Checked this place out on a Wednesday evening with friends and it's the most fun I've had in years -- my inner child was overjoyed at the cool rides they have. Water zorbing, an obstacle course, bouncy houses, bouncy dodgeball and bungee jumping!! All in one place -- I'd stay forever if I could! The entire place is super clean and well-maintained and the staff is incredibly sweet, helpful and friendly! The exterior should've been enough of a red flag, but we went in anyway. The front door would make a great haunted house entrance. See picture... This place is filthy inside. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the 80's. I usually expect these kinds of places to be dirty but this one exceeded all expectations. Black gunk built up on all the surfaces from years upon years of dirty kids hands. Dirty and kinda ratchet. The water in the hamster wheel looks like a health hazard, with black patches of mold in clumps at the bottom and a ring of dirt around the pool edge. Everything could stand to be vacuumed and wiped down, repainted, blown back up or patched. It leaves you wondering if they ever deep clean. First and foremost, the kids here are mean. We were there 90 minutes and one kid stole my daughter's headband and BIT her. This was not in response to any fight or any thing, he just bit her out of no where. My 6 year old son was at the dodgeball court and an older girl threw a ball as hard as she could at his face and laughed when he fell and his face started turning red. Again, this was completely unprovoked. As I'm calming him down a grown man came over to be supportive and told us that he and his wife had decided this was the last time they would ever go there because the kids are just so awful. I agree fully. Further, everything is run down, dirty, and all just kinda slapped together. Most of the 'attractions' you feel like you could put together in your own backyard, except you would probably maintain it better. And you have to pay for each of them, even after paying to get in the door! If you decide to go anyway, definitely get a locker. I saw older kids going through unattended bags. This is a great place for children and adults! There's so much to do here. They've got trampolines for all ages and sizes. Then they've got a trampoline area for children under 6. They've also got big bubbles kids can get in and run around, bubbles in a little pool, bungee jumpers, dodgeball trampoline areas, a bounce slide, party areas, and tons of seating for parents. If you're doing a party you can bring your own food in. I didn't have a chance to check out the bathrooms but everything else seemed pretty clean. They get very packed and both times I been most the children were not being watched by their parents. Big kids were running over little ones and pretty rowdy. If you have a smaller child stay in the toddler area and still keep an eye on them. They charge by the hour. Not sure the prices since I was here for parties both time. If you want to jump with your kiddo you have to pay as well. If they're under 3 then you can jump with them for free. read more

We'd been here years ago and had a good time, but this place has seen much better days. We visited recently and it was dirty and most of the attractions were in complete disrepair. The bounce houses were filthy and had giant holes loosely held together with tape. There were soda cans and used napkins all over the floor. The trampolines are very worn down, squeaky and unsafe feeling. My child was actually too frightened to jump on them and asked to leave pretty quickly. The ninja course (and I use this term lightly) is very confusing and dangerous. It's just a collection of random pads pushed close together in a pile and a few swings right next to one another. There didn't seem to be any logic to the layout. We had no idea how to use it properly, and the signage and guidance is either nonexistent or extremely confusing. On the bright side, it seemed like the business was in the process of making changes and the front desk staff were very friendly. This place is pretty decent. Some of the stuff was patched up but over all it seemed ok. We went on a weekday during the summer and it was pretty empty. It was fun to have so much space to play with no crowds. I don't know if I would have felt the same if it were super crowded. My kid had fun. Came here a few years back and it was ok. I think it's great for small kids. Something I disliked was that my nieces and nephews wanted me to jump with them so I put my shoes in the cubbies and went to play with them .. not even 30 minutes later I wanted to grab a snack and looked for my shoes. They were gone. A lot of kids and people were actually missing their shoes. A lady said that she told the manager that a lady took many pairs of shoes but that the manager told her that she couldn't do anything. I had to go home with no shoes. We confronted the manager about why she didn't say anything knowing that the lady did not come in with many pairs of shoes. She just apologized and said she couldn't do anything about it. My kids had a blast and the one staff person was friendly. Lots to do for all ages. But it needs a thorough deep cleaning. We came on a weekday and it was littered with trash. The trampolines are heavily stained. The giant ball in the little kid area is a safety issue as older kids were jumping on it and falling off. Fell on top of my kids head. This was a slightly odd adventure that my boyfriend and I decided to take one night together. First of all, it should be mentioned that this is definitely an establishment meant for children. Honestly, that's never stopped me before though. The trampolines are really fun, until you realize that you are old and your back starts to hurt. Oh gosh, the pain...of jumping. It was so unexpected. I don't think we lasted an hour. We had a super blast though while we were still feeling young and playful. Here's the deal though, this place is for kids, but where are the parents???!!! We looked around and there are like 20 kids per 1 visible adult. It's like all the parents just dump their kids off and well, that's that. It was kind of weird. So, despite the fact that jumping around on trampolines with kids is kind of gross, you sort of get over it. Paid for the air hockey and discovered there was only one hockey "stick." Put countless dollars into hurricane machine before it worked. And on, and on. I asked the one employee and she tried to help trouble shoot but she was not really able to address any issues. She finally put a closed sign on the fuseball table at one point. She did give my nephew some money back. Bathrooms needed cleaning. All around not a great experience. read more

I had so much fun at Jump USA -- even though I'm a grow up young adult and was definitely older than the average age of the crowd on a Friday night by a solid 10 years. We came thanks to a groupon deal, which included 2 hours of jumping, bungee jumping and a ride on the water ball. We arrived around 6:30 PM, which was the beginning of teen night (we didn't realize it coming in...). It definitely got a little crowded towards the end of our two hours, but in the beginning we had plenty of space to jump around and enjoy being silly again. Realistically, we realized early on that we were getting old and our backs were starting to hurt and we were winded after about 20 minutes of jumping. Definitely one way of reminding yourself that you're old. I think this would definitely be a fun place for an event for a group, like a sorority retreat or the like. It was nice to relive childhood memories of jumping around on a trampoline, excepts the odds of getting hurt from falling off are minimized since it's all a trampoline. For the most part, the facilities were clean and the staff were friendly. There's also a concession stand if you need some food, but honestly, we were exhausted and couldn't even fathom the idea of eating after so much bouncing. read more

They should expand the concession, and no you can't take food in, BUT, the $12 pizzas from Dominoes get there very fast!! Bring decor, but they've got everything provided for parties! Between the two Trampoline options in town (that I know), my kids and I prefer this one. 1. the owner is nice and easy going. There are restrictions, but they are flexible with them. I only went during weekdays, so maybe that is why. They never complain about my kids water bottles. Everyone suppose to pay to jump, I don't want to jump but with three kids asking/begging me to play with them, I would join them once a while. The owner never both me for that. It is easy going, fun for the whole family. It is not cheap, then again, what is cheap in Austin! Stay home is cheap (if you don't turn on your AC). 2. the place is huge, especially for birthday parties 3. very open, good layout, you can almost supervise all your kids (I have 3 to keep an eye on) 4. you can order pizza! and they give you plates and napkins 5. the owner is adding new fun things to do constantly. My 8 and 5 yrs old love to come here and jump for couple hrs then eat pizza and go home. I allow them to have ice cream there also. The price is reasonable to maintain the big real estate and the cost to run it. read more

This a very nice new place for kids to play inside safely. The place is huge. It has 4 trampoline courts. One of them is enormous! One is dedicated for little ones so they don't accidentally bump into big kids. My son was so happy as he can run like crazy non stop on the big court without I constantly reminding him of safety. He can finally show me his "super flash zooming speed" that I video taped :) It also has 2 inflatables for the kiddos to explore. But the big thing is definitely the trampoline. Lots of party space as well. Staffs are super friendly and very accessible. I also talked with the owner, she is a very nice lady who herself is a mom and care about kids very much, so it's not just another outlet of some big chain. They have pizza at great price. The extra large 16" one is only $10 and more than enough to feed both my kids and myself as well. They get the pizza from Domino's so you should order like 20-30min ahead. The place, like other people said, is very clean and well laid out. You got free WiFi. I was able to work remotely while the kids are playing. they also have billiard and video games if the adult feel bored while kids are having fun. I hosted my daughters tenth birthday party on Sunday, January 7th and it wad great! Our hostess Melissa guided the kids very well while I tended to my adult guests. I paid $30 extra to bring my own food (my daughter didn't want pizza or burgers) it was worth being able to bring in my home made fruit and veggie trays plus the drinks I knew my group would like. We decided to do a build own sandwiches and that was a big hit. I love that the kids had a variety of fun filled activities and enjoyed every minute of it. I do wish we could have spent more time, at least three hours instead of two. The USB with photos of the event was a perfect gift from JUMP PARTY USA! They played the photo slide while we enjoyed our cake and she opened her presents, it was perfect. What was most important was that my daughter had an unforgettable day! read more

If I could give zero stars, that would be the rating for Jump Party USA. Very VERY disappointed in new management and the changes they've made to this place. Last year, My daughter (3 at the time) and I came here and had a blast every time. It was very affordable, under 10$ for the entire day and she was able to go anywhere, from the big trampoline court to the dodge ball court to the zorbs and everywhere in between there were no limitations and it was my job to ensure her safety as should be expected. With the new changes, every area except the very small area is for 7 and older. I also need to mention that most of the children were under 7 and had to cram into that one area. And one last thing, I said my daughter and I came and had a blast, that's because I was able to jump with her and slide, etc. The new area they expect these kids to be in, is too small for adults to jump in. Very disappointing. I requested a refund due to the fact that my child can go to any of the other numerous trampoline parks and have no restrictions. I think it is absolutely ridiculous what this place has turned into. Used to be such a fun place but with these new limitations and restrictions I will not be returning. read more

At first glance it seems clean enough but you get on the non bouncy trampolines and you start to notice stains, pieces of trash and just how dilapidated it all is. I've been to other trampoline parks with my children and I can guarantee they aren't all like this place. It also has a strange odor. Dirty place that needs some upkeep. I saw one person working in the whole entire place. Inflatable bouncy house had duct tape holding it together in places. Chairs blocking off unsafe areas, under the trampolines, like that is a deterrent to children. It is inexpensive and they did honor the groupon without question.
