Cesar and his team were friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. We had 2 trees and several shrubs removed, and they arrived exactly when we scheduled and got the work done quickly and professionally and for a fair price. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. read more

How fantastic is this Family owned business. Recommend this company 100%. Very knowledgeable and polite professional arborists. On time, clean all the leaves/tree branches and took their time to make sure that my tree was pruned and trimmed to impress. My Italian Cypress needed TLC and it certainly got it from the great job done by this company; so now it looks awesome. I got estimates from three (3) other companies but this one gave the best and fair price of them all. Will call them again when my Cypress needs more TLC. They even advised me on how to properly care for the tree, that was a bonus I truly appreciate. Thank you! read more

The trees in my front yard were in need of a trim. I've lived here 30 plus years and had done some tree maintenance on my own but it was defiantly time for a professional trim. Mr Tree Specialist was recommended to me by my neighbors. Cesar was quick to respond to my phone call and he visited me the same day. The price was fair and the appointment made for later in the week. The crew showed up on time and proceeded to transform my front yard. This is a family business and they all work well together. They started around 8:30 a.m. and finished a little after 11:00 a.m. The crew was professional. Did a great job trimming trees and a fantastic job on clean up. I highly recommend Mr Tree Specialist. read more

5 stars all the way! Left a message and Caesar called me right away and scheduled an appointment the following day to give me a bid. He showed up on time and walked me through the different options with pricing. It's always comforting when you don't feel pressured but educated on options. He provided the link to find his license and I also checked Yelp to see he had the verified license badge. I scheduled the service to take out one 60 foot tree and to trim back another large one (both in my front yard). The day of his whole crew showed up (again on time) & I found out it's a family company. It was really nice to see Caesar, his dad, brother, etc all working together. They were very personable, worked quickly, and cleaned up as they worked. I was impressed that the whole job was done by 1pm. Awesome job! read more

One of my giant oak trees needed a major manicure, as several of the larger limbs were weighed down by a lot of growth, almost touching my roof, which made it accessible to the neighborhood Raccoons and squirrels. I searched for tree trimmers and found, Cesar, the owner of Mr. Tree Specialist, who came highly recommended as you can see with the overwhelming 5 star reviews. Well, you can add my review to his 5 Star following. He was so responsive, and came out the next day, wow, right!! When he showed up he had great energy and he listened to me describe what I wanted, then he shared his assessment based on decades of experience growing up watching and learning from his father. He is more than fair with his price and his crew/family even went out of their way to throw in a few extra things. Can you believe it! Usually nothing is free anymore. Back to the tree job. When the job was finished my tree looked so beautiful, and happy. It's like when you get a new hair style that makes you look 10 years younger. That's my tree!! I found myself staring up at the tree for some time, admiring how beautiful it looked, neighbors probably thought I was crazy. Cesar is such a genuinely nice person, and he really cares about your job and the story behind it. He is a true professional, a very genuine and honest person; The entire family has such a deep respect, knowledge and understanding of trees. I would definitely recommend Cesar, he is a remarkable tradesmen and person, please give him a try, you'll have access to a valuable resource but also a new friend. read more

This is a great company from start to finish, their name tells it all. They pruned my apple tree for maximum fruiting (knowledge I didn't see in other companies which came out to the house) and cut back a very overgrown mock orange. The work crew was very professional, polite, and did a beautiful job. The job site was cleaned up and all trash removed. Caesar came out with his crew and gave me some ideas of things I could do myself. And on top of everything else, I found the price to be reasonable. If you need a tree expert, I recommend that you call this company first. read more

We had a huge project. We needed 14 125 foot Eucalyptus trees trimmed. Luckily, I saw the job that they did removing a giant pine tree at a neighbor's house. Cesar gave us an estimate that was less than what I had expected. He started the job when he said he would and finished sooner than expected. I will recommend them to anyone who needs tree work. read more

I recently used Mr. Trees after evaluating the other 4 best tree companies in Marin. Some of the other companies either were way over priced, or unprofessional. Mr. Trees were the most user-friendly, best price, and did a nice job. Why go anywhere else. . . . I would use them again. read more

Cesar (aka Mr Tree Specialist is a true professional. We have had to remove about thirty 80 foot tall Monterey Pines from our property over the last seven years and after using a couple different tree removal companies we found Cesar and could not have been more happy with him. We wish we had found him to begin with and saved ourselves a bunch of money hassle and headache! He and his crew are hard-working professionals and I was very impressed that the safety of his crew (the tree climber specifically) was of utmost importance. Highly recommend! read more
