I needed a certified Arborist and I reached out to many company's and Best Quality Tree service was one of the few who called me back! I was really in a time bind and they were willing to fit me in on a Saturday. Sadly, I ended up canceling due to a time constraint on my end but I really appreciated the professionalism shown to me. Its wild how many people don't even bother to call back or show a lack of concern for your situation these days. If I ever need anything related to trees ill be sure to double back. Thanks Again and sry for canceling. read more

Highly Professional tree service. Best Quality Tree is not your fly by night , small guy in a pickup truck company, they are a serious professional company that has government contracts , does work in SF Golden Gate park and yet will also do residential . They have state of the art equipment and owner German and his crew are highly professional. German and his crew handled my hillside cleanup quickly and promptly. Impressive how everyone in his crew handled their jobs with no lagging around. 6 guys came over and did short work on my hillside. Everyone was efficient at their jobs and the foreman was super knowledgeable, identifying the various species of plants on my hill and how to best deal with cutting them down, great info! They did a cleanup on my property dealing with excess leaves and even cleaned up any left over leaves on the street and picked up everything. Will not hesitate to use them for phase 2 of my hillside project later in the year. Already recommended them to 3 of my neighbors just after they left today. read more

Best Quality Tree Service - Tree Services Near Me - San Pablo, California

Ronald and his crew were not only professional, & kind but did a fantastic job of cleaning. My parents had a huge walnut tree that was taking over their backyard and blocking out the sun from hitting their large lemon tree. So we all went on Yelp to read reviews in our area and found BQTS, we are so pleased with the work that Ronald and his crew did. They came last Friday to give us a fair quote and came today on a Monday morning and knocked it out the park. We highly recommend Best Quality Tree Service for fast, well priced and wonderful clean up. The added bonus is the walnut tree came out perfect and the sun is shining brightly again. read more

I had a great experience with Best Quality Tree. I asked for a fruit tree pruning in February. They came right on time and I walked them around to my Fioji (pineapple guava) tree, and my Fuji apple tree. I'm not sure how many Fioji trees they see, but it's June now, and the tree looks full and bursting with new blooms. The apple tree had a large, low hanging limb removed along some pruning. It's looking very happy now, with lots of apples on higher branches I can walk under. Thanks guys! read more

I'm with everybody else regarding Ronald and Best Quality. They underbid 3 others by a considerable margin, arrived early, and did the job--cutting back palm trees--quickly and efficiently. They're my tree people from now on. read more

It's always sad to see a tree take a fall, but German, Ronald and company are very good at picking up the pieces and cleaning up. Their prices are pretty good, as well. Friendly and understanding, they make good suggestions but work with the owners to sort out what you should do. For example, when one of our four giant oaks fell, they took care of it but, at my request, left the massive trunk in the riparian area and topped the surrounding trees so that we still have the impressive trunks standing with foliage at the top, rather than just cut it all down. Top rated and our first choice. read more

I had a large tree that was leaning over part of my house and had developed a large crack in the trunk. I called Ronald, he came out later the same day, and confirmed that the tree could fall any time. Very scary! He came with his crew the very next morning and they got to work. Instead of the job taking 2 hours as he had predicted, they were all finished in just an hour and a quarter. Tree cut down, all debris cleared away, and the yard raked so that it was cleaner when they left than it had been before they started. In addition, he pruned a pepper tree that was way overgrown and gave me excellent advice about the other trees in my yard. All three people were friendly, helpful and polite. They turned a stressful situation into a very pleasant one. I will certainly use them again any time I need help with my trees. You can't do better than Ronald and his crew! read more

German and his team did an excellent job removed tree from my front yard. They show up on time and very responsive to my questions with the quote and provided a reasonable price. I recommend Best Quality Tree Service and will use them again. read more

We noticed that with all the rains a 25-foot tree in our yard was leaning more than it had been. I called Best Quality. Ronald was there within about a half hour, said the tree should come down ASAP, and gave an estimate that was a couple hundred less than what I'd gotten over the phone (based on a picture) from a company that couldn't come until the following day. Ronald was back with his crew a couple hours later. They got the tree down, applied stump killer, removed the wood, and cleaned up after the job. Very easy experience, a pleasure to deal with, and very satisfied with the job. read more

Ronald, and his crew trimmed my neighbor Walnut tree, which branches were hanging over my property, they did a great job. Ronald and crew were informative, professional, and friendly, and the price was reasonable. I will recommend Best quality tree service to my family and friends. read more

I learned about Ronald from someone on Lamorinda Families who raved about him. Well, he lives up to his billing. Given the risk of downed trees during this atmospheric river, I called Ronald on Friday and he was able to come by in a few hours. Although our pines were sturdy, I chose to remove a leaning 50 footer that would take out power lines if it fell. I was also advised to cable the larger one next to it that had a split at the top. Ronald returned as promised on Monday with his team, made quick work of both pines, and cleaned up meticulously. Now Best Quality Tree Service is my go to for all my trees. Great work at a fair price, and nice folks too. read more

Ronald is a tree whisperer. He has cared for our fruit trees for years. He can sling a chainsaw! Very accurate estimates.

Responded quickly and were on site the next day. Fast, efficient and respectful of the property. An acacia tree had fallen in the backyard and they removed it and the damaged apple tree that it landed on. When they left the backyard was clean and the front yard where the pieces were taken to the chipper were cleaned. You would never know that they had been there. Hard workers that know there business. Great price as well. read more

We just had an obnoxious tree removed by them from our house and it has made such a difference. Ronald gave us such a reasonable estimate after driving by the house to give me a quote and stuck to that quote. Ronald and his guys did a timely job and cleaned up very well. Thank you! read more

Very satisfied customer! I have a 40 foot Monterey pine and wanted it trimmed (a lot) before El Nino hits later this season. I interviewed several tree services and Best Quality Tree Service offered the best price (less than half of one service) and they had the time to get to it sooner than the others. They were on time with the initial estimate and on time for the work. (I appreciate punctuality) A week after my estimate the tree is beautifully trimmed and everything nicely cleaned up. It was suggested early in our search that the entire tree should come down. We love this former home Christmas tree/squirrel & dove sanctuary and were so relived that a proper trim would give us many more years together. German, Ronald and Alex did a wonderful job. When it comes time to finally bring our tree down, Best Quality Tree Svc is the number I'm going to call. read more

I call best quality tree service to give me an estimate, they gave me a good reasonable price to take down two pine trees. The sales person took its time to explain to me why my pines had die he said the beetle attacked them because I hadn't spray them. I schedule a date to remove my pines with them, they were on time. The foremen Ronald did a wonderful job taking them down he didn't hit no power lines or damage any of my property and they move fast and safe the whole time they were working. The number one thing I recommend about this company is that they safe, honest and they stand to their name they do quality work. read more

Best Quality Tree Service - Ronald removing the second Pine - Tree Services Near Me - San Pablo, California

This review is long overdue. Ronald has been to our house a few times and always does a great job. The first time, we needed a tree trimmed that the fire department deemed too close to our garage roof. Ronald was able to get the job done quickly and also offered to trim another shrub that he thought was too close to the garage as well. His prices were very reasonable. A few months later we had Ronald come back to take down a very large dead tree. He and his team got the job done in a day (including grinding down the stump and full removal) and then came back the next day and planted a new tree (that we bought) near the old tree's place. He then trimmed two other large trees. Ronald is great to work with and gives good advice. We have a lot of trees in our yard, so we will continue to call Ronald in the future. read more

We hired them to remove a total of 5 large pine trees. They were responsive from the very start when we asked to get a bid. Their price was reasonable and the level of response never diminished a bit right through the completion of the job. The job was done on time, as promised, with no damages. And they protected our plants and lawn. The quoted price was honored and there was never any request for any kind of change orders. Each day they cleaned up the area very nicely. I was not around when they did the work so I can only speak to results and they earned all 5 stars. I recommend getting a bid from this outfit for tree removal. read more

After doing some research on the different tree companies in our area we decided on "Best Quality Tree Service". We had two plum trees that were starting to grow over a roof and were afraid of them damaging a new shared fence. So after receiving a quote and felt comfortable with the professionalism we decided to hire them. First of all when they told us that it might take two days and they finished in one! The job was fairly priced and they did an awesome job of cleaning up afterwards. I also recommended them to family and friends who needed a professional job without getting the run around. read more

I called with a high priority job that needed to be completed within four days. German came out for a quote on day one. Job was completed on day four. Problem alleviated. Crew arrived on scheduled time and completed the job negotiated in timely manner. The crew were friendly and did an amazing job. Highly recommend! read more

Best Quality Tree Service was recommended to us by our neighbors. We have a lot of large trees and knew that they needed some maintenance since we moved in about 3 years ago and hadn't had a chance to do any landscape work until now. Ronald and Jerman came out to our property for a free estimate and they were very thorough and honest with what needed to be done now and what we might be able to wait on. We got a very reasonable price on removing a large oak as well as maintenance on several other trees. On the day of the Job, Ronald, Jerman and Arturo were punctual and efficient with the clearing process. The clean up was amazing -- they left everything nicer than when they started. We were very pleased with the quality of the work. The crew is super nice and very professional. We look forward to having Best Quality Tree Service continue to help keep our trees healthy and beautiful. read more

We recently hired them to put a diseased 30-foot cypress out of its misery, choosing them over two other services mostly on the basis of price (about $100 less than the other estimates). Everything went very smoothly--the estimate was given on the spot; on the scheduled day, they showed up right on time, and did the work quickly, as quietly as could be expected for this sort of thing, and with meticulous cleanup. Highly recommended. read more

Great job! Best Quality Tree Service did an amazing job from start to finish. The owner, German, came the same day I called and gave a very reasonable estimate and he did not try to up sell at all, but rather told me to wait on pruning a few of the trees until it would be a better time of the year for the trees' health. We scheduled a day the following week and he and his crew of 6 were there at exactly the time he said they would be. They removed a VERY large pine tree that was on a steep grade and trimmed a lemon tree and 5 large oak trees. They gave the trees good "haircuts" and make them look clean and well maintained -- no hack jobs or sawed off branches visible. When they finished they cleaned up the yard including all the loose pine cones and lemons and left it looking better than before they got there. read more

I had several trees the badly needed thinning, including 1 very large valley oak. German at Best Quality gave me a very reasonable estimate. I needed an emergency tree removal this year. My standby company was swamped as were all the big names - but they recommended a new company, Best Quality Tree Service - and told me to call Roman. Roman came out to give a very reasonable estimate the same day, and brought his crew to remove the tree the next. This tree was coming out by it's roots. I was very pleased with their service. Yesterday, a neighbor's huge tree limb came down in my yard. I called Roman again, and the crew came to remove the limb. As my husband watched nervously - the tree limb was perched over the fence - the crew removed the limb and managed to save the fence that it was hanging over. My husband proclaimed them true artists! read more

Hands down one of the best contractor experiences I have ever had! They took down a huge (40 ft.) dead tree in our backyard and were consummate professionals. I could not give a higher recommendation for them and their work. They were on time, conscientious, clean, thorough, super kind, and able to problem-solve on the fly. Really enjoyed my experience and would welcome them back. They were also affordable and let me pay with either check or card! GREAT company!!!! read more

I found Best Quality Tree Service in the Marketplace Magazine. I was interested in a tree service that was both licensed and insured. Ronald arrived on time to give me what I thought was a fair quote to trim a large group of bushes on the side of my yard. I went with Ronald after receiving a few different quotes from from several tree services. Ronald and his crew arrived on time and did a quick and efficient job. I was happy with the service and will use them again. I would recommend Best Quality Tree Service to others looking for quality and quick work at a fair price. read more

We called Best Quality Tree Service to trim a mature redwood at the side of our house. German and Ronald came and gave a very reasonable estimate for the job. They explained what the tree needed to keep it healthy, and their explanation conformed to my experience with trees. They came early on the scheduled day with their crew. Brian was the certified arborist who climbed the tree and did the trimming. He did a great job of repairing the damage from a prior trimmer. He carefully trimmed the outer tips of all branches to encourage interior growth, and he corrected a prior topping problem. Clean-up was thorough. I will call them for tree maintenance in the future. read more

Ronald and his team responded promptly to our call. They came the same day to give us a quote which came in several hundred under other quotes. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job. They cleaned the roof, the gutters and underbrush without being asked. They even trimmed some brush not initially discussed in our initial quote for free. Our job had a lot of tree involvement with pge lines- and they were able to navigate safely and expertly. Ten stars! Thanks Ronald! read more

These guys are awesome, good price, great service! the place looked great after they cut this huge amber tree down! Cleaned up the mess and put everything back, it was great! Unfortunately it has started raining and can't finish the job yet. Ronald and German came days before to estimate the work and were here before time with their crew. They brought some heavy duty equipment and planned their day very well. They worked very efficiently and safely. We had 6 very tall Cedar trees in our backyard and a fallen pear tree in the front yard. We are very satisfied with their service and they are very reasonably priced. The only improvement would be for them to review before hand how their customer would like to handle the cut wood and mulch. I wish I thought ahead and kept more wood for the fire place but I was so amazed at the work that it became an after thought... After all it is not every day that we have trees cut down. read more
