I called a locksmith that came and was absolutely no help and still charged me $200. I sent a request via YELP to MS Locksmith on Saturday to have my daughter's locks rekeyed. The owner got back to me within a few minutes. I accidentally locked my keys inside my garage and needed lockout services. I put in a job request here on Yelp, and within minutes Matan from MS Locksmith replied. He gave me a very reasonably priced quote to come and open my door, being that it was Sunday evening at 8 pm I thought it was going to be much more! He had a technician out to my home in 25 minutes. The technician was quick and efficient, explaining what he was going to do. He was able to open my door and even tightened my loose doorknob at no extra charge. First of all, Matan was incredible from start to finish. This is your sign to call / text him. Long version: Matan scheduled a time and date that was convenient. When my tenant's plans changed, I called to reschedule. No fuss. No "surcharges" or "fees". He scheduled a new date and time. When the day of the project arrived, he communicated when he was en route and provided updates based on LA traffic, etc. I never needed to worry or guess if he was coming. Matan's prices were fair and transparent. No surprises. He even fixed a mistake that a former locksmith did on our property! BUT WAIT, there's more! Our new tenant got locked out a couple of days later around 1 am. I texted Matan and he replied. I was at Ralph's in their underground parking lot and I put my groceries in the trunk of my car and was too quick to close the trunk. I immediately realized I had left my keys in with the bag of groceries. I did not have a spare key and my doors were locked so I couldn't open the car and pop the trunk. My 2.5 year old locked himself inside our master closet. The door has a deadbolt on it with an August lock (that we don't use - wireless or in anyway). For the first 4 years of living in this house, we just left the key in the door until I put the key INSIDE of the closet as who would lock themselves in the closet and not be able to let themselves out. What can I say about MS locksmith services........2 words, MY SAVIOR!!! I came home late last night around 1am only to close my garage and walk up to my front door and come to find my Schlage keypad was dead!
