Even at 6 PM we ordered and received two dozen fresh donuts. There was a great selection available and well were kind of hooked. A large selection at very affordable prices that easily rival those pink box chains. Keep it up Mr Maple. read more

Mr. Maple is a perfectly decent spot for a doughnut fix. It has a nostalgic, old-school Dunkin' atmosphere that's hard to find in the Northwest these days. The variety is solid, and I've always found the service to be prompt and friendly. There is a lot of competition in the area now; while I wouldn't rank them as the absolute best, they offer consistent quality and are certainly a reliable choice. read more

I ordered a dozen donuts online through their website, paid, and got confirmation via text that my order was ready for pickup. I had triple-checked the location before ordering to make sure I was selecting the right one. When I arrived, the person working at the counter looked at me blankly when I said I was picking up an online order. She said, "my boss really needs to fix that, I don't know why we never get the online orders." So, clearly an ongoing issue that hasn't been addressed. I had to reiterate my entire customized order, and they didn't even have half of the donuts I selected. I had also planned on getting a latte when I got there, only to find out the one item on their menu is drip coffee. I passed on that. This was my first experience at a Mr. Maple, and it was terrible. Won't return. read more

Stopped in around 5pm and the donuts still tasted very fresh! I had a cinnamon roll and a maple bar and they were both delicious. Service was very friendly and patient as my partner and I were having a difficult time deciding from all of their many options. read more

Ready, waiting and flying off the shelves.....Mr. Maple Donuts is no joke. You name the donut....they have it! All you need to figure out is how many want. Very neat and clean, bright, friendly staff....waiting to serve you. I was looking for plain old-fashioned, cake like donuts.....I'VE FOUND THEM!!! Cooked very well all the way through...not gooey. I also had a blueberry fritter......10/10! A true fritter, easy to eat, not too sugary. You will not go wrong with Mr. Maple Donuts. read more

Even though we popped in later in the day the donuts still tasted fresh. We got a bear claw, mini cinnamon roll, and a raspberry filling donut. I'm not used to having filling inside my bear claw so was not fond of it but the outside was great! read more

This place was right next to our hotel in a little strip mall. What a nice surprise! The staff here was so kind and had great recommendations! We will forever be indebted to them for telling us about the double maple bar! (Maple frosted donut filled with maple cream) Holy cow where has that been all our life? We liked this place so much we went back a second day and got a dozen for our group! They were such a hit and everyone loved them! The donuts are so tasty and so fresh! The kids really enjoyed the Elmo decorated one! There are many donut options in Portland/vancouver but Mr maple is at the top of our list! read more

Removing a star. Very poor customer service today. The lady behind the counter didn't greet us when we walked up to the counter. She just looked at us and didn't say anything. Kind of odd. Then I realized she was talking on her phone through her bluetooth. She was speaking Spanish under her breath to someone on the phone. She spoke on the phone throughout our entire transaction. I kept having to repeat myself because she wasn't listening to me. Very frustrating experience. read more

Amazing donuts, great selection, super helpful. Definitely recommend and will return.

Very nice employee, it was late and they were getting ready to close so they were out of a few I wanted. They were good, really really sweet, but they are donuts so it's to be expected! My only complaint was that and that they didn't seem very soft and fresh, but it was end of day read more

My Dearest Mr. Maple, Forgive my formal address and public communique as I am Yelping that which I fear I have not the courage to proclaim. Yet, it is the mere memory of your donuts which has created an unquenchable desire when time passes without your sweet rings of cream and frosting. How dull and empty this pandemic hath become without you! I find it difficult to wholly fix my attention to the Zoom gatherings which I must partake as conditions of my employ. The moment I came into your shop I loved your donuts. Before we met I did not believe love at first bite possible. But you titillated my taste buds, and caused me to crave your wondrous sweet fried discs with a sudden revelation of all that is lovely and divine in a doughnut. Be as merciful as you are delicious, and save me from donut despair for I'm eager to grasp a chocolate cream-filled orb dusted with sugar which hath been powdered. As I write, I catch the scent of distant donut making ... and at once the charm of your long, sweet double maple bar steals over me while a fair blueberry old fashioned cake halo passes my gaze ... and instantly I recall all your freshness and decadence. Let me say, in closing, a few words about your fritters ... full of fruits and carbs ... that fill me with ecstasy like no other mister can in this region north of the land of ports. May I call on you again? Or, will you consent to provide delivery? Yours ever, Michael S. of Vancouver, WA read more

A few of my friends recommended trying this donut shop, and I loved it! They have many flavors to choose from as well as sandwiches and blended drinks. We got a dozen donuts! Each donut was so soft, fluffy and fresh. The different flavors they had were delicious, not too sweet at all. Great little donut shop in Vancouver! read more

Sometimes the donuts don't seem like they're fresh. Maybe like a day old? But for the most part it's good and the customer service is great every time! The store is clean and usually there is not a wait. The mango smoothie is so yummy! read more

Give this place a try! I waited so long for this location to open up as it's right next to my work. Located in the Andresen plaza, it can be a little bit hard to miss, but keep your eye out because stopping at Mr. Maples is worth it! The donuts we tried were chocolate, chocolate coconut, butter nut, and a maple cream. The chocolates and butter nut were delicious, moist and and fluffy. The real treat was the maple cream though. In my humble opinion, most cream filled donuts are super sugary sweet to the point of a bellyache, Mr Maples' however are PERFECT. So light, and every bite is a subtle treat that leaves you wanting more. These guys obviously know what they're doing. As of right now they are open until 5 pm everyday offering takeout. So treat yourself to some sweets while supporting a small business! read more

I have been wanting to try this new donut shop and stopped in and saw they had bear claws(my favorite). I also got an old fashioned and a Carmel latte. Now, don't get me wrong, the donuts were very good, just not what I had expected for a "classic" donut shop. The bearclaw was a donut you would normally use with a cream filling & not a flaky puff pastry as is standard with Bearclaws. It was also filled with an apple filling and not an almond paste. I wouldn't have ordered these had I known the deviation of the traditional bearclaw. The Carmel Latte was also a traditional donut you would expect to have a filling, but there was none. Just cream frosting. The old fashioned was your traditional style donut. Again, the donuts were good, just not traditional in what you would normally expect from our beloved donuts. read more

I am handicapped, i had double hip replacement same day, I pulled into front door and called to put a big order in. No customers, 2 employees standing talking to each other, I called and asked for curbside help because of surgery. She said "No" I asked for manager, she was the manager! She said No again...(78th in Hazeldell) it would have been a $40.00 order. I said, ok, thank you! I left! read more

The women was So unfriendly, unwelcoming and insulting. So we turned around and told her we will take our business elsewhere. It's not like there's a shortage of friendly donut shops in Vancouver. I've been driving by this place the past couple of months and wanted to stop in and purchase some donuts. I was next door getting my hair done and decided to finally check it out and I am so glad I did. They have so many varieties of donuts which made it hard to choose but I did settle on my first dozen and I am so HAPPY with all of them. They are very tasty and FRESH!!!! Will definitely be back very soon. read more

Delicious donuts! Convenient online ordering for pick up or delivery. The place is clean and the people are pleasant!

A little new to the Vancouver scene and craving for some donuts. The only wife-approved shop we go to is Sesame Donuts but only the Hillsboro location where we were previously located. We ordered half dozen donuts and 4 donut holes. Love the fluffy texture on their donuts (even though we came in near the end of the day). Although I have only tried to Bavarian Creme and the donut holes so far (the rest for the next day), the quality is excellent and not overly sweet. Will definitely come back to satisfy our donut cravings. read more

We decided to try mr maple because of its reviews. When I first walked in I-thought "looks good" but boy was I-fooled. I bought a cinnamon roll and a bear claw. The cinnamon roll didn't even look like a cinnamon roll. The bear claw was dark brown. To make a long story short, both doughnuts had been over cooked. The Mrs. and I ended up throwing them away. read more

I like this place over Krispy Kreme's. Thank goodness there is no delivery option. I would be ordering.

This place is super delicious!! Donuts are made perfectly. There's even that donut that isn't displayed up front that is to die for. The cinnamon roll donut with some maple glaze on top. Yum! Customer service is great too :) read more

Very inconsistent at the Andreson location. We are monthly or more customers, and always purchase a dozen plus. We are disappointed to find that, the last few months it seems of every 12 donuts we have purchased we get 4 or 5 burnt or donuts that are missing their filling. Today for example, our chocolate cake donut was so hard and burnt it was inedible. 2 of our filled donuts, had no filling. At first, I thought I had wrongly assumed the donuts in question the were supposed to be filled. However, after intentionally questioning every donut purchased and only purchasing the ones I've vetted and know to be filled yet still finding them unfilled leads me to believe that it's the workers. read more

We went in for the first time last weekend and oh my the donuts we bought were amazing!! Ordered double maple, apple cider, Bavarian creme, & caramel creme. All of them did not have that weird oily aftertaste that a lot of donuts have. The other thing is we couldn't finish them all so I froze them & later just defrosted them on the kitchen counter & they tasted just as fresh as when we bought them!! Will definitely go back to try other flavors. read more

YUM! So many options, and all my faves are phenomenal. Customer service is also great! Why go anywhere else?

I really liked Mr. Maple Donuts! It kind of reminds me of Dunkin Donuts. I don't know if that sounds like a good or bad thing to some people. It's a great thing in my opinion! I don't usually care for stuffed powdered donuts, but I got a little nostalgic for Dunkin Donuts' upon seeing Mr. Maple's Oreo frosting stuffed powdered donuts. Delicious! The sugar melted quickly in my veins, I was happy--until I ate a quarter of 4 different donuts--all good and then got hit hard by the sugar coma. Was it worth it? Yes. Did I hanger for more the next day? Yes. Only I resisted the urge. I know, I'm proud of myself too. I dough-not want to make that a regular habit. You've been warned! Oh, one more thing. Customer service was gracious and kind. I can tell that it's important to them. I'll definitely be back! read more

The customer service from one of the ladies is just awful. She acts like a bitch and she definitely needs to be removed from the front of store. I went to the Andreesen location and there was a very kind middle eastern women with amazing customer service!! She helped us out! She was very kind and helped explain the variety well while smiling and being very cheerful. I like it when people lighten the mood! We got 2 maple bars and a cinnamon roll and it was outstanding! Way better than Voodoo! My wife and I will definitely be returning, we found our new donut shop haha! read more

Best donuts hands down! Jelly filled have a great taste and all their cake style are fresh. Will be back over and over again.

Delicious donuts! It'a convienetly locates by my work. So many options. It's hard to decide.

Purchased an Apple Fritter at the Andresen location. It was WAY over cooked...crunchy and dry. There were no chunks of apple...I mean...there could have been I guess? Maybe they were just so shriveled from being over cooked I couldn't find them. I was so disappointed I couldn't even force myself to eat the whole thing, so I threw it away. Do better Mr. Maple! read more
