The first replacement was back in June. The most recent one was about a week ago and cost me $300, and that screen gave out with nothing but a tiny chip on one corner. No drop, no crack, no reason for a screen to quit if the work was done right. So I brought it back and asked them to honor a warranty on work I had already paid for three times over. Their big gesture? Waive the labor and still charge me $160 for parts. That would put me over $1,000 with this shop for a phone that never stayed fixed. Three failures in a row is not bad luck. It is bad parts, bad work, or both. They were not willing to help and they are not willing to stand behind their work at all. All they want is your money. Take your business anywhere else.

Instead of upwelling me they added some different things that were supposed to help me download and upload things quicker. My wife try's it out and now can upload her college assignments a lot faster and it no longer freezes when opening up power points.
