First of all I like Mt Playmore but the 2 stars is in reference to how my sons birthday was handled. Hopefully the folks here will fix this. My wife was upset one of the kids missed the pizza and cake in the birthday room. No one could here my sons name over the speaker nor they couldn't pronounce Ethan correctly. Seriously? And only one announcement. Either get a TV with a display so people can see what room and what time. Or please make the sign BIGGER on the tables in the main room and put what room and time on a piece of paper. Way too small signs with kids names. In addition the pizza was about 15-20 mins LATE so we were off schedule and rushing at the end to open gifts and leave plus people left and we didn't get a chance to hand out the goodie bags. I did give the helper a nice tip, but I wasn't sure if my wife and I were supposed to serve the drinks? Our helper was no where to be found, but maybe checking on the pizza. read more

Very neat place for kiddos. If you want to waste a few hours here you can. And for you older folks, there is an arcade with lots of great games for us. A little pricey for the place, but hey... the satisfaction of some peace from your kids... well worth it. read more

I'm currently sitting in the lounge of Mt. Playmore. It is Wednesday, December 30th. School is currently out for winter break and the place is packed. You can't hear yourself think in here. But oh well, everyone had the same idea as me. I typically bring my little girl here on a school day so I'm unsure of how packed it gets on the weekends. Probably worse than this. As the playscape is still usable with only a little congestion occasionally building around the slides, swings, and bouncy things. Typically I see staff wandering through the parental seating section but not today. My guess is they're much too busy in other areas. Many staff seem to be concentrated in the dining area. And they're doing a good job keeping up. The tables are cleared and wiped soon after they are vacated. Food arrives hot. The only trash I see is under occupied tables. The whole place is a little too warm for my preference. Maybe it's because I'm pregnant. Maybe it's because there are over a hundred little batteries burning energy crawling all over everything. Plus their parents lounging, waking, looking at their phones. Whatever, I could do with some more airflow. I don't even feel a breeze except when a child races past me. It smells faintly of hot children (not teenage kids as I've seen some posts suggest. I've got one of those, this is nothing like that). On a whole everything feels clean. The floors aren't sticky, the chairs and couches are clean with no cracks or signs of wear. Even the shoe storage cubbies are free of scuffs and grime. I currently only have one complaint. But for me it's a big one. I decided today to treat my girl to lunch here which I typically don't do. The main reason why is because of all the Kids Eat Free (with the purchase of an adult entree) hype. Sure, works for me. So I order my girl a kids meal and myself a personal size pizza. I pay. I find a seat. Then it clicks at the price I paid. I go up to ask and the lady behind the register tells me it excludes pizza and salads. And my pizza is already in the oven.... When I look over the menu, most of the items are in the $6.99 to $7.99 range. My pizza? $9.99. So, I paid more for an item but didn't qualify for the offer... Also, no where does it state you receive a free kids meal with the purchase of an adult burger, wrap, or sandwich. Not on the table signs, fliers, or website. One kids meal for one adult entree. I didn't try to buy an appetizer or side item and get a free meal... Even the salads were priced on par with the other qualifying food items. The food wasn't bad. Even the pizza was better than some other pizza and play places around, but I won't buy food here again based on the experience I had. I felt a bit swindled. Maybe it's not a big deal to you, but $5.00 would almost pay my admission the next time we came... read more

Hands down my favorite place to take my daughter. She's only 1 but she loves the giant playscape and I don't mind chasing her for a few hours because I have a blast too! Plus it's free for her and only $1.50 for me. read more

This place is great! When we go, we are there for usually 4-6 hours. The climbing structure is great and the slides are super fun. My son also loves the arcade and video game floor. The baby area is great for my 13 month old. I love that there is SO much to do there. It is amazing that they have a cafe so we don't have to leave to get food. I've always had the buffalo chicken wrap because it is really tasty and a great deal at $6.99 because it comes with their super yummy chips and salsa. The free refills are great too. Kids under 4 are only $4 and under 2 is free. It is a great deal and lots of fun! read more

My kids absolutely love this place. They've come a long way since opening their doors. The addition of lockers and more seating has been really helpful. The food is a little pricey, but it's actually good food! The toddler area has lots to do and my oldest enjoys the playscape so much. I see a lot of people complaining about the prices, but they've only raised a dollar or two since opening. They're a business and need to be profitable. They have a "lost child" wagon for when parents don't keep up with their toddlers. Please remember this place isn't a babysitter folks. read more

Great birthday party place! Clean, courteous staff, big but not too huge, really good pizza (so surprising). Includes tokens for the arcade too. The party rooms are really small, so if two adults come with a kid there may only be room for the kid in the room. Don't bother getting all Pinterest with your party decorations, the kids are so excited to go play that they feel like the party room is a jail. The room is generally empty for the duration of the party! My recommendation is to serve the pizza and cake first and then the kids can play as long as they want. It's really hard to wrangle kids back to the room once they start playing. Good place, free to reschedule if your kid gets sick and the kids love it. It's the least crowded on a Sunday morning so that's a good party time. Do it! read more

Be prepared for un or under parented kids. The weekends are packed and rough older kids run wild with no supervision from staff or parents. Bring yer own kid taser and a family pack of purel. read more

Pretty good facility and gaming room. Concessions strategy could use some work. Tried to order nachos and cheese, got charged for Nachos with Beef and an added charge for the cheese. Somehow paying over $9 for a Dixie plate of store bought nacho chips with cheese on them doesn't seem worth the price. read more

Love this place. My kid runs around while I get to sit back in those nice comfy chairs trying not to doze off. They have a toddler area for smaller kids but my two year old would rather go through the bigger maze obstacle course. We spend at least 2 hours here and when she gets in the car she falls asleep. The prices aren't expensive and it's an all day admission price , so you can go back how many times you want in one day. I will say this though sometimes the play gym smells so I just hope it's getting sanitized thoroughly. read more

This place was great at first. Lots of places to run and climb! But then my 3 year old got choked out by some other kid and no one said a thing. The mother never even got out of her chair to reprimand her son and the people working the place didn't ask her to leave. I will never go again or recommend this place to anyone read more

My niece had her 7th bday party here. She had a blast! The only thing to me was the bday rooms are very small, so most of the adults had to pretty much stay out in the main room/lobby. But over all the kids enjoyed themselves and all were happy! read more

I brought my 20 mo old here while visiting for a wedding. I went on a Friday during school year so we practically had the whole place to ourselves. Pretty large toddler area with plenty for up to 10 tots to stay busy (climb, crawl, ride on). Small collection of ride on machines for cheap in separate area. Kid size climbing structure is HUGE. If I lived in the area Id definitely be back! read more

This place is HUGE! I loved that adults and kids can play! My 5 and 7 year old loved this place and so did I! Great job MT. PLAYMORE!!!

My kids had a blast! Yes, there are parents who sit and stare at their phones. Yes, the weekends are busy. But keeping things into perspective... It's a good time for the kids. So, I would go there with a positive mindset and you'll be okay. read more

The look of pure excitement on my daughter's face made my day. The playscape is amazing with plenty of seating, though if you want to sit in the middle, you may need to snag a chair from the outer area. The employees are extremely friendly. I had a burger and fries, it was pretty good. The place is clean and I love that the adults can get in and play too. It reminds me of DZ when I was growing up without the nasty ball pits We will be back frequently! read more

Walking into this place was intense. I've never been to a kid place like this. We got lucky and went when it wasn't too busy so my kids had a lot of fun. The staff was great and I even saw a staff member climb into one of the playscapes to help a crying kid get out which was really sweet. It's a little pricey but my kids (5 and 2) had a blast and chasing after them was a good workout. read more

Went on a sunny Monday in summer from 10:30-1:30. Wasn't too crowded. My boys (6yo and almost 3yo) loved it. They ran through the playscape together and I never had to get in. It was easy to keep an eye on them the whole time. We ate lunch - food was fine, what you'd expect. Arcade was decent. Way more generous with tickets than Chuck-E-Cheese! My son earned enough for something more than a small piece of candy playing the games he wanted. Had a small issue with 2 machines working and the employee fixed it quickly, let us play AND gave us replacement tokens AND extra tickets. Bathrooms were clean. Overall facility was cleaner than any other indoor play place we've been! We will definitely be back!! read more

We had my son's birthday party there and the worst happened: electricity went out in neighborhood and the place had to be evacuated. We were disappointed but the management was professional and refunded our money, gave us passes and tokens. WE WILL GO BACK MANY TIMES. Great place. read more

We love this place! We started coming here when my son was almost a year old and frequented the toddler area and arcade. Now we are about to hold his second birthday in one of the party rooms. That says a lot right there. This place has slowly gotten better from the decor to the food to the staff. I love how the playscape encourages parents to participate alongside their children. Let me just say, I have as much fun going down the massive slide as my son! The menu is pretty great for a "kid's place" but the pizza can't be beat. Overall, a great place to let your children blow off some steam with many entertainment options. So glad we found this place! read more

Yesterday was the grand opening, so it was crowded and new with some "opening day" bumps. That said, the attraction is the giant climbing structure, and that part doesn't disappoint. Here are the highlights: - It's huge. So very, very big. - My 1.5 yr old could climb independently while his daddy followed. Think about that: it's built so a tot and an adult can explore together. Way better than those jump houses that don't allow anyone over the age of 10 on the attractions. - Staff members are placed in the attraction as well as at the door and the concession stand. This adorable teen staff member was high-fiving all the kids after they came down the big slide while signaling to another staff member at the top of the slide to hold the next kid until the slide was clear. - It's loud because of the number of people, but much quieter than a bounce house because there are no droning air pump noises making it feel like you are in a room with a dozen vacuum cleaners. - Two family bathrooms in addition to the regular men's and women's (four total) Just Okay Parts: - Toddler area is huge but not well-filed with toys. It looked decent, if sparse, and nowhere near as awesome as the main play structure. - Concessions is serviceable but basic. I would like some actual food options and coffee instead of soda, water, candy, and chips. Looked like they had a kitchen back there, so maybe that bit is coming. - The arcade looked stocked with used games and seemed prone to breaking judging by the number of Out of Order signs on day 1. Lots of classic stuff, though, and real talk: you are not coming for the arcade. Pro-tip: Bring socks for everyone but don't bring a bag. There is no where to stash it, and you can't get in the attraction with it. read more

Excellent place to go with the kids! Lets the parents also run around and have fun too. The food is delicious, and they give you some serious dessers on top of it. the toddler area also was awesome. A nice clean place. read more

I would grade the party event supervisor/manager/coordinator F- Her professionalism, customer courtesy and her ability to manage is very disappointing. She seemed very moody with bad attitude. I will be escalating this further as well. Anything we asked to help with she didn't seem helpful and willing to help us. Thankfully, we were able to work with someone else that was grateful for our business and helped us out. I would look else where for hosting birthday parties. Unhappy Customer read more

Great place for kids of all ages. I have 4 kids ranging from 9-4 months. We all had a great time and was very reasonably priced. I plan on stopping in with the kids anytime we make our way through Austin read more

The saving grace for this place is its indoor playscape. My school-aged son thinks it's fabulous. But the rest of the place is tired, mish-mashed, and very disjointed. The decor is stencil-meets-a-mom's paintbrush. Inside of the playscape area is a bunch of tables and chairs as well as some IKEA-type chairs for lounging along with some nice pleather barrel chairs that can rotate 360 degrees for maximum supervision potential. Outside of the playscape area is a mixture of booths and four-top tables and chairs. I'm all for reusing and recycling materials, but this stuff just looks pathetic. The kids on a Sunday screaming and running around like a bunch of headless ants don't help either. Their arcade area is a very pathetic excuse for an arcade area with a small selection of games that work and function 100%. At Pinballz, it's expected and part of the charm, but here, it's part of the frustration. Here's hoping that this place can get more organized and upgrade a bit as well pass on their second-hand fixtures to a place that can pull them together better. read more

Awesome place to hang out for a few hours. I have been numerous times with my kids and every experience has been good. Many improvements since they first opened up including new carpeting, more toys in the toddler area, newer games etc. I have eaten their food and it's actually pretty good with a decent menu selection. Worth noting that they have WiFi and a ton of available outlets if you happen to make this a work/play day. I was easily able to climb around with the kids and the floorplan is great. Recommend getting there early if you want to sit in the middle vs the food side as tables fill up quick. read more

The place is looking run down and the prices are too high. Not only do you have to pay to get in but they don't let you bring in cake and presents because they want you to pay for a party room. No thanks. I would rather spend my money at the other places that are actually kid friendly. read more

We've been going here since my daughter played in the little kid area. I love that we get to play together, especially as my daughter needs assistance in some of the areas. It is a great place for her to build strength and confidence (plus I get to burn some calories too). read more

My hubby and I went to check out the "adult night byob 21 and up" which featured a dj, free video games, and use of the playground. We felt like kids again. Everything looked clean. The games weren't the best as far as the arcade compared to others but for unlimited games we had a lot of fun. Even better was going through the playground while buzzed and hearing some great music, mostly hip hop from the 90s or so. Also they had a nice comfy large sitting area by the music. My only complaint is that the food took pretty long at the café. The fried mushrooms are definitely not diet friendly which really isn't shocking. The mozzarella sticks were good. If they had a dance area with lights this would be even more awesome. If you're open to a silly fun time, give it a chance. read more

I was excited to take my little boy but when we got there I immediately wanted to leave. We decided to give it to a try and 30 minutes later, left. It was filthy to the point where I didn't want to ouch anything. There wasn't a gate in the toddler area so I was constantly having to chase my little one and not to mention how disgustingly filthy the mats were. The toys were all sticky and had a thick film on them, people were wearing shoes walking on the mats, which is where little ones and toddles crawl.... I won't revisit this place again, unfortunately. read more

Kids love this place. It is pricey though. It seems clean & the staff was friendly. It is hours of fun for the kids!

We had my son's birthday party here and it was a great experience! The manager, Chris, was polite and helpful on the phone when I called, then went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed while we were there. The staff was friendly and the environment was clean. We felt cared for and the price was very reasonable. This was one of the best experiences we have had with a "party place" and we can't say enough good things about Mt. Playmore! read more

Talk about fun, and exhausting. My 5-year-old boy ran the course for like 5 hours over and over, with an arcade break in the middle. He made new friends and had a blast. He keeps asking to go back but I'm not so sure I have that much fun left in me. read more
