Took my kiddo here last week for his friend's birthday party which was a fun place indoors to get energy, fun and bounce around with little ones during the summer The workers are a bunch of teenagers during the summer running the stations and we enjoyed the fact that the kids had a lot to do, running around to their hearts content and playing on both a playground, or doing fun obstacles on the bouncy trampolines scattered throughout. Lots of snack/chip options and it's interesting the playtime is built in by 2 hour wristband increments. We do like the quick in and out so you're not stuck here forever, and the parking lot is pretty intense so just be warned you may have to walk a bit with kiddos.

I've been here for birthdays and each time is such a pleasure! Next time I am going in with my daughter!!

My boyfriend and I came here to nurture our inner child's. We loved jumping around, it melted our stress from the day and brought laughter to our faces. We wish there was a 30 min option for adults who just want to jump on a trampoline for a bit, we were out of breath after 15 minutes haha (out of shape) The space had different jumping activities. The reason I took a star off was because the conditions of some of the equipment need some maintenance, there were parts of the flooring that looked like they were deteriorating. Shouldn't be a safety hazard at the moment but we recommend they inspect it since most of the jumpers are kiddos.

The floor you cannot wear, clean shoes on.

I took my grandson to this place. I recently had surgery on my foot and cannot NOT wear shoes. I brought shoes that are not worn outside and walked on the edges only. I was told I could not be up there with shoes on. I explained the situation and was still told, very rudely, too bad you can't be up here. This woman was absolutely rude. This edge you can't wear shoes on, is disgusting. We will not be coming back here. If I could choose less than one star, I would.

This a huge indoor space with trampolines for all ages, jump into the foam pit, arcade games, play scape, ball pit and dodge ball. The only drawback is that it can be quite crowded on weekends and some parents do not watch their kids and there's limited surveillance by the adult employees. You have to be attentive and with your kid at all times as it can get quite rowdy. The venue also has a small room that can be used for private birthday parties.

Great place for your kids to burn off some energy and have a GREAT time! We've been going the past 2-3 years and the whole family loves it! The staff is always friendly and attentive to any thing you may be concerned about. The only problem is I wish I would've gotten a membership sooner! Get one you will not regret it!!!

We have had a membership here for more than 2 years now and will not be renewing. The place has not been kept up at all. On the last couple of visits we noticed that they have put down what looks like cheap rugs to cover holes. Almost every area has the padded floor coming up with plywood showing or holes in the floor. I don't think they have ever cleaned as there are layers of dust on every surface and the AC units are disgusting. If you visit, you need to keep a close eye on your small ones as there are electrical cords and power strips laying around in the game area as well. In anticipation of the conditions we did see that they convieniently placed brochures for a local minor emergency on the checking counter. LOL. Yesterday we took our grandson in the morning and returned in the afternoon and were told that you can only visit once a day. The young girl at the counter said this is a new policy when I pointed out that we visit multiple times a day for years. We then spoke to a manager, who appeared the be about 16, and we were told it has always been the policy that you can only visit one time per day for a maximum of 2 hours and if we had done otherwise it was the mistake of the employees. We also learned that they just raised the cost of the membership by 50%. Note all the other bad reviews and just be aware that they all seem pretty accurate.

Checked this place out on a Wednesday evening with friends and it's the most fun I've had in years -- my inner child was overjoyed at the cool rides they have. The entire place is super clean and well-maintained and the staff is incredibly sweet, helpful and friendly! They have you sign a waiver and hand you the wristband of your choosing to enjoy the rides, very hassle free and easy check in process! Also have snacks and drinks available for purchase if you need to refuel -- jumping around is hard work! Really fun place for littles and adults alike -- go check it out, thank me later :)

Looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the 80's. I usually expect these kinds of places to be dirty but this one exceeded all expectations. Black gunk built up on all the surfaces from years upon years of dirty kids hands. Broken ping pong table, pieces of the wall hanging down, busted games, random springs hanging off the trampolines...it really has it all. On the plus side, the staff was super friendly.

Their packages are a great deal, you can eat and drink all day (great for the kids to pop in and get a drink or snack when needed and go back out. The salad bar alone is enough reason for me to go back to eat there. Everything was fresh and crisp on the salad bar. The pizzas and other food were replenish non-stop and it was always hot and fresh. They always had cups, ice, and drinks available. I am serious. I'm picky and I can't think of something to complain about here. The rides are always a hit with the kids. Mine will spend 8 or 9 hours there - happily. My husband joked that it should be a place for summer camps. 4 of our group didn't want the buffet and got burgers and taquitos from the restaurant. my husband is quite the food snob and said that the burger was awesome and gave me a bite. I agreed. The bacon was like a thick cut slab of pork belly. If I didn't enjoy the salad bar so much I would definitely get the burger, but I can have the best of both worlds and eat some of his next time. Their inside arcade has so many options and the games all work. I'm just so grateful that this place exists. Austin's management - you're doing an incredible job. We are fans!

We had tickets for one attraction each but couldn't even use them. There was virtually no staff present at most areas such as pull tables, mini golf, even nobody at the gift shop/prize shop. The food at the buffet was also very sad. Mac&cheese was tasteless; all pizza options had huge bubbles of dough, meaning it was not cooked properly, also pretty much flavorless. We skipped salad bar and desserts. We didn't spend much time there and left in less than an hour.

At first I loved it, we got a Groupon and loved how welcoming the front desk was. I finally felt like I was seen where at another gym I just felt like they could care less if we were there or not which I didn't care for. Platinum made us feel valued and seen. Well, I noticed pretty quickly the constant turnover of coaches, every week my daughters preschool class had a new coach which was discouraging as every week I had to tell my 3yo to not let them hold her hand. My daughter has been walking on a beam for a year without help yet every week with a new coach they would treat her like a baby again. My 5 year old started moving up into the pre team track and it was exciting! I was looking forward to better form, somewhat stricter coaching etc to see her skills really blossom but... honestly it wasn't much different. My daughter would do a terrible cartwheel and they were high giving her and baby taking "great job, wow". Palm to face, this is the pre team track and that flies??? Well they wanted to love her up again, she has been 5 for barely 2 months and wanted her to be on the actual pre team. Practice twice a week which isn't bad but wait for it.... For THREE HOURS on both days, 3:30-6:30. She just turned 5 teal and her skills aren't great, she has potential but she's no Shannon Miller and she's not even close to competing so why am I going to pay $225 a month to burn her out when she's in preschool. To me, here what I see, they are suffering. They need the money, they are pushing these kids up in ranks to fill the spots but these kids are not superstars, not yet at least. They need better coaching, more consistent staff, and higher standards. Final straw was when the owners husband (who is also an owner) and was working at the gym was arrested and being investigated for sex crimes. There was not a peep from them, nothing. To me this is something that should have been addressed, even a simple email stating what was going on and what steps they were taking. Example: As some of you may know, X was recently placed in custody for a crime. We want to assure you X will not be working at the gym during, at minimum, the investigation. If you have any sosecific concerns or questions please contact us at xxx-xxx-xxxx, or myself the owner at xxx-xxx-xxxx. Thank you for your continued support and understanding. Platinum Gymnastics. One more thing that drive me crazy, the bathrooms were always dirty, they need a full paint, their shop is so sad, the waiting room is tiny and the DOOR, the door y'all! The door to get into the gym from the waiting room is a HOT MESS, everyone knows it and they don't do anything about it. We were there for 6 months and things only got worse month by month. We do think the girls were nice, very sweet! But as far as a competitive gymnastics program, keep looking y'all... this isn't the place.

An "I'm sorry" was not in his vocabulary. I'm very disappointed bc as a business owner he should have said "We're sorry that happened to you, now let's see what we can do to fix the problem." That is customer service 101. The facility is nice and brand new. Should have someone walk thru the girls bathroom midday, everyday, to see if paper towel, soap, and toilet paper needs refilling. The private lessons (1x1) are reasonably priced. I just wish it was better communication when they charge my card on file. I receive an email receipt when they charge my card, and it would be helpful if they had a line or a little space where they could add the reason for the charge.
