We have taken the kids to Playmore over 20 times in the last 2 years. The kids are Playmore veterans! This place is great for all ages, even teenage cousins. The line to get in on the weekend can get pretty long with people filling out waivers, but the staff is friendly and keeps it moving. Once inside, there is a huge playscape that you don't feel nervous about kids getting a little lost in due to the careful stamping at the door that ensures no children leave without an adult in their party. The areas inside the playscape are large enough for adults climb around in if you need to chase them down too. There are arcade type games at the back which you need a cash loaded card to play. The little bowling lanes are a favorite in the gaming area. The kids win tickets in the arcade and can take home prizes. There is a toddlers area too for under a certain height that our little guys are finally getting kicked out of. They miss racing their little cars on the ramps that they have in there. The rainbow dipping dots are our traditional treat for right before we head home. This place definitely wears them out! read more

My child attended a school field trip here and neither the staff or managers would allow us to bring in his lunch for the day. We were told ahead of time that they could not accommodate his severe food allergy in their onsite kitchen. When it was time for lunch we were told we could either COMPLETELY separate him from his classmates and force him to eat ALONE or he wouldn't be allowed to eat lunch at all. Ok, this place has grown on me, and my littles (4 & 6) love it! They have the fun arcade games you'd expect, claw machines, kiddie rides (including a small merry-go-round), a sectioned off toddler zone, and a large playscape. What I love most about the playscape is you can see into it. There's also a comfortable seating area in the center of the 360 scape, making it super convenient for parents to keep an eye on their kiddos while relaxing or catching up on emails. We've ordered food on several occasions: Caesar salad, cheeseburgers, chicken tenders, quesadillas, fries, icees, etc. Everything tasted fresh and made to order-- no complaints from me or my littles. This is a great spot for a play date, or a place for some downtime while your kids play independently. Four stars only because I think the exterior and interior could use a mini makeover, but overall, fun place! Some of which are life threatening. This establishment has offered no exceptions . So children on school field trips are expected to go hungry and if their parents attempt bring them outside food that they are able to eat safely , the police are called and they are threatened with arrest. I'm writing to formally express concern regarding the experience my family had during my daughter Chanelle's birthday party on Saturday, August 23rd, held in Room 2 from 2:50 PM to 4:20 PM. We selected MT Playmore based on your promise of a safe, joyful, and family-centered celebration. According to your published party packages, our reservation included a private party room, a dedicated host, and a reserved table on the main floor for continued use after the party room time concluded. These features led us to believe we would be supported in creating a meaningful experience for our guests. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of that promise. Upon entering the party room, we discovered multiple dead cockroaches.. two of which my husband discreetly removed before guests arrived. A third was seen after we had packed up to move to the outdoor table area for gift opening. This raised serious concerns about sanitation and the overall condition of the facility, especially given your stated commitment to cleanliness through the GermSafe program. When we relocated outside, we temporarily moved two nearby tables to allow our family to sit facing Chanelle as she opened her gifts... a moment we hoped to capture and cherish. The tables were not marked as reserved, and our intention was to return them immediately after use. Within minutes, a kitchen manager approached my child's grandmother in an aggressive and inappropriate manner. He stood uncomfortably close and began yelling, "You can't do that! Y'all didn't pay for those tables!" His tone was loud, confrontational, and entirely uncalled for, especially given the nature of the gathering. His behavior disrupted a sacred family moment and felt intentionally antagonistic. At that same time, your manager Sarah was approaching me to discuss the issue of the roaches. As she did, the kitchen manager walked away smirking. When Sarah attempted to speak with him, he laughed and passed our table grinning....further compounding the disrespect. I spent over $400 that day to create a meaningful experience for my daughter and our loved ones. What should have been a celebration of joy and connection was marred by unsanitary conditions and unprofessional conduct. After reviewing your Safety Policy and FAQs, I noted several contradictions between your stated values and the behavior we encountered: Guest Respect: Your FAQ states that MT Playmore "does not discriminate in any way and will not tolerate any discrimination by its team members or Guests." The kitchen manager's aggressive tone and physical proximity to my child's grandmother were not only unprofessional...they were demeaning and disruptive. Family-Centered Environment: You claim to foster a space for children and families, and prohibit "behavior that frightens or disrupts the enjoyment of our younger guests." Yet it was your staff member who created the disturbance, not a guest. Table Use and Party Guidelines: Our party package included a reserved table after the party room time. The temporary use of two adjacent tables for gift opening did not violate any stated policy, and your Safety Policy makes no mention of restrictions on temporary table use. The manager's claim that we "didn't pay for those tables" appears discretionary and unsupported by your published guidelines. Cleanliness Standards: Your GermSafe program claims to reduce microbial populations by 99.99%. The presence of dead cockroaches in the party room directly contradicts this promise and undermines trust in your sanitation practices. read more

Really a 3&half star but I didn't want to lower it to 3. Mt playmore used to be an easy indoor play option to bring my toddler and they offered decent toddler space and meal options. Actually I was pretty impressed with their food options for a kids play place compared to some others. Their pricing is also acceptable esp with some of the weekly specials so it's not too expensive to visit from time to time. Not going to say they are the cleanest, but not dirty enough to be a big issue. I often see staff cleaning, so it may just be an aging facility issue rather than not being cleaned often. Unfortunately they had too much issues with older little kids going in their kiddie canyon so they changed their rules to max 36inches height instead of age based. I understand they have a hard time reinforcing, but my daughter recently turned 2 and she's already taller than that being high on the height percentile. She isn't ready to play in their big playscape yet, and now she can't play in the kiddie space either. I also didn't like that they added digital gaming inside the kiddie canyon... I try to go out to avoid too much screentime at home only for her to be drawn to their video games. All in all if your kid is the right height/age, this is a good option. read more

today for my husbands little brothers birthday, it was all good until I went to order food by the restrooms. The hispanic young girl took my order, asked me what I wanted and I proceeded to order chili cheese fries and a Dr Pepper, I received my table number and sat down I waited with my husband for more then 30 minutes, it was busy so I thought maybe they were short staffed. Well no I go back up to the counter to ask when my food will be out very nicely and she said she doesn't know then I said okay well I have to leave because our party was over and I would like a refund. she rolls her eyes at me looks at me like I destroyed her life and then says "well actually your food is literally ready"switching up after calling her manager then saying some shit in Spanish she thought I couldn't understand. and I said no I'm good I dont want it because you already have given me attitude and switched up when the manager came over. The manager says to refund me which she does and I hear something about "white girl" behind the counter. I am Hispanic my husband is Hispanic and she obviously hated that I looked really white and I was with a Mexican man. What confirms my suspicions is that everyone I mean so many people had gotten there chili fries and they ordered way after me. She had a shitty attitude refunding me and hated that I was married to a Mexican man. This is discrimination and disgusting behavior and this little girl should learn how to talk to adults and keep in mind I was so nice to her the whole time I'm always nice to customer service workers but this girl has to go. Yo, not even a ball pit up in here? A'ight... So, I'm an adult with no kids (well, I have frozen embryos but they're not big enough to enjoy playgrounds juuust yet). But my inner 12-year old is alive and well! To their credit, Mt. Playmore semi-regularly will host a monthly "Adult Night" that's old folks only, lol. Finally made plans with friends to attend this month. Awkwardly, I couldn't figure out how to buy tickets for it on their website. Eventually I ended up just calling them the day of the event and Megan the employee was very friendly and offered to guide me through it... only for her to find that their site was broken (it wasn't me being daft after all, haha!). Tickets were $30/person at the door but $25 online, so I'm glad I gave 'em a call so they could fix the site. That's likely why attendance was very slim that night. Not that me and my friends minded, cuz it felt like we had the place for ourselves to run around and play. I did enjoy the play structure, very good for running through and winding about and going down (and up!) slides. Played tag with my husband a bunch, hehe. The DJ was extremely annoying. If the only way you can figure out how to make the vibe "adult" is by playing rap music with lyrics about "doing it from behind without a rubber"... I just don't know what to say. On entry one of the employees had noticed our water bottles and made a joke about if they were full of alcohol and we said nah and he was like "WHY NOT?!" and we told him my husband is nine-years sober and he was like "NAHHH GET DRUNK!" and um... that was weird behavior. We were given "unlimited play cards" as part of the deal, which would've been more fun if most of the arcade wasn't play-to-win ticketed stuff... but still, I guess a good way to practice? Enjoyed some air hockey, skeeball, Pacman, and the rock wall was neat. Obviously none of the crane machine games would let you play them (sad day). I'd been hoping for a more diverse larger arcade. If you're going to make wild claims online about "TEXAS-SIZE" fun... your place should live up to the hype... I've been to other places in other states that have this place beat, so... Bathroom was nice and clean. A/C was cranked to like... eleven. It was freezing. I had to run through the play structure to keep warm! They had an eatery so you could buy some junk food and beverages if you wanted. They also had giant Jenga and some horseshoes out, plus a really sad photo-op. There'd been mention of a costume contest, but with so few folks in attendance, idk if they bothered... My husband and I took off a little after midnight and the event ran from 10pm 'til 2am, so they might've done it towards the end (not sure if there was a prize involved or not). Just had the worst experience here. My daughter who wears braces on her feet was playing in the play area when a manager approached us. He said that she could not wear her shoes with her braces. When I explained to him she is not able walk without her shoes is he said that she needed to put on shoe covers. He then walked back and said that they didn't have shoe covers and gave me adult socks to put over her shoes. The socks were way to big and way to slippery to put on. Which is a huge fall risk for a child that already has a hard time walking. We opted to leave the big play area and go to the small play area. Where he then approached me for a third time with shoe covers that he magically found that were HUGE and did not fit her. Do not go here. They discriminate children with special needs. read more

Re pogo pass, I did not presume to look for an "exclusion" re days or entry rules as the heading for all listings for visits is entitled "inclusions" and needed info clearly blocked by the help prompt (you would need to KNOW beforehand to close the message to check that something is excluded under inclusions). This place is pretty big. They have games for adults but overpriced. They have a food area but it was closed which was inconvenient. I dropped my game card while I was playing with my son and someone else found it and used it so that was sketchy. The toddler area is cute but overall everything looks worn and like it needs maintenance. Place looked pretty sad. The main thing I had a problem with was a safety concern. The girl at the front desk did not stamp my son and I so somebody could have just walked out with my child. Obviously I didn't let him out of my sight but this is a huge issue for me read more

I wish I could give this place 100 stars. 1. They stamp you and your children with a matching number and they check it upon exit. This just led to more peace of mind that I usually have when going out alone with my 2 young children. 2. The DESIGN. It is the best layout of any playscape I've been to. The playscape itself lines the room where the parents can sit and keep an eye out. The design makes it easy to see quickly where your child is, even with 45 kids playing. In fact, the set up of the whole venue caters to anxious parents. 3. The furniture is comfortable. Thick loungy chairs are everywhere and set up in a way for socializing. 4. The pizza was good 5. The bathrooms had small toilets perfect for a 3 year old child. 6. It felt clean. The plascape wasn't sticky or coated in yuck. 7. The staff was fantastic. People bring you food by your number and they have roaming cleaners. There was also staff monitoring each section like the playscapes to make sure the kids were climbing the slides and monitoring for misuse of the facility. 8. The price was reasonable. It was like 8 or 9$ for my 1.5 year old and about 13$ for my 3.5 year old. Which is pretty decent for all day play. We'll go again.. and again.. and again. read more
