The chocolate was perfect. Similar to Randy's donuts (in CA) but better! William was such a great employee. He took care of us and was super patient with all our questions. The doughnut choices are in a display case which makes it easy to see. Chose the maple cream, Memphis, mango, flavor of the month which is some type of berries and the voodoo. The maple and voodoo were overly sweet with thick layers of frosting on it. The mango was more subtle and the Memphis was good. Service was quick and the line was short.

All the donuts had a price by each one, and some of them said $0.60 if added to a dozen. All the donuts I picked, except one, did not have the additional $0.60 on the donut tag. But when I got up to the register she charged another $0.60 on eleven donuts. We talked about it, but the bottom line, a line she repeated numerous times was, unfortunately there is nothing I can do. When I asked to talk to the manager, she just used the same words. I said she is the manager, she can put the $0.60 on the donut tags, she said she couldn't do that. She could put up a sign, nope she couldn't do that either. So basically, she isn't a manager. Unless you want to get lied to about what you're paying, while they create false advertising and inflate the costs, stay away from Krispy Kreme. This is at the corporate level. Not just individual stores.
