staff always made sure me and my husband and immediate family were ALWAYS taken care of. My mother has four sisters who all have very strong opinions and are always in charge of coordinating important family events. I hired Nataly so my family could actually sit and enjoy my most important day. Nataly did not let me down. Every single one of her staff members were extremely kind and attentive to detail. They set up everything exactly as we imagined it and more. They made sure my guests always had drinks, my tables were clear of empty bottles, and everyone was having a good time. I WOULD HIRE HER AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT! The signature drink of the day was margaritas on the rocks and her bartenders made them homemade they were the hit of the party. Nataly is awesome! Very prompt and professional and executes party organization like an expert.

Let me start by saying, if you're planning a wedding, the day of coordinator and event staff should be the FIRST vendor that you hire! When a company is this good, their availability fills up fast!! I didn't realize how important they would be, so we waited until just a few months before our wedding to search for someone. I can now say that I am so incredibly thankful that we found Nataly and Mimi's Party Palace!!! My now-husband and my mom were both skeptical about hiring someone, but from the moment that I first spoke with Nataly on the phone I knew she would be worth every single penny!! Nataly is so organized, responsive, and kind. You can truly tell that she loves weddings and that she treats every event as though she were helping execute it for a family member or friend. When I arrived at my venue the day of the wedding, Nataly was already running around following up with our florist, the photographer, and the DJ. She kept everyone in communication which is what made our day run so smoothly!! I had absolutely no expectation to have a stress-free wedding day, but with Nataly that was exactly what I had. If anything went awry, I didn't even know about it because Nataly had it handled. The event staff made sure that myself and my husband had water or anything else to drink all throughout the evening. And believe it or not, we also actually got to eat at our wedding because they made sure that we sat for a few moments!! I could go on and on about how important Nataly was in making my day special. I will seriously always thank her because I know that without her skills and expertise, my special day wouldn't have been as magical as it was. THANK YOU NATALY AND MIMI'S PARTY PALACE!!!! read more
