The hamster wheel water, clumps of black mold in the bottom, everywhere. A film of something over the top.

Dirty and kinda ratchet. The water in the hamster wheel looks like a health hazard, with black patches of mold in clumps at the bottom and a ring of dirt around the pool edge. Everything could stand to be vacuumed and wiped down, repainted, blown back up or patched. It leaves you wondering if they ever deep clean. At mt playmore, they have signs telling you they regularly fog clean but there is no such confidence here. Cool attractions, could be 100% better with cleaning and TLC

This is a great place for children and adults! There's so much to do here. They've got trampolines for all ages and sizes. Then they've got a trampoline area for children under 6. They've also got big bubbles kids can get in and run around, bubbles in a little pool, bungee jumpers, dodgeball trampoline areas, a bounce slide, party areas, and tons of seating for parents. If you're doing a party you can bring your own food in. I didn't have a chance to check out the bathrooms but everything else seemed pretty clean. They get very packed and both times I been most the children were not being watched by their parents. Big kids were running over little ones and pretty rowdy. If you have a smaller child stay in the toddler area and still keep an eye on them. They charge by the hour. Not sure the prices since I was here for parties both time. If you want to jump with your kiddo you have to pay as well. If they're under 3 then you can jump with them for free.

This place is pretty decent. Some of the stuff was patched up but over all it seemed ok. We went on a weekday during the summer and it was pretty empty. It was fun to have so much space to play with no crowds. I don't know if I would have felt the same if it were super crowded. My kid had fun. My niece, the gymnast, was happy they had long trampoline runs that she could do tumbling on. We picked it because it was a central meeting location for us.

A good place for kids to have fun. However: Poorly supervised Unpleasant lighting You can't get away from the bad music The Wi-Fi password does not work and the staff doesn't care to look into it In short, great for kids but a awful for adults.

This was a slightly odd adventure that my boyfriend and I decided to take one night together. First of all, it should be mentioned that this is definitely an establishment meant for children. Honestly, that's never stopped me before though. The trampolines are really fun, until you realize that you are old and your back starts to hurt. Oh gosh, the pain...of jumping. It was so unexpected. I don't think we lasted an hour. We had a super blast though while we were still feeling young and playful. Here's the deal though, this place is for kids, but where are the parents???!!! We looked around and there are like 20 kids per 1 visible adult. It's like all the parents just dump their kids off and well, that's that. It was kind of weird. So, despite the fact that jumping around on trampolines with kids is kind of gross, you sort of get over it. Although, I wouldn't lay on the trampolines directly (lice?) and I definitely wasn't getting in one of the floating balls. I had to draw the line somewhere.

Everything you would expect from a trampoline park type place...with bonuses of a hamster ball in a pool, a bungee jump area...arcade and concession stand. HOWEVER, I am nauseated and overwhelmed by the bleach smell in here. It's literally burning my eyes. I appreciate the efforts at cleanliness but I can't breathe and now I have a headache. To be fair, I would have probably had a headache after anyway lol. The bleach is too strong. Too strong!

The law provides a cooling off period for most purchases, and there should have been a simple way to cancel this transaction. But for some reason, canceling took MULTIPLE calls and emails to this facility and still didn't result in a cancellation. They wanted proof that I had rebooked at another facility, as well as my credit card number -- I used a virtual number for online security, so I was not able to provide this. In the end, I was instructed to dispute the transaction through my credit card company, which I did. All for a simple mistake that I tried to remedy within minutes. Each Altitude appears to be independently owned and operated. If not, I would have canceled at our original desired location, as well, as the whole experience was ridiculous.

I do think it was a bit crowded, but it could have been worse. I enjoyed the variety of trampolines they had. We explored the dodgeball area, regular trampolines, tumble track, and rock climbing wall. The pit got very deep when more people got onto it but I did really enjoy the rock wall. It was something I haven't seen at a trampoline park. There was also a small zipline. I think it was only for kids and would not have held us. The staff was nice and helpful when purchasing. I think it was a fun sorority outing but definitely left me out of breath!

If I could give zero stars, I would in a heartbeat. Horrible birthday experience…read more We booked the "VIP" birthday package for my son's 6th birthday, expecting a smooth, premium celebration. Instead, it was a hot frustrating mess with horrible customer service from the moment we arrived. The "VIP" room was on the second floor with only stairs and no elevator, making it completely inaccessible to my mom, who uses a wheelchair. She and my Dad had driven over 7 hours to celebrate with her grandson, only to be denied access to the room we had paid extra for. There was no ramp, no alternate entrance, and no mention of this during booking. Nothing on the website indicated the "VIP" experience was not ADA accessible. Staff could only offer to move us to a regular table in the general seating area and said they would downgrade us to regular pricing and take $75 off. Since the "VIP" package includes free pizza and the regular package does not, their idea of compensation was just letting us keep the pizza. That was it. After the party, I noticed the $75 discount had not even been applied. I asked to speak to a manager, and a man came out already defensive, saying, "We already gave you free pizza." When I explained the situation, he blamed me for not requesting an ADA room when booking. At no point in the booking process was it brought up that the "VIP" package is inaccessible. I said, sarcastically, "Great customer service," and another manager, a woman, snapped back, "Well this is such great guest service," clearly mocking me. She also added, "We're a business. We're not giving away free stuff and discounts for something that was your fault." My mom and I were both humiliated. She came all that way and was made to feel like she was the problem for simply expecting to be included in her grandson's birthday. And I was treated like it was somehow my fault for assuming a "VIP" room would be accessible. Shame on them. If you or your loved ones have any accessibility needs, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. This place does not prioritize inclusion or accountability, and the way they treat guests when things go wrong is completely unacceptable.

We arrived just after they opened an paid $75 for ourselves and our kids to play. We told them we had our own socks, as any of these places require grip socks. As our kids went to play the came back and said they were told the couldn't play because the had non-Urban Air grip socks. In 5 years of going to parks in and out of state, I've NEVER had a park require their brand socks, including the Urban Air in Bee Cave. So we asked for a refund because we didn't see why we should be forced to pay for socks when we had appropriate footwear we were told no, even though we hadn't even played nor were we told when paying. Mind you, the weren't yet staffed for all the experiences we had paid for. The manager Gilbert was not at all interested in customer service or explaining the reasoning for anything. If we were wearing normal socks or doing something unsafe, I understand. But this is clearly a money grab. The irony being the socks from Altitude Trampoline Park and SkyZone had WAY more grip material than the Urban Air ones. I won't be returning to this location again and will tell my friends to go to the Bee Cave location going forward, who are incredibly friendly by the way.

I was stuck between the salad bar and the small basket of fries. Of course, I was hungry and should have eaten before I came, but I didn't. Luckily, the chick at the counter was nice. She explained everything. I ordered a personal size veggie pizza without cheese. When the food was ready, I was surprised that they didn't mess up my order. They exactly added pineapples and took off the black olives. The pizza was decent to taste, but definitely wasn't nasty, but not overly seasoned or spiced. It was good. I gobbled it right up. The personal option has about 5 slices, but small slices. I paired it with the sweetest drink that I hadn't had in long time: fruit punch. It was so sweet as if I was drinking liquid sugar.
