Since my last review this location has definitely improved. Attentive staff and timely pickups. Sandwiches are always delicious.

Customer service is atrocious. Make an online order here you might as well just go in and order because they will lose your ticket. So after you wait the extra 30 minutes to get your order, don't be surprised when you get home if your order is messed up. Then, if you call to tell them, messed it up they want you to drive back and show them the sandwiches that they messed up in order to refund you or remake you a sandwich that will take you another 30 minutes to get. Don't bother asking for a manager in late afternoon there isn't one on staff. Maybe that's why they keep screwing everything up. read more

I wanted to order for the Day of Giving that Jersey Mike's does every year. So I'm not complaining about the money, but for the first time, I ordered a "bowl" and it was for a chicken and portobello sub - I to a bowl and adding lettuce - and it was horrible! The lettuce ended up on the bottom and was mush by the time I got it home. So, I guess their best feature is their subs and I'll have to go back to that. I love that they donate a day's proceeds to charity on this day, so I feel guilty complaining. read more

I have been buying Jersey Mike's #13 for quite a few years when I ride up from Edgewater to Port Orange. Always the best , crew is friendly and of course the sub is great. I bought the jar of the red pepper relish also . I always take a picture of my sub and post on Jersey Mike's FB site . Jesey Mike's has all the other places and supermarkets beat. read more

I have been ordering delivery for several years from this location but Aug 23 I made an order to be delivered two days hence which I cancelled 24 hours before it was to be delivered. The person who I talked to at this location canceled my order but I was not refunded my points I used to order. I called the manager who was "in a meeting" and left a message for a call back. She did call me finally and resolutely refused to give me a refund. This place has terrible management and I will never do business there again. Be very careful if you have a doubt about a future order, you will not get the food and you will NOT be given a refund. Wish I could rate this place in the minus numbers. read more

How many employees does it take to make a sandwich ordered directly off the menu? We arrived when the store was empty and watched 4 others come and go before receiving our order. Not sure what the problem was. We ordered directly from the menu, nothing special. There were 5 people behind the counter, yet it was fairly disorganized. This location is horrible. One day you go in and no turkey the next day they have turkey but no bread for 45 minutes. How are you a sub shop and you don't have bread of any kind ready at all times. I'm done with jersey mikes at this location. read more

They make a good sub. My family and I always get the number 9 giant we get two of them and split it between the four of us. It's always plenty of food and the flavors are good, a little pricey. I've certainly had worse and not that many better. read more

I had tried this place before like a year ago and wasn't too impressed. The tuna was "meh" at best. Not to mention the delivery guy stole my chips lol. Anyhoo, decided to give them a shot again with their sub in a tub which is basically sub stuff in a bowl minus the bread. For $11 which is the biggest rip off ever...I got 6 Tiny rolled up pieces of turkey with roast beef and a smidge of cheese (mind you i got extra cheese at $1.20) and 2 pieces of bacon over a giant pile of shredded lettuce. No onion..no tomato..no spices or red wine vinegar like in the description. Ridiculous. That's the last time ill ever get food from them. read more

In response to the Jersey Mikes response: You screwed me over big time. I brought in $25 worth of stuff all on you approved list and you wouldnt give me the 2 regular sub cards I was promised. It would have been so easy for you! Everything I brought was brand new straight from the store. All of the four boxes contained individually wrapped snacks and one box was slightly dented from being transported in my backpack, but was still 1000% acceptable! Your manager there told me the basic deal of bring at least $10 of individually wrapped snacks and get a couple sub cards. When I came through with $25 worth of stuff the next day with a different manager it changed to 1 sub for $25. I can't do that. I've already got other charities I give to. I was in this for the free subs. You left me hanging out to dry and stuck with the bill. 2 regular size sub cards is all it would have cost you, but I guess you just like to error on the side of screwing over your customers. read more

I went to lunch here with some friends and ordered the Philly cheese steak sub. I thought it looked a bit small but upon unwrapping and taking a bite, I realized it was just PERFECT! The bread was soft and fluffy, the cheese, meat and onions were melted and flavorful. I had a coupon from one of those little coupon books you find in the stores and for my sandwich, chips, drink, and 2 cookies I paid a little over $7.00. WELL WORTH IT!! I have never been there and my wife recommended it to us. If you have ever been here you would know right away to sell your stock in subway. Now. Because this place is going to put it out of business. They slice your meat in front of you. Great bread. Simple sides to put on the sub. I had the Italian Classic. It was great. Rarely will I post a review, but I just have to. Three measly slices of turkey. But, they slice it right in front of you. Oh boy. A tiny sub. Just so terrible, and to top it off, it was 9 bucks. There's gotta be better places to get a sub around here. I am from NY, so maybe that's the norm here, but I hope not. Was really looking forward to a turkey sub, but two bites was enough for me. Only gave it one star because zero seems to not be an option. The crazy thing to me is that the place was packed with customers. Unreal. The staff was fine, so nothing against them. Management needs to at least throw on another slice of meat, or something. Maybe I got too much oil, so it was salty. Either way, it's not worth basically 10 bucks. I love their subs, but I went in today to find the four people handling food wearing their masks under their noses. I asked the woman taking my order to pull hers up and she made a big deal about washing up, taking a long time. Then she asked someone else (with her nose sticking out) to cook my sandwich! My first time and I was pleasantly surprised. Staff was friendly and the food is fresh! I got the club and Chipotle philly. They slice your meat and cheese fresh for the club. Better than publix...prob the bread. And good gawd better than subway. I would Def go back. It is pricey but worth it. read more

It was bad. We ordered because they deliver. The pastrami didn't Even taste like pastrami, it was soggy the whole bread was terrible. I asked for onion they gave me barely any. The chicken Parm was terrible. There tomato sauce is awful, the chicken was not anything to brag about. I barely tasted the cheese. I'm giving this two stars because they delivered. That's it. I will not be going back to this store. I entered the store at 705 pm and was the only person in the store with 3 employees. I waited and waited and waited a good 15 minutes before anyone even said a word to me. Then they finally got to me and I ordered a giant 13. Well the girl goes and pulls all these tickets out from the register and starts making those sandwiches before mine. I was pissed! They are caring more about grubhub people than physical people in their store. A grubhub person walked in and all work stopped to help her. While I still didn't have a sandwich made. Then when I finally got the sandwich I told them I want pickles on the side. And alot of them because I waited so long. They have me a tiny cup with 4 pickles in it. I will not be going back to this store. 3 employees at 7pm and I was in there 30 minutes for 1 sandwich. When I'm spending $15 for a sandwich I want as many pickles as I want. Especially since I waited through them working different orders other than mine. They used to be good. But I will not be returning. They skimped on ALL the toppings on the sandwich. No thanks not again for an almost 20 dollar sandwich. read more

I just want to thank the lady working close Friday night at Jersey Mikes for accommodating us when we walked in at like five minutes to 9 last night. We'd tried ordering takeout from a few local places who either didn't answer or who took their phone off the hook... I get it, a lot of restaurants have forgone takeout with the employee shortage. I tried to place a Jersey Mikes pickup order at 8:45 and had my whole order in, but I guess I missed the cut off. I tried to call, but they didn't answer, so we drove there. She made all 4 sandwiches in less than 15 minutes, and was kind about it. I'm not sure I would've shown the grace that she did. She was so sweet and accommodating. Thank goodness JM allows you to tip. We were out of there by 9:09. I hate walking in anywhere at close, but we'd been trying to order food for 20 minutes and going out anywhere on a Friday would've been a nightmare.
