I regret choosing this company for my kitchen rebuild after a flood. Despite their polite and…read moreseemingly detail-oriented approach at first, their work did not meet the standards expected for a high-quality kitchen project. When mistakes were made, they were not acknowledged or corrected but instead covered up, and their response quickly turned unprofessional. Some of the major issues included: Design flaws that resulted in unworkable solutions, which Onur refused to rectify. Poor attention to detail in measuring, planning, and managing the project, turning what should have been a 4-5 day job into a frustrating two-month ordeal. Installation problems that remain unresolved because Onur refuses to take responsibility. Two costly issues still unresolved: A custom-built laundry room that wasn't designed to be large enough to properly cover the existing washer and dryer and a floor-to-ceiling swing-out pantry cabinet that, despite being shown with back shelves in the original design, was delivered without them--something Onur insists is "normal," even though my previous pantry of the same style included shelves. So its "normal" for the shelves to swing out and provide access to no shelves and more storage?!?!? I have included pic of these two example but have many more of other details that just don't look good up close. Unfortunately, I've been left with no choice but to hire another company to fix their mistakes. I would strongly caution others to think twice before working with this company. It was a very negative and frustrating experience.

7/23/25 We were referred to Neka Granite by family and…read moreinitially excited to work with them. But our experience was a nightmare. We chose a rare Ijen Blue Quartzite slab--half light, half dark--and clearly communicated (in person, by text, and with a visit to their showroom) that we wanted the light portion at the front sink area and dark in the back. They agreed multiple times. Installation day came, and the layout was completely reversed. They had cut the slab incorrectly, and no one warned us. When we paused the install, we were blamed for not buying a $450 rendering. Yet no one told us this was required to ensure our layout was followed. When we voiced concern, the regional manager, BK, called and was shockingly unprofessional, telling me to calm down, saying our job was "just one slab," and implying our project was too small to matter. He refused to take responsibility and repeatedly said they "did nothing wrong." He also said that they would have cut it anyway they determined was right and it didn't matter if we did the rendering. Being gaslit, told my project was small, and changing the orientation of the beautiful quartzite was beyond the pale. The way they cut the stone did change how we had planned our kitchen to look. For a $10,000 job on a $2,800 slab, this was beyond disappointing. We allowed the install just to get them out of our home. I've worked with contractors nationwide, and this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

We walked in to see what they carried, it's been a while since i went appliance shopping and I almost walked out with a new washer/dryer set. They sell a washer/dryer in one...I knew these existed, but it was nice seeing it up front. They are having a grand opening sales and gift card rebates until the ~25th of August. One thing to note is that they do charge for the accessories, which is essentially covered by the gift card rebates and instant sales. Absolute Negligence, Property Damage, and Zero Accountability!!! I am not one to post negative…read morereviews ever and always try to resolve any issues with the business directly. This experience has honestly been the worst experience I have had with a business so I feel I need to share with other consumers. We purchased all new kitchen appliances from Bray & Scarff and spent approximately $8,500. From the very beginning, this experience has been a nightmare. Nearly every appliance delivered was damaged, forcing us to reject multiple deliveries and wait for replacements. This alone caused weeks of disruption and frustration. The worst issue, however, was the complete incompetence of their installer. When installing our new refrigerator, the installer failed to properly connect the water line, causing an active leak that went unnoticed for 2-3 weeks. By the time we discovered it, significant damage had already occurred to our home. Bray & Scarff sent someone to inspect the damage and acknowledged the issue, stating they would submit a claim to their insurance carrier, Travelers. That is where the accountability ended. Travelers has been unresponsive, dismissive, and obstructive. Phone calls go unanswered, and we are repeatedly told to file a claim with our own homeowners insurance instead -- despite this damage being caused by Bray & Scarff's installer. This would unfairly raise our insurance premiums and shift responsibility away from the party that caused the damage. The combination of damaged products, negligent installation, property damage, and insurance runaround is unacceptable. We trusted Bray & Scarff with a major home purchase and were met with carelessness and refusal to take responsibility when it mattered most. If you value your home, your time, or your peace of mind, do not use Bray & Scarff. We are now exploring formal complaints and legal options.
