I ordered an Oat Latte, Dark Star (espresso, oat milk, dark chocolate & Azteca), and included one matcha drink, My Little Green Friend (matcha, oat milk, white chocolate & vanilla). When I walked in, she briefly put her phone down, handed me my order without saying a word, then immediately picked her phone back up and walked to the back to continue her conversation. I'll definitely continue coming here because I genuinely like the product, but based on these experiences, I won't be tipping going forward. Good food can keep customers coming back, but good customer service matters too.
