He was happy. He got an "Up" balloon, instead of a dinosaur. Thank you for making it happen. I have no complaints. Delivery was done via Uber due to distances in Austin. Do not hesitate. Be crystal clear what you want. He loved it. I would send a picture but I do not have his permission & they were covered in plastic for the Uber drive. Thank you & kudos to Ana & Sabrina. So I came on Yelp and found a few places. This was one of the few that caught my attention. I called this place as my first option being the balloon bouquets were BEAUTIFUL and at a GREAT price and they were so attentive and helpful! However i called another place that is located in New York thinking it would be easier. I spent almost 1 entire day waiting for a response from the other place, I desperately called back balloon boutique being I needed the arrangement delivered in less than 24 hours later. Aside from being EXTREMELY helpful, she was so nice it was unbelievable. She was able to accommodate everything I wanted for the perfect time frame.
