I don't mind waiting AT ALL and the wait wasn't the issue, but I think my cinnamon roll was forgotten and when I got it it was kinda burnt- then on my drive home I bit into a piece of foil under the roll. Because a line had formed I couldn't get the baristas attention for lids at the condiment station and after being there for awhile I left and took the risk of spilling my drink in my car. Plenty of space, tables and outlets with strong WiFi and even stronger coffee! Since I've never been, I kept it traditional and ordered off their regular menu vs seasonal drinks. Coco MacNut Latte was pretty tasty, they will put it in a glass or cup if you're staying there which I appreciate. Staff was super friendly, clean bathrooms and they even had free smoothie samples to try. I'll be adding this to my working from a coffee shop rotation, mahalo!!!

I was hoping the small coffee would be free with purchase of bag, but I guess it wasn't. The bag of coffee wasn't cheap, so I was disappointed in how over-roasted the beans were. Adjusting grind levels and water temperature, there was always a bitterness or too watered down. The other flavors present in the beans, however, we're quite nice. I was hoping that they would have real kona coffee, but unfortunately their supplier suffered from disaster in Hawaii. Not going to blame them for that, but objectively speaking, if a Hawaiian coffee shop doesn't have Hawaiian coffee, then I am sad about it. The interior is cozy and average size for a coffee shop with a lot of tables and places to sit. There were multiple people working on their laptops and a couple friends catching up.
