I don't even know where to start with this company??? I been doing business with Marco for over 10 years and keep trying to give him the benefit of the doubt but he is Totally Hopeless!!! He started with my home 10 years ago and did a terrible job AKA total hack job so I ended up taking him to court and we worked it out.. Stupid me ran into him again 3 years ago and ended up having him do my business cameras 3 years ago and his work quality got much better but he was very expensive but I gave him the job for he seemed eager to please me. I had everything in writing along with a 3 year warrenty on parts and labor along with support if any was needed. Well I needed some support and after 20 calls he finally half way answered my questions and I ended up figuring the rest out myself. I had a bad camera like a year ago and he refused to replace it until I showed him the contract and threatened court again, he finally fixed it after many calls. I still have like 6 months left on my warrenty now and he told me if anyone else touched my cameras my warrenty would be no good. I needed to add 6 cameras and he gave me a quote for 3900.00 and we negotiated it to 3500.00 then he changed his mind and insisted on the 3900.00. I Agreed to pay the higher quote as I was stuck although not comfortable at all working with him any longer. He did the install using 6 pixel cameras and cat 5 in which both are way out dated along with running bare cat 5 wire over 100 feet to feed a camera as all my other wires are in conduit. I went to inspect the job and told him that he could not run bare wire and demanded he put the wire in conduit and looked at his work for he drilled in the top of a waterproof box and made the hole to big and did not use proper fasteners and used bathroom caulking to seal the hole and just threw the 8 port switch in the box along with the electrical and left. It rained that day and I asked him to go back and reseal the box properly and to make sure all the equipment was dry. He said he did and I didn't trust him so I went out to inspect the box to see he did not reseal the box properly and the inside was all wet and condensation everywhere. I told him he did a terrible job and did not want to pay the balance until he fixed it properly. He told me if I didn't he would go tear out all the equipment and sent me nasty videos. I called the Police and they told me to pay him and sue him. I paid him and told him to go fix my box several times as he never did. He went on vacation and all the new cameras went down while he is currently on vacation as I contacted him and he told me I had to wait until March 6 when he gets back.... I told him he is f ing crazy to get someone out here now and he told me he is a one man show LOL wonder why?? I told him I was gonna have someone else come fix it and bill him. He agreed to reimburse me 200.00 for the service call. I had it fixed by a professional company that charged me 200.00 for the call and 150.00 to replace the 8 port that got wet along with fixing several of his cables that were not secure and flimsy n falling apart (See Pics of Marcos work of the box before and after it was properly done). I called Marco and he refused to pay for the guy to come out So were gonna take this whole thing to Judge Judy and see what she says!!! Do yourself A big favor n Stay Clear of this Man and his work for he is NOT a good person and his work is way way below Par!!! read more

I have been working with MP Security for 7+ years! MP Security has helped me with my businesses and the now the new house I recently moved in to. My wife and I and travel frequently for work so we wanted to make sure we had the best security cameras available to view from anywhere. I had multiple companies come out in the past and it seemed they were trying to do the easiest task for an extremely high price instead of what I was looking for. I was then introduced to MP Security and had them come out and from the Initial consultation to finalizing my needs they were very reliable, professional and the communication was off the charts! Marco and his team have phenomenal experience, and I highly recommend. I have referred MP Security to my associate, family and friends and they were also very pleased with this company. read more

Mp Security Cameras blew me away!! Their service is second to none, from the initial contact, consultation, to installation and follows up. Marco the owner and technician was courteous, responsive, and extremely informative. I am so impressed with the quality of work Marco provided installing my security cameras. Marco wore a mask at all times during his visit, kept distance when speaking to me, and made great suggestions that I did not think of. The price I paid was reasonable and didn't break the bank. I have also recommended MP Security to a few colleges and they were just as pleased and definitely exceeded our expectations! Thank you MP Security! A+++ read more

Installed LockBox, moved the NVR to a new location, upgraded two cameras and rewired all cameras. There were some minor issues, but Marco was prompt to return the next day and finish the work. A week later and everything continues to work without any issues. read more

Almost two years of endless texts with Marco. I was promised that the cameras were high quality. The system has not worked properly for more than a couple of months, I can no longer view any cameras unless I go into our closet. 3 of the 8 cameras are still in black and white, 1 camera is just completely frozen. I've reset multiple times like Marco has asked, still no fix. Keeps telling me to hold on he will get it figured out. Weeks turn into months, and now years. Also cut corners on installation. Connection boxes were used that are not meant for the outdoors. Marco keeps trying to blame it on bad wiring from the builder. This is a brand new home and I had the electrician come out and test the wires, everything is fine. What has me the most upset is the amount of times Marco has promised to get back to me and he NEVER does. Response to your response: that's right, you did offer, and you never showed up. Offer doesn't mean fixed. You took five months to respond to this post, just like you took months to respond to texts. Your arrogance is clearly observed by the way you respond to people. You did the work, you offered the price, you ran your own cables through my gutters and roof. You should stand behind what YOU do. read more

I used MP Security Camera recently to repair my Costco camera system that wasn't showing the video feed. Contacted Marco and he came within one day and fixed part of the problem in minutes. He called the next day to fix the second part of the problem. He installed a new camera with a better view and better wiring. He was extremely knowledgeable, fast and efficient. read more

Marco installed a 6 camera Lorex IP system I had purchased from Costco. He did an excellent job running the wires and mounting the cameras to the point where I had to look really hard to find the wires AND cameras. Will call again when I add cameras to the system. read more

Update: Never did follow up and cap the mounting box for my camera, asked him twice a long time ago so don't expect any follow up after a job is done and paid for. read more

I got my security Camera installed by Marco few months back. It was easy to get him to come to my home and give me quote which I considered reasonable. He was pretty prompt. When he came for installation, the way the wires were moved into my house to get to attic was very rough, he did not care where it was scratching. It scratched and damaged the hand rails in the house and some furniture's edges as they were pulling the wires from attic while the wires were spread out all the way outside the house scratching many areas of my house. Also when he was drilling the hole, he did not care to cover the stuff below that and my sofa and trademill were full of dirt. Anyway I had to clean them up as much as I could. Recently one of my camera stopped working and I called him and every time he will say he will come next week and give me an appointment and the day of appointment he will say, he is busy or give other excuses. I had to take time off from work only to know that he will not come. He kept dragging his feet for a months and then I realized that he is intentionally doing this and will not come. Then I got fed up and had to call different installer to get it fixed. The new installer told me that the connector to the ethernet cable was not done properly and was loose. Overall I had very poor experience and got a service like a handyman who did not care about quality and did not do anything right. I will not recommend MP Security installation. read more

Marco is quite knowledgeable in installing cameras, but cuts corners when it comes to quality. He did not use lot of components that came with the cameras, just because it will take extra time for him. They did not do a good job while taking the cables in crawl space. They absolutely did not do the clean up after the job - all the boxes lying everywhere, the excess cut from the zip tie was lying all around. They did a poor job in setting up communication to user like alerts/emails, etc. I will not recommend them to my friends. read more

Marco installed cameras at my home (needed them to monitor the comings & goings of my teen daughter). VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER. My only wish wold be that the software for monitoring on with a browser could be run on a MacBook, but I'll live with the PC. Thanks for the great service! read more
