Excellent service and very fair prices. I search for a professional and fair company to clean my ducts. I originally purchase a groupon deal online, the guy showed up, Ray was very polite and nice he took pictures of the ducts and showed me and my husband and recommended to do sanitizing and brushing. It made sense I still wanted to take my time to decide about spending more money, I had two more companies out and after they inspected the same problem But just they were more expensive. I called Mr duct back and Ray came out and cleaned for us the system, I can feel a lot of difference and the price wasn't beaten. After researching about it and had different companies to check and estimate I can say MR Duct has the BEST deals and they are the most honest. Very happy with the result and highly recommending them. read more

Isaac is a phenomenal technician, he has a apprentice named Brie, they came in and scrubbed our intake ducts, cleaned our registers and the ducts for that system. He also cleaned our furnace and sanitized the complete HVAC system and explained along the way as he progressed with his work what he was doing. He is a great duct technician and very proud of his business, with what accomplished today I would be proud to. He will be my HVAC company from here on out. He has a great team with him and his price is very fair, matter of fact he quotes the price first, if you dont like his price tell him to go away. Every 2 yearsI will see him for maintenance of my system. Thanks very much Isaac!!!! read more

We purchased a new house and wanted to get the air ducts cleaned prior to moving in. We researched several companies before deciding to hire Mr. Duct. We hired him because his rate was competitive and he addressed all my concerns about the sanitation (disinfectant) products used because of my sensitivity to chemicals . He sent me the product information so I could research in advance. He arrived on time and explained the process to us. He honored the price quoted at the time of booking even though we had an additional exchange and our dryer vent output was on the roof. Isaac was friendly and professional. Highly recommend using Mr. Duct's service. We will use him in the future. read more

I purchased a deal on Living Social to have the ducts cleaned... I knew from the beginning that there was a really good chance that I was going to need more service based on some of the breathing issues our family had been experiencing since purchasing our house 8 months ago. I wanted this to be a way to meet a company. When Isaac came out and looked over everything, I felt like I could trust his opinion. He showed me everything he was doing, explained why it needed to be done and was VERY reasonable with pricing. I am very confident in the work done and, as a real estate agent, I will refer him/them any chance I get. read more

We are so excited about our service today! We just bought a home in San Tan Heights and it was obvious that the air ducts have never been cleaned. He was so informative and educated on preventive maintenance because we are a large, pet owning family. I was so impressed at the level of detail and effort a one man crew was able to do for our home. He clearly has mastered this craft. The BIGGEST deal was the cost. The deep, detailed cleaning service for the cost was amazing. Everywhere else we looked was roughly $120+ more and the reviews couldn't justify spending that. We will for sure be using his annual services! read more

I looked for air duct cleaning for my new home in Gilbert, I found Mr Duct high rated on Groupon with a great deal value so I bought the deal and they schedule me for two days later. The house had a bad smell of smoking since the previous tenant was a heavy smoker. Adam showed up right on time and recommended to use some organic chemicals they use in addition to the cleaning to Sanitize and remove the smoking smell. What a huge different, we got rid of the bed smell. I am very pleased with their service and pricing. Definitely 5 stars service and price. read more

Isaac was incredibly professional and helpful. We had purchased a living social deal for a new home we purchased. The previous owners were smokers, so it turned out that we needed a more detailed cleaning that what was covered with our LS deal. He gave us a very reasonable price and was able to take care of it the same day. He even offered to come back after we painted the vents to help us install them. The cigarette smell that had been lingering in the house is gone! He went above and beyond and we will be calling him again for our yearly maintenance. read more

We just purchased a home and we called Mr. Duct with a groupon. Issac came out when we needed him to, we went through our whole home, he showed us everything, turns out we needed more than the Groupon covered as the air ducts had never been cleaned. He was Thorough, detailed, had patience, and professional. We will definitely be calling him back out. He was very personable, trusting and really cares. Hard to find that these days. Thanks Mr. Duct for taking care of not only our new home but family by giving us clean air. read more

Isaac came to our house when we purchased a Groupon. What a lovely man. I felt so comfortable with him in our house and he was even great with our barking dogs! (dogs don't like ladders evidently :) ) He cleaned our dryer vent and since our 23 year old house had never had the air ducts cleaned we purchased the additional package and had that taken care of too. Isaac followed up the cleaning with organic disinfectant. We are very pleased and will recommend him to others. :) read more

The owner was the utmost in professionalism and went above and beyond in providing quality service. He provided a thorough assessment of my homes duct system and was able to detect a large amount of sand and dirt in my underground duct system that I was not aware of. After effectively cleaning the ducts I immediately noticed a difference in the quality of the air in my home. I highly recommend this service for people with allergies to improve their quality of life. read more

Isaac was absolutely wonderful!! He was on time wearing a mask and was completely comfortable around my parents German Shepherds. He was also able to help clear out a difficult dryer vent from the center of the house and the clothing loads are now drying in less then half the time. We are having him come back out and do all the vents. My moms suffers from lung disease and we want to keep the air as clean as possible. He was kind and I would highly recommend . read more

I bought the Groupon and was weary because of some of the bad reviews but had a great experience with Isaac. He didn't up sell me, he simply showed me how dirty my ducts were and explained the process of a full cleaning. I had my house for 6 yrs and had not had a full cleaning so went with it....no pressure on his part. The price was reasonable. I watched him as he cleaned the dryer vent on top of the roof, it was full of yuck. He was polite and informative. read more

Great job by Mr. Duct. Issac was a real gentleman, called when he was on his way, and arrived on time. He worked quickly, but took the time to explain the process as well as the importance of cleaning the air ducts as well as the dryer vent. When he pulled out piles and piles of grey gunk from my dryer vent and explained the fire hazard, I was glad that I called him and got the job done. Great rates too - thank you! Highly recommended. read more

Wow!!!!! Isaac did an amazing job on our unit and all the ducts. Our dryer vent was completely clogged, and we had mold in our condenser coil, and ducts. It was horrible! He took the time to actually explain everything. And was very profession and friendly. Very reasonable price. We will continue to use Mr. Duct in the future for maintenance.! read more

Issac was a big help! I'm a real estate agent and the work he did for my sellers was great. The amount of trapped dirt that were in the vents was awful and he allowed me to go take a look for myself to send pictures to the sellers. The sellers agreed to have the vents thoroughly cleaned and the end result was a clean, fresh smelling home! read more

Bought a Groupon. Was totally up sold by the tech. One person diid a 45 minute cleaning and left the house smelling bad with the "sanitizer" and left a mess on my floor and walls with the "sanitizer". I ended up paying almost $300 dollars for 45 minutes of "duct cleaning". Nope. Never again. A learning experience. Thanks for that. read more
