We have a home warranty on our appliances in our house. When you have one of these warranties and put in a claim you don't have a lot of control on who is hired to come fix your appliances. Our refrigerator stopped cooling and our freezer stopped freezing on a Sunday so we put in a claim. On Monday morning we were informed that Volt Appliance repair would come on Friday to look at our issues. Great news they showed up on Wednesday, two full days ahead of schedule.....dude arrived at 4pm and was gone by 4:05 pm after pretending to look at the back of the refrigerator and informing me we had a leak and we need a new refrigerator. He left and told me he would send a report to the warranty company and let them decide what they want to do. Instead they didn't call anyone. On Friday at 5pm we reached out to the warranty company and were informed that nobreport has been filed and we need to wait until Monday. 8 days since we put the claim in. I will not recommend this company for repairs to any appliance. read more

Luis was professional, prompt, and accurate with his install. I requested a 75" TV mount. I provided the mount and Luis did the install. He really was a pleasure doing business with and I look to hire him for future projects. He made a very innovative decision to install the mount over the plug by taking the plug off of the wall. I definitely plan on utilizing his services again in the future. His services are worth the price! Will be a return customer. read more

Had a very positive experience with Zutex. He hung a 65 inch tv in our kids' playroom. He came and walked me through the project, had a little back and forth and then got to work. He was even willing to hang a new Nest camera we had purchased at no additional cost. read more

Excellent technician who is a consummate professional. I recommend them because of their responsiveness and quality.

Where to start? The owner is amazing. Fast, responsive, reasonable prices, and courteous. We have used this company twice with excellent results. He hung 3 75 inch TVs, added extra outlets behind the TV. He hung several light fixtures and swapped out several light switches and plugs. He cleans up after himself. He provided all of the needed parts, plugs and TV mounts without a fuss. EXCELLENT is an understatement. Give him a call. :) Good luck with your projects. read more

Terrific work. The guy knows his stuff and how to talk to customers. Would recommend him without reservation.

Great service, great communication, thorough attention to detail, and competitive price.

Luis was professional, easy to work with, and very reasonable with pricing. He replaced our dated chandelier in our 20 ft tall entry way with scaffolding and proper safety equipment. Luis thoroughly cleaned all of the glass and made sure we were happy with the results. We also had some outlet switches with nightlights that were beyond my abilities. Although not originally part of the scope of work, he was accommodating and installed them while on-site. He'll be my first call when I need any electrical work in the future! read more
