I adopted 3 siblings and they are so very loved but as you can see, they aren't purebred ragdolls as I was told. The adoption experience was pretty bad, and some of the issues were corrected but this solves the mystery for me. read more

Ragdoll Ranch - My precious boy I adopted with 2 of his sisters in November 2022 from "ragdoll ranch" As you can see, not 100% ragdoll as I suspected. - Pet Breeders Near Me - Reno, Nevada

After losing my sweet Sadie, I felt an emptiness in my home I didn't think could ever be filled. Then I found Taylor through Ragdoll Ranch, and what I brought home was more than a kitten. He was a blessing, a piece of light, and a living reminder that love continues. I've worked with breeders before, but never like this. Ashley and Lyle are not just breeders, they are family, and they raise their kittens like family. Ashley mothers these babies in a way you can see and feel: they are held, loved, and nurtured during those tender months when personality is formed. When I adopted Taylor at 6 months old, he came to me not just healthy and socialized, but with a sweetness that only comes from being raised with real heart. He checks every box you'd expect from a true Ragdoll: gentle, floppy, endlessly affectionate, the kind of cat who seems born to love. Some people misunderstand what it means for a Ragdoll to be "purebred." The truth is that Ragdolls were created in the 1960s by Ann Baker using a mix of breeds (Birman, Persian-like, Siamese-pointed cats, and a white domestic longhair named Josephine). That's the foundation of the breed. So when DNA tests today show traces of those breeds, that doesn't disprove anything, it actually confirms the breed's history. What makes a Ragdoll purebred is registration and lineage, and all of Ragdoll Ranch's kings and queens are TICA-registered Ragdolls. But beyond papers and pedigrees, what matters most is love. Ragdoll Ranch gave me not just a cat, but a companion whose personality reflects the kindness of the people who raised him. They were responsive, transparent, and professional; providing health records, care guidance, and even advice on local vets. Ashley has even cared for Taylor for me when I couldn't -- a gesture that says more than words ever could. This isn't just a business. It is a humane, heartfelt, beautiful enterprise; a reflection of beautiful people investing their lives in something of the heart. In a world that often feels hurried and transactional, Ashley and Lyle remind me that when something is raised with love, it shows. Taylor shows it every single day. To say I recommend this breeder would be an understatement. If you are looking for a Ragdoll raised with love and integrity, I implore you to reach out. Ashley and Lyle are not only the best in town -- they are among the best you'll find anywhere. read more

People who obviously love their kitties!!! We had an amazing experience bringing home our beloved Ragdoll who has turned out to be the perfect cuddle bug!! Melody is beyond patient with kids with her incredibly "chill" personality. And then 6 months later when our town was struck by wildfire; Ashley and Lyle took Melody back with open arms to keep her safe while our family was displaced from our home. Our community is so lucky to hv thoughtful people like Ashley and Lyle. read more

I had the pleasure of meeting Lyle & Ashley. I had researched for months on where to adopt a ragdoll before coming across Ragdoll Ranch and putting down a deposit last December. Lyle kept me informed throughout the process by answering all my questions and sending me updated photos. What I am most impressed with is the level of dedication and commitment Lyle & Ashley put into finding the right homes for the kittens. It's apparent how much they care about the kittens and their work. I've had Luna for about a month and we love her so much. She has all the characteristics that we were looking for (she's so loving & doesn't leave our side) and her personality has started to develop. She came spayed, chipped, and with her initial vaccine. I also wanted to do my due diligence and tested for the FeLV/FIV virus which was negative. I highly recommend adopting a kitten here and I'm really happy that I found Ragdoll Ranch! read more

I was shocked at how top notch this place is. I read on the page the best way to reach them was by email which made me a little skeptical but Lyle responded to me within the day. I lost my sweet Tabby nacho earlier this year, And I still choke up over the loss... I was incredibly moved by the patient ear and kindness shown to me by The man who called me back that day. He set a time for me to come meet all the kittens And their mama's, As well as his huge picture perfect King/Tom Willard, a few days later. It was obvious when I came to their home his wife pours her heart and soul into these animals. They were clean, adorable and totally socialized at such a young age! Beautiful home in a nice area Where I felt safe Visiting , I would recommend this business it's to anyone who is considering Bringing home a new member of the family. ~Sarah Kingsly read more
