One Shot has in‑house craft beers that are brewed with a focus on traditional German‑style profiles.. They have a working distillery with gin being one of the spirits they are known for. One Shot Distillery sources from Australia their Tasmanian Leatherwood honey, which is used as a botanical in their gin.
