I recently lost my husband earlier in the week. It was unexpected. Earlier today I wrote a negative review on another company who looked at our backed up sink and immediately said the price would be $436 (!! for a simple backed up kitchen sink). So I called Mr. Rooter and they sent a technician immediately. The technician, Andy, was quite polite and very competent. He fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. If he didn't have to disassemble the trap below the sink the price would have been $79. With the disassembly and reassembly the price was a very fair $126. Hence, I couldn't recommend Mr. Rooter of Long Beach more highly. read more

Two days before Thanksgiving, the tub in our bathroom got clogged and the water just wouldn't go down. It got us even more worried when we realized that running the kitchen sink would add to the water in the clogged bathtub! So we called Mr Rooter to see if they can come out to fix the problem. I noticed a leak outside my townhome that was dripping right above my garage. I contacted Mr. Rooter the next day and Mariah was able to get someone to come out immediately to check out the issue. John B. was the plumber sent out to us and he was absolutely fantastic. The leak turned out to be a major issue since we weren't able to immediately identify the source. John was honest with us every step of the way and suggested we contact our homeowners insurance to get quotes prior to him continuing more work. We eventually requested for John to come back out and he fixed the issue. A lot of stucco had to be broken but John never complained or gave up - eventually finding the source of the leak! It was such a small pinhole leak that was causing the issue. He replaced the old copper piping and we haven't had any issues since. Tanya was also amazing throughout the process. She coordinated the stucco repair with an outside repairman, Fernando, who also did an amazing job. Tanya was patient with my changing schedule and limited timeline and I'm just so grateful. Overall, highly recommend working with Mr. Rooter for any of your plumbing issues! Everyone I worked with here made a stressful situation much more manageable.
