This is where it never got resolved. They had me give my card info over the phone in order to get a refund from the GM, Joseph. I really regret doing this, now my card info is out there and I never received the refund. I reached out via the Firehouse Chat and got Joseph's attention for one email assuring me that the refund was issued and would take 24 hours to show up. Well, that was a week ago and Joseph isn't responding to follow up emails. I sent him a screenshot of the charge and lack of refund and requested a check instead since their first attempt didn't work and I don't want to keep giving card info over the phone. He did not respond. I would have preferred to handle this privately and move on. Running out of ingredients is normal, but ignoring a customer who you've taken money from and not served, that's unacceptable. So I'm out $40 for something I never received. I'll have to dispute it with my bank. Poor customer service from the GM and they don't use secure practices with the way they handle credit cards.

They offer catering and trays which have to be ordered at least two days before but they also were able to make a 15 sandwich order within 20 minutes. They have a shared parking lot which made it a little bit tough to navigate parking and getting the sandwiches, especially at noon because they're busy A great casual place to grab a sandwich on the go, always super clean and tidy inside

With nobody sitting at either table. We know, because we sat for a long 15 minutes as we waited for our togo order. A very diminutive girl wearing glasses and a sour outward disposition walked around the dining room at least 3 times during our 15 minute wait for our food. She exercised a complete lack of any discernible effort other than during one of her walkabouts, she swapped out the trash receptacle by the door. She artfully ignored the messy tables with dirty napkins, empty bags, and leftover food spread out on these tables right next to the trash receptacle. Nor did she sweep the floors covered in peanut shells and napkins. She basically did nothing. FG burgers are delicious. The fries are superb. No complaints on the food. But their prices are astronomical. It's amazing how much FG charges for simple burgers & fries. And the credit card machine actually prompted us for a tip ranging from 15% to 30%! For an employee at the counter to input our order. He never touched our credit card - we swiped it ourselves. Our interaction was barely 30 seconds as we verbally gave him our order. A tip? Really? After 15 loonngg minutes, we walked up to the counter to his left to retrieve our bag of food. We knew it was our order when a 2nd employee shouted out our ticket#. Very impersonal. And that's ok. But why would we tip at Five Guys? We decided this meal, as tasty as a burger & fries can be, would be our last visit. The poor sanitation and the long wait for our food compounded by ridiculously high prices clinched our feeling FG is for suckers. Not us.
