The server did provide the warning of the texture of glass noodles which can be quite chewy and that is why I like them. However, they were too sticky and stuck together in huge clumps. Rather than having veggies mixed in with the noodles, it was topped with them. It was also sweet, so I would recommend using the pickled banchan dishes to mitigate the sweetness. My boyfriend also thought his beef japchae was really sweet, too -- even the beef marinade. He wasn't the biggest fan. Neither of us would order that again (here) but we will probably come back to try other things. The dolsot bibimbop looks amazing!
