So, don't judge me: We had an early morning engagement on Sunday and found this to be a donut location still open, late, on a Saturday night. Being night owls, we realized we could purchase donuts LATE, at night, and then wake up at a NOT TOO EARLY time, and just eat the donuts we bought LAST NIGHT, without having to go out! Most say you don't want day old donuts, and there's always the anxiety of sitting around trying to pick out donuts from a place that has a really tantalizing array of treats. I got a chocolate glazed, several donut holes and a frosted deal that had cinnamon cereal on the top of it, and for being a day or so old, they were still GREAT, and I'd love to brave an early morning to actually get them a bit fresher (the cinnamon crunch cereal on the one donut had gotten a bit stale from sitting on the frosting, but you can expect that!). It was very empty when we showed up, being that it was so late and rainy, and the lady behind the counter was INCREDIBLY kind and patient as I made my selection. read more

These donuts were pretty darn good. A dozen of them cost just over $13. They didn't last very long around the kids. The Only downside was going in the afternoon. My husband and I were craving something sweet 4 p.m on a Sunday! As we were driving we spotted Mr. Maple donuts so we decided to stop. We walked in and the store is very clean. Friendly welcoming staff and they have a large variety of donuts! Both of our donuts were soft and not greasy at all. We were surprised how fresh they were being so late in the day on a Sunday (we are not donut connoisseurs). If we are ever craving a donut again we will definitely be back here!! read more

The donuts here are different and better than i've had in a long time. They have a great variety too! Pineapple, cherry, blueberry, raspberry fritters. Cheesecake filled, glazed, cake donuts, crullers... Usually I find cake donuts to be heavy and greasy. But their blueberry cake donut (amazing!) is light, airy, and not greasy at all. I work in the area & was so excited for this shop to open. Finally got to try it & I loved all the donuts i tried! The texture of the jelly filled donuts were light & fluffy. They even make a guava filled donut which I would've never even thought of. The donut holes were soft. Not light the ones you buy at your local grocery store. First visit- I needed two dozen specially decorated for a presentation I was giving at school. The lady took my order and made sure she got the specifics correct. They did a great job- decorating was spot on, they boxed them up nicely, and even gave me 4 extras free (because they had gotten carried away with all the decorating!). I put the leftovers out at work the next day and my colleagues enjoyed them as well. Second visit- I just went in for a variety of 6 donuts. Got some filled, some chocolate, two plain. They lasted three days and were still good on the last day. I agree with other reviewers that they are more flavorful and less greasy than a grocery store donut. Tastes even better than Voodoo Donuts and you don't have to wait in line for half an hour! This is the first place I have been to since moving to the PNW that does a Maple Bar right! This place is pretty scrumptious! I got the breakfast bagel and asked for no cheese and they were very professional and Tooke the cheese off with out any complaints like most places do. They have more than enough seating as well if you would like to go with a group. Coffee is ok but if you really are a coffee lover you can always go to Brewed awakenings close by to have it with the donuts. read more

Our first time here. We arrived at 8:15am on Saturday. Glad we were early as the line was soon to the door. We purchased a raspberry fritter, maple bar and bavarian cream filled donut. All the items were on the doughy side as they were not allowed to raise sufficiently before frying. The fritter was large, I would rather have it smaller but higher with more fruit cut into the dough. All items were very dense, not airy. I would like to see plastic knives and napkins offered with items near the coffee. Undecided if we'll try it again. read more

I drive by a couple of times a week on my way to work, and always talk myself out of stopping and this new donuts shop off 78th. This past week I finally decided to stop in and grab some donuts for my coworkers. I was not disappointed! The place is immaculate when it comes to cleanliness and the owners (I'm assuming-husband/wife??) were very kind. The donuts were soooo yummy and thoroughly enjoyed by my coworkers as well! Our families new favorite. We started to go once or twice weekly. We love all the variety of donuts and how well stalked and clean it is. Love love love this place ! Also tip for the workers. Instead of washing your hands after every customer you should do clear gloves. There was one worker who served 7 people before washing her hands once. So just FYI it's weird to come in and see the workers washing hands after touching money then the next day a different worker didn't wash her hands after every customer.
