I had quoted 6 different companies in DFW, but these guys were both the most affordable and most knowledgeable. In the quoting process, Erasmo created 4-5 revisions to fit my budgetary needs and accomplish what I wanted. Their programmer care after the install was done and spent a day with me programming everything I wanted. For example, when we get home at night and click the gate button in our car, we now have all the back porch lights and indoor mud room lights turn on to improve safety and comfort. Our blinds are programmed through Control4 as well now and will adjust automatically through the day and evening. We also integrated Alexa so we can do voice commands through the home. I called Brandon not quite sure what to expect cost wise to set up the cameras, whether there would be a monthly cost, etc. Once I contacted Brandon, he was out to the house immediately. He was very thorough, explained the system to me and explained there is no monthly subscription fee as the system I have records to a DVR. He helped set up the app on both mine and my wife's cell phone and walked us through how to snip videos and put them on a USB. At this point, I was very satisfied with Brandon's response and professionalism while at the house, and the price was extremely fair as well. A couple of days after the system was set up I began to have an issue viewing the cameras. I contacted Brandon once again and he walked me through the steps to diagnose the issue over the phone. Turns out the hard drive went bad, so he told me which one to order on Amazon. It came in, and being busy with the move I wasn't able to contact him again to install it until 9:30PM on a Sunday night. Amazingly, he called right away and walked me entirely through the setup of the new hard drive. Again, at 9:30PM on a SUNDAY night, Brandon called me back right away after contacting him and walked me through all steps necessary and didn't even charge me. Brandon is very responsive to customer needs and goes out of his way to make sure everything is correct. I will never use anyone again for home security install and I recommend you don't either. Brandon truly cares about his clients and his level of customer service is second to none. Wish I could give more than 5 Stars.
