I'm a stay at home dog mom but even we need breaks…read more A friend of mine told me about this place so I decided to give it a try. I filled out the form on line and submitted vaccine records. Within two days, I had dropped my boys off for their free intro play date. I could tell immediately when I picked them up, they were happy and had a great day! I was sold on this place after I saw how happy they were and I bought a play package. What's great about this place over others I've used over the years is you don't have to make an appointment for play dates!! So I can decide to drop off my boys any day at any time! I can wake up one day and decide-I feel lazy and want a quiet day and drop them off. I also like how it's curbside drop off and pick up. You park, call and someone come out to get my boys. So easy! I love not having to go inside. I also like how many employees they have staffed and how friendly everyone I've met has been.

Our two dogs were groomed for the third time at Animal Oasis. My daughter and I were pleased until…read morethis last visit with them. Our precious fourteen year old female was called beautiful and had pics taken of passerby's. When we picked her up after her being there for three hours or more ( every visit the same amount of time ) we just wanted to get them home. With her we noticed immediately her " beautiful fan tail " was no more. Her hind leg had been shaved to the bone. The shaver got away from one of their employees and that employee was not honest enough to report it. And if it was reported to his or her employer when we picked up our precious dog the incident was ignored and she was handed over to us like nothing ever happened. Now, a few months later she still has the large bald spot on the back of her hind leg where no hair has grown.. Her tail is completely butchered it hasn't grown out to its " beautiful fan wave" for a Collie after all this time. " I cant imagine what she was put through" being there! Our two year old male dog the most loving ever had his face completely missed his beard went over his lip. I trimmed it myself. I'm grateful our male dog hadn't gone through the trauma our precious female had gone through. I personally feel that someone there ( management) should be taking responsibility by checking while dogs are being groomed by ( newbies ) or any employee in any manner. I feel my female dog was left with a newbie and was not given the attention to this employee that he or she needed with managing. My daughter and I were under the impression that the woman that met us outside( same woman that groomed twice before ) asked how we'd like their grooming taken care of would be the one attending to both our dogs we trusted her grooming since she had done both our dogs twice before and we were happy with their outcome We had made recommendations to friends about Animal Oasis. We put our trust in the woman who greeted us who seemed interested in our concerns towards their grooming. This business failed my dogs and us. We should have looked at the grooming before paying the $100.00 per dog and not given the tips. I've never had to write up a complaint I waited hoping my female dog would grow her beautiful hair back to its original shape " Not" ! The Animal Oasis deserves this complaint. If you go to Animal Oasis after my complaint ask questions like who will be attending fully to my animal and look carefully after the work has been completed to your satisfaction before tipping. Get names, your dog is part of your loving family and should be treated like so.

After losing my sweet Sadie, I felt an emptiness in my home I didn't think could ever be filled…read more Then I found Taylor through Ragdoll Ranch, and what I brought home was more than a kitten. He was a blessing, a piece of light, and a living reminder that love continues. I've worked with breeders before, but never like this. Ashley and Lyle are not just breeders, they are family, and they raise their kittens like family. Ashley mothers these babies in a way you can see and feel: they are held, loved, and nurtured during those tender months when personality is formed. When I adopted Taylor at 6 months old, he came to me not just healthy and socialized, but with a sweetness that only comes from being raised with real heart. He checks every box you'd expect from a true Ragdoll: gentle, floppy, endlessly affectionate, the kind of cat who seems born to love. Some people misunderstand what it means for a Ragdoll to be "purebred." The truth is that Ragdolls were created in the 1960s by Ann Baker using a mix of breeds (Birman, Persian-like, Siamese-pointed cats, and a white domestic longhair named Josephine). That's the foundation of the breed. So when DNA tests today show traces of those breeds, that doesn't disprove anything, it actually confirms the breed's history. What makes a Ragdoll purebred is registration and lineage, and all of Ragdoll Ranch's kings and queens are TICA-registered Ragdolls. But beyond papers and pedigrees, what matters most is love. Ragdoll Ranch gave me not just a cat, but a companion whose personality reflects the kindness of the people who raised him. They were responsive, transparent, and professional; providing health records, care guidance, and even advice on local vets. Ashley has even cared for Taylor for me when I couldn't -- a gesture that says more than words ever could. This isn't just a business. It is a humane, heartfelt, beautiful enterprise; a reflection of beautiful people investing their lives in something of the heart. In a world that often feels hurried and transactional, Ashley and Lyle remind me that when something is raised with love, it shows. Taylor shows it every single day. To say I recommend this breeder would be an understatement. If you are looking for a Ragdoll raised with love and integrity, I implore you to reach out. Ashley and Lyle are not only the best in town -- they are among the best you'll find anywhere.

Amazing. Just returned from a week away to two very happy dogs who are behaving better than before…read morewe left! Our dog Ruby is hard to love because she barks and growls at strangers. We knew we couldn't take her to the kennel and so we haven't traveled in 18 months. Shannon took such great care of our dogs that Ruby has stopped aggressively barking at people when they come over and seemed happier when we returned that before we left. Shannon and Tonda updated me twice a day with adorable pictures of my pups. I finally enjoyed my time away knowing that they were in good hands. Shannon made sure my pup Maggie had her allergy pill everyday and took the time to watch tv with them before she went to school everyday! I think my dogs miss their dog mom! They were so relaxed when we returned, I will use this service over and over again! I cannot thank them enough! Happy dogs!

I will preface this by saying I have not actually used this service. I met these people at a dog…read moreevent. I was very impressed with them. Seemed like they would take great care of my dogs. I called later about boarding. They really push for you to just fill out a form. They will not give any kind of estimate. I understand that circumstances will vary, but a price range would be good. I had a contractor at my home once looking out my window and commenting "all you rich people up here." He way overcharged me and we aren't all rich. Not saying she would do this, I just like to be quoted a price range. She seems to take care of her employees and has a decent business plan. Costs to meet with them, as it should. Where she lost me was asking how long the dogs could be left alone. Well, several hours I suppose. She kinda beat around the bush then told me that all of her Nannys have full time careers. If I am working outside of the house for a full work day, I take my dogs to day care. An 8-9 hour work day and commute, leaves my dogs alone for at least 9-10 hours. How does the Nanny have time to exercise them? She also said that a Nanny can only work for one week. So, if you are gone for more than one week, you would have 2 nannies. Not a huge deal, but two different people in my home is a question mark. She ended the conversation with "fill out the online form and we will see if we have any nannies available." Didn't sound like she even wanted the business and seemed like she didn't have many nannies. I have 2 easy, older dogs, but they need daily exercise. I don't need someone with my dogs 24/7, but I would not leave them more than 6 hours at a time, so just being fed and having someone overnight, is not what I am looking for. That being said, if this works for others, they may be a great service.
