It was a bit challenging getting here as the roads are so close and angled. Definitely off the beaten path. We were created warmly, our server was excellent, personable, knew the menu clearly. The decor is simple and appropriate. Eating area clean and everything in place. There were several Togo orders while dining. Our food was very good. We enjoy supporting local mom n pop places. Not many people here but the food was good. My fish tacos were so full of fish! Excellent! They are not fancy, more like a hole in the wall, bet the food is consistently food. My 1 complaint is I wish they used COD for their Fish n Chips instead of Haddock. We would come again when in town!

Food was delicious and fresh, we had a party of 5. I had the lunch crab cake with homemade fries. The servers were also super nice, it was a simple cute little place. TRY THE AIOLI SAUCE

Let's just say that the fish was so good, we ended up eating lunch here 3 times during our week-long stay. Super nice people running the place and just great home-style cooking. Everyone loved the grouper, either grilled or fried it was excellent. And the favorite side was the gumbo and rice. Nice little shop, great value, and awesome food...Isn't that the goal?

Love this place. Service was top notch. It's small and not fancy, but you won't be disappointed. Family owned and the food is top notch. Clean place nice decor. The grilled grouper was very well done not over cooked and had a nice flavor. The gumbo was nicely seasoned and soft. Cole slaw was not super mayonnaise-y , and had a nice flavor. It's off the path of the boardwalk, but packed. That should give you a good indication it's pretty dang good!

An amazing mom and pop place. It's been there for 26 years. You need to look for it,but it's worth it. Great service, great food. The atmosphere is totally small town mom and pop. We ordered the grouper dinner and fish and chips. The portion size was huge and the quality was amazing. We have enough for lunch tomorrow. We both had sides of hand cut fries and coleslaw that I bet was made in the back. Just plain delicious food served quickly and a great staff. I cannot recommend enough. This is now our go to fish restaurant here just off the strand...

Been wanting ot go to Mrs. Fish since I visited my mom this fall. Because of the off season the restaurant was only open until certain times, so it may it difficult to visit. However, because of their great menu and prices I knew eventually I would make it here! So, my mom and I went for it on a hot and sweltering day we entered Mrs. Fish. The restaurant was empty except for a couple of people and we were warmly greeted by our waiter James. My mom decided to get the fried grouper with green beans and hush puppies. I got the blackened grouper with green beans, coleslaw, and hush puppies. The grouper surprised me as it had a mild and sweet taste--very delicious! The fried grouper batter was super light and had a nice crunch to it. Blackened was not very salty and had a great taste as well popped well with the Tatar sauce that tasted homemade. The green beans were obviously canned, but washed and with a little salt and pepper paired well. The hushpuppies were delightful and not overly greasy or salty. The coleslaw could've used some tlc as it was not creamy or flavorful at all. Minus one star for the coleslaw and the bathrooms that need some updating. The service was great though as James was so kind and made us feel right at home. Will be back for more Fish and hushpuppies!!

This restaurant is an amazing little spot in town that you absolutely must try any time of the year. The owner is also the chef and he pours his heart and soul in every dish he prepares for ya. The wait staff is attentive and extremely friendly with extensive menu knowledge. The ambiance is just perfect with a subtle beach theme and comfortable seating. All the fried fish and fries were delicious. We also had the crab cakes and shrimp. The star of the show was the coconut shrimp appetizer. Everyone at the table loved them and they were served with a warm marmalade sauce. So tasty!!! Thanks for the great service and conversation. Can't wait to see the owner Kelvin again and have another tasty meal!!! See ya soon!

When visiting for a family beach trip, we decided to try this beloved seafood buffet. Along the strip in Myrtle Beach, the roads are lined with a plethora of Seafood Buffets ranging from small family owned to large attraction-like restaurants. Without having tried any of the other options, I would say this has to be the best in town. The atmosphere, staff, variety of food offerings, and taste were unmatched. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a unique buffet experience. The exterior of this restaurant is massive and felt like a large Shopping Center with beautiful landscaping, water features, beautiful windows, and colorful siding. Upon arrival, we were asked at the door our party size. They had two entry lines based on table sizes. Since our party was four, we were sent to the shorter line and did not even have to wait to be seated. As we were walked to our table, we passed massive sailing ships complete with rows of hot and cold foods. The ceiling was reminiscent of the ocean skies. The entire restaurant felt like an experience already. I was amazed by the theming, cleanliness, and attention to details. For adults, the buffet is right around $50/person + drinks and tax. The buffet is all-you-can-eat with mutiple serving lines placed around the vast dining hall. As a picky eater, I was honestly a little worried that the offerings would primarily be seafood options; however, I was happily surprised that the buffet line had a LARGE selection ranging from Chicken Tenders and Fries to Pulled Pork and Macaroni and Cheese. I was actually very excited to find so many of my favorite foods and be able to eat just a little of them all! Some other offerings I added to my plate include hush puppies, corn on the cob, fried fish sticks, rolls, and cheddar biscuits all in one trip. My brother is more adventurous in his selection and was able to try different fish and crab legs with multiple trips. They had almost two whole buffet areas filled with seafood dishes that I didn't even visit. His favorite was just the shrimp! They also have a whole dessert room with a wide range of sweet dishes. To be honest, some of the food was mediocre or tasted similar to standard buffet-food-quality. The macaroni was a little bland. The fries were a little soggy. However, the restaurant was so busy that food was being rotated and changed out quickly on the buffet line. Overall, the entire experience was fun and unique. The restaurant was very expensive for a family of four, especially when you're not eating over the top or making multiple trips; however, the nautical theming, food selections, and service set this buffet apart from many others. You'll find something to eat whether you're picky or love the most adventurous of seafood dishes.

Whoever thought to make it savory instead of sweet missed the mark. The flavors of the slaw clashed with the rest of the plate. The fish was tasty and the chips were seasoned well and plentiful. Our table enjoyed delicious margaritas, the Autumn Power salad - fresh spinach, dried cranberries, fresh apple slices, and a refreshing dressing. The crab legs were delicious, two clumps with butter and lemons. We also had the shrimp and fries- 8 large shrimp lightly breaded with shoestring fries. Our land lover enjoyed the Reel burger- a juicy combination of chuck and brisket cooked to order. The bun was toasted and held up well to the burger. Overall the experience was very enjoyable. If you need a drink refill, you need to go up to that. We went for steamed crabs only, but the rest of the food looks amazing. People I was with have eaten there before and raved about how fresh and delicious everything in the menu was. This trip was steamed crabs only. We ordered #1's for $48/dozen. We also ordered sodas. They do have beer to go with the crabs too! Didn't wait long. They were good. However, I don't think they were #1 level. At the most maybe mediums. We had several that were paper thin and no meat. They were full. Very watery and not seasoned nearly enough. We weren't expecting Maryland style crabs as we are in South Carolina, but weee hopeful they would be steamed and seasoned a little more. They do need those little food fans on the tables as the flies were annoying (we sat inside). Had to put napkins on top of our cups. The service here is lovely! Just super friendly and welcoming. Shoutout to Justin?? Might have been Nick - ugh, can't remember. Young kid, dark hair. They were so busy, and they were for sure stretched thin. He did his best and even checked on us once while also bussing tables, taking orders, sweeping, delivering food, etc. Was debating between a 3 or 4, but realized that shouldn't hold them responsible for replicating a different style of steaming crabs and seasoning them. The service and atmosphere were great. Their food in general is delicious,
