First time trying Mr Wish and the avocado smoothie I ordered was delicious! I added tapioca pears to my drink and I already can't wait to go back to order it again lol. Also, the waffles were so fresh and warm. My mom ordered it as her sweet treat and let me try it! Looking forward to bringing my friends here so they can try the place too. I love supporting small businesses, especially when they're Cambodian owned

I had such a pleasant experience at this location. There's two Mr. Wishes in Herndon. Not sure why this one says Reston, but it's located near the Ramen spot called Umai. Do Not go to the other location it's horrible!!! This location the service was great, the tea was delicious, and the waffles tasted really good. The interior was very clean and the lady working clearly cared about her job. This one has a different owner than the other location and you can tell a huge difference! I went with the brown sugar tiger boboa and my bf got the strawberry green tea. We both enjoyed it!!!

My husband and I love this place so much, we visit once a week! The owners are warm and friendly. I usually order the pearl milk tea and my husband always goes for one of the tea with fiber jelly. The boba is fresh and yummy. The tea tastes like tea and fresh fruits, which is amazing, since so many bubble tea spots rely heavily on artificial flavors. The interior is always clean, bright, and cool. Highly recommend for bubble tea lovers!

Classic brown sugar milk tea, it was just what I needed on a sunny day~ The service is fast and kind, which makes the experience even better. I personally liked the ube waffle more than the regular custard flavor, gotta get this as well~

4/5! After coming to the Mr. Wish in Herndon for a while now, and hearing that this place opened up as well, I had to visit! The Food: I went with a Oolong Milk Tea, and it tasted just as good as the other location. Nice oolong flavor and and mixed very well. The Service: Service w good! Staff were friendly, but orders took a little longer than usual. Granted, I can tell that some were new and training. So nothing bad to write about. The Atmosphere: The boba shop was very spacious and had plenty of seating. Very bright, modern and clean Overall, a 4/5! Drinks were consistent and tasty. The staff were friendly and was a nice spot to just hangout at. Very spacious.

The coconut milk tasted a bit sour with the tapioca and the red bean; it was thoroughly sweet, but also tasted sour, so I am a bit concerned about the freshness. As of this post, they open the store recently and you can find multiple locations throughout NoVA. The quality seems to be the same as any other Mr. Wish location, and it's not amazing. The workers were kind and efficient, but the quality of their drinks is subpar. The location was clean and well taken care of but this could be the byproduct of them opening relatively recently. Nonetheless, the drinks are unfortunately underwhelming.

I tried the pearl milk tea and it was delicious!! Not to mention, it was lactose-free, made with dairy-free milk. I ordered it as it is, without changes to sugar or ice, and it was the perfect amount of sweetness. I ordered the large size, and it was a good price compared to other boba places I've tried. Definitely recommend:)

Black Tiger Milk, with fresh-made Boba crystals.

I got served a delicious beverage by the owner herself, with fresh-made Boba crystals.

Definitely a much better experience with this location than the Herndon one. The lady who owns this one told made a better experience for us. She asked if we had been to Mr Wish before and that's when we told her about our horrific experience with the other Herndon location. She made our drinks perfect and it was a completely different experience from what we first had. I got strawberry green tea with boba and my girlfriend got the black tiger tea with boba. The lady there also made us a couple of waffles on the house since we had a bad experience with the first ones we ordered a while back. She went above and beyond and we're happy to come back to this location. It's clear to see she cares about her store and its image.

The pearl milk tea is our favorite.

Mr. Wish has become one of our top go-to boba spots. But specifically, this Mr. Wish location next to sprouts and umai. We've been 3-4 times before writing this review. The boba is consistently on par. No matter the situation: one staff member working, boba still cooking, busy door dash, etc. Service is great too. We've had different people each time and they're not over the top but still polite, patient, and quick. They're also transparent while still doing their job. "Sorry, it's a lot of door dash orders" or "the boba is finishing up" The place itself isn't fancy or overly loud. It has a clean appearance. Good amount of parking as it's in a shopping center.

As someone who has known the Mr. Wish chain for years in Philadelphia, I was excited to find out there were a few locations opening up in the northern Virginia area. I was super excited to try their fruit teas, since that's what they're mostly known for. My friends and I stopped by here to check the place out, since the owners also post frequently on social media. The menu is fairly much the same as other chains, and I really like that they also have these cute little waffles in the shape of paws. I got the passionfruit green tea with aloe jelly as well as an order of the custard waffles. The tea itself was super refreshing, and the manager/ owner recommended me to get the aloe jelly (I almost picked aiyu). The custard waffles were super light and fluffy on the inside, but slightly crispy on the outside! Which I really liked. Overall it's a good price and the place inside is super clean and great for meetups. Definitely check it out if you're in the area!

Green Milk Tea and Pearl Milk Tea

Got the Pearl Milk Tea and the Crystal Green Milk Tea. The pearl is nice and soft. It's a cute place with 21 seats. And the guys who helped us were knowledgeable of the drinks and suggested the waffles.

Lychee fruit tea with boba, with side of waffles (4 per serving)

Amazing! The drinks are delicious - there are traditional boba milk teas, but I love their fruit teas, which are their specialty! Loads of fresh fruit and not too sweet. Today I had the lychee fruit plus boba, and a side of the delicious-smelling fresh waffles (4 per order). They are perfectly chewy and light. My family loves this local business! The owner is lovely, and clearly proud of her business. There are plenty of cozy chairs in the clean seating area.

Very interesting concept as this place seems to be more of a dessert shop, I am curious on how good the viet food is.. maybe one day! I ordered the valentine bingsu which consist of a bunch of fruit and vanilla ice cream. The bingsu was advertised with "milky ice flavor" which I did not taste the "milky" part. The shredded ice was a great consistency, though! Easy to scoop up, melts fast, & not ice-y which to me is crucial to a decent bingsu. The strawberries paired were great and very sweet, the peach felt like it was from a can, pineapple gave off canned vibes, except it was extremely bitter and basically gone bad. Mangoes were OK not very sweet and Vanilla ice cream was good but you can't go wrong with that if it's store-bought. Overall would give this a 5/10 maybe 4.5/10. You order on the kiosk or at the counter. I opted for the kiosk as the employees were busy, I did however asked at the counter to Change my order after once I realized they had the valentine bingsu since I was feeling more fruit desserts (originally ordered the strawberry & cream). They were accommodating which I appreciated! Service was nice for the most part - the guy that served me my order did not acknowledge me when I said thank you... or when we took him the dish after the food and said thanks again lol service can be spotty based on who you get I guess? Again Curious on the viet food here!

I rate restaurants within their category and concept. I am not comparing a neighborhood boba and…read moretea shop to a Michelin star dining experience. If a place consistently delivers quality drinks, strong execution, and keeps us coming back, that earns a top rating from me. Teadm absolutely does that. We go to Teadm in Sterling often, and it has become one of our go to spots for drinks. Their Brown Sugar Milk Tea with boba is outstanding. Rich, creamy, and full of flavor, with the kind of texture that keeps you coming back for another sip. One thing I really appreciate is that their milk teas are actually milky and creamy. They are not thin or watery like at some other places. Also, the added traditional boba is excellent! It is consistently chewy, fresh tasting, and cooked perfectly every time. That kind of consistency matters, and they clearly pay attention to quality. They also offer a Brown Sugar Milk option with no caffeine, which is fantastic for the kiddos. Same creamy, satisfying flavor profile without the caffeine, and that has made it a family favorite. Another consistent winner is their Seasalt Bac Xiu Coffee. It never disappoints. Great balance of sweetness, coffee flavor, and that salted cream element that makes it so enjoyable. We have also tried the Color Switch Lemonade, which is good and fun to order. If I could offer one suggestion, I would love to see a classic simple lemonade or a lychee lemonade added to the menu as well. Overall, this place rocks. Great drinks, consistent quality, family friendly options, and the kind of menu that keeps us coming back. A solid 5 stars from me.

It was a bit strange. It was quite bland and didn't taste like anything. I wanted a little snack as well and was thinking about grabbing a snack after I got my tea. After tasting the tea though, I kinda lost my craving for a snack. I was quite disappointed by the taro milk tea. The one shop worker that was there was nice and polite. She was also patient and tried to get orders out as quickly as possible. Her attitude and work ethic were great. I'm giving three stars for her professionalism and patience because there were a lot of people coming in to order and/or pick up mobile orders. She remained composed and professional. I wouldn't go back, but I think a lot of people have really good experiences so they might be a worth a try.

The place is clean has plenty of room for indoor seating. The tea-maker asked if we wanted anything in particular, and warned me about my first inkling... I asked about the taro milk tea... it was from the root and not the powder. I know the difference and was glad that he made an effort to give me heads up. I went with a Tiger Milk Tea boba and was super pleased with the results. I ordered the small and it was both refreshing and filling. The boba was cut fresh, it was actually warm. I would certainly visit this boba place again.

My wife and I finally decided to try this place after years of saying "one day". We've now ordered twice in the past 2 weeks. The first time we ordered the Ka Prow fried rice and the drunken noodles with medium spice and chicken. I ordered the lunch size drunken noodles and it was a good amount of food! They were the best drunken noodles I've had around here by far. And the Ka Prow fried rice was so smoky and full of flavor! It makes all other fried rices feel boring in comparison. This time I ordered the Kao Soi chicken. It had a delicious red curry sauce and two whole chicken legs with the egg noodles. I loved how rich the flavor of the soup is. The full grilled squid was something we ordered on our first time and it was also really good but I think a tad overcooked. I can't really speak to service other than the staff being friendly when I've walked in to grab our order. But the inside of the restaurant is cozy. We will definitely keep coming back here and highly recommend it if you're in the area.
