We have a home warranty on our appliances in our house. When you have one of these warranties and put in a claim you don't have a lot of control on who is hired to come fix your appliances. Our refrigerator stopped cooling and our freezer stopped freezing on a Sunday so we put in a claim. On Monday morning we were informed that Volt Appliance repair would come on Friday to look at our issues. Great news they showed up on Wednesday, two full days ahead of schedule.....dude arrived at 4pm and was gone by 4:05 pm after pretending to look at the back of the refrigerator and informing me we had a leak and we need a new refrigerator. He left and told me he would send a report to the warranty company and let them decide what they want to do. Instead they didn't call anyone. On Friday at 5pm we reached out to the warranty company and were informed that nobreport has been filed and we need to wait until Monday. 8 days since we put the claim in. I will not recommend this company for repairs to any appliance. read more
