It turns out that I was chatting with the owner Joe. He came out and installed my 47 & 65 inch TVs super fast. I was honestly impressed with how quickly he got the job done. He ran out to the store, mid-installation, to get a bracket for sound bar I wanted installed as well. Joe, and his company do all kinds of stuff around the house. I also had him to install the handles on all my cabinets b/c he offered a great price. Joe is extremely kind and helpful. I was surprised to…read morefind that the previous owner had not installed rear channel speakers in the ceiling of the family room. While very much into two-channel audio listening, my wife and I also wanted the flexibility of employing our fairly high-end audio system for home theater use. Thus the absolute need for rear speakers...along with in-wall wiring and mounting of a new 65" TV. I did a lot of research to help me determine who or what company I'd hire to perform the work. A local company, Quality Smart Homes, was highly recommended by a bunch of people in the Lantana area, so I scheduled them, along with a couple other companies, to come by and work up and estimate. Quality Smart Homes was scheduled first and Derek came by to take a look at our home, inspect the configuration of the attic and chat with me about my options. I was very impressed with Derek's demeanor, respectful politeness, appearance and knowledge. He provided a very reasonable estimate (which he allowed me to modify later in terms of equipment and scope)...the estimate was so reasonable; I made the "buy decision" right then and cancelled other estimate visits. Derek asked the next day if he and Shay (a partner) could make one more quick pre-install visit to look at the attic/room layout. That done, we scheduled for two weeks out (they are busy). I asked for an earlier install to better fit my needs and they said "OK if a Sunday morning was OK with me." It was and I was happy. The install was quick and virtually painless for me and now I've got theater-like surround sound to go with my critical stereo music listening. Anyway, as I write this, I find myself wishing the world was full of companies with people as nice, punctual, friendly, competent and helpful as Derek, Shay with Quality Smart Homes. In our new home, in which we are planning other significant upgrades, we have not had the same level of good luck with vendors in other trades (electricians, shutter installers, masons, landscapers, etc.). We will deal with all that but are so pleased that the home-theater stuff is off our list...and was so easy. Sometimes life throws you a curve ball that "makes your day." This was one of those.

The installers are extremely knowledgeable, polite and do suburb work. Even the custom install which I though would be impossible to do and cost a fortune was done under budget and with ease by them. After receiving 3 quotes I went with Brandon because: 1 - his camera system required no monthly fees (the others were $10+ monthly) 2 - his camera system comes with a 2 year warranty (the other 2 did not) 3 - his camera system was WIRED (the other 2 companies wanted to install wireless and add solar paneling for power and boosters for the WiFi and these modifications meant more $$$$) 4 - Fast response and very communicative So those were the reasons I picked him. But now - AFTER having the service I am happier with this system than I thought I could or would be with a camera system. I have custom zones that identify people in my privacy areas. My first experience was ordering a pizza on the day my camera system was installed. I knew the pizza guy was here before he rang my doorbell! Now that's what a camera system is supposed to do! I recently moved into a house with security cameras installed. The previous seller left Brandon's…read morebusiness card saying if I needed help setting up the cameras, this is the guy to call. I called Brandon not quite sure what to expect cost wise to set up the cameras, whether there would be a monthly cost, etc. Once I contacted Brandon, he was out to the house immediately. He was very thorough, explained the system to me and explained there is no monthly subscription fee as the system I have records to a DVR. He helped set up the app on both mine and my wife's cell phone and walked us through how to snip videos and put them on a USB. At this point, I was very satisfied with Brandon's response and professionalism while at the house, and the price was extremely fair as well. A couple of days after the system was set up I began to have an issue viewing the cameras. I contacted Brandon once again and he walked me through the steps to diagnose the issue over the phone. Turns out the hard drive went bad, so he told me which one to order on Amazon. It came in, and being busy with the move I wasn't able to contact him again to install it until 9:30PM on a Sunday night. Amazingly, he called right away and walked me entirely through the setup of the new hard drive. Again, at 9:30PM on a SUNDAY night, Brandon called me back right away after contacting him and walked me through all steps necessary and didn't even charge me. Brandon is very responsive to customer needs and goes out of his way to make sure everything is correct. I will never use anyone again for home security install and I recommend you don't either. Brandon truly cares about his clients and his level of customer service is second to none. Wish I could give more than 5 Stars.
