Food was amazing steak cooked just right! And phenomenal service from Naida!! Highly recommend her and this restaurant! Will come back soon!

We went to the Plano location. Paige was our Server When we ordered refill on wine she brought half the glass and we pointed to her that it was not the full order , her reply not acceptable she said bar tender finished the bottle Reallly customers should get half the order She went back and bar tender opened the bottle and gave us the full refill. So disappointing to go to a five star and get this service It's not the first time we had bad experience Management needs to look into it read more

Moxie has issues. Went there for Father's Day and it was not that busy plenty of empty table no wait except for the food and service. Managers came and took out order 45 plus minutes later food came out and we had to ask several times to have water filled up and not by our waitress. When food came out in order totally wrong and my steak which I ordered medium rare was well done. When the manager came out she said the she had another steak in the grill for me. 25 minutes later for a 6 oz filet). my steak came out. I just told them to pack it up I was done. Not sure how it was cooked but I'd they put it on when the manager said they did I bet I can put some laces on it for sandal. They need to get the issues in order I would hate to be there when it's busy read more

The food was amazing!! Fish tacos and French dip were excellent. Service was fast. Raygan and Jordan were awesome servers. Would recommend to everyone!! read more

Not very busy when we arrived on a Thursday evening. Service was slower than expected and although the drink was brought out quickly. The appetizer was good, but only warm, which leads me to believe it's not an issue with the kitchen, but rather processes could be improved. Maybe additional staffing to help deliver the food on time. I still have this a 3 start understanding about COVID, but honestly, Chili's is faster. read more

The food here is so good! The thai chili chicken is by far my favorite thing on the menu. Service is great the people are super nice. It's one of my family's favorite places to go and my friends really like it too!! read more

Moxies. Not so moxie. Seated ourselves at a booth in the bar since nobody was at the front. It was 420pm on Saturday (12/23), so not very busy. Table was dirty with crumbs and food smears. When a girl came up to us (?hostess?) and asked us if we wanted menus, I said yes, but first please wipe off the table. She proceeded to tell me the ONLY open seating was at the bar, and we should have waited to be seated. I offered to move, she said no. She returned and wiped off the table. Left, for menus, then asked "if I wanted those wiped off too." I ignored, even though one had splatters in it. (Gross). I give two stars because the appetizer was very good. My husband wanted to go there. He is typically a very good tipper. Perhaps they can pool some money and buy their waitresses skirts that fit. Won't return. Nobody likes a cheeky hostess. Your waitstaff is dragging down a talented kitchen staff. PS-had to ask for utensils and napkins. Duh. read more

Heard good things about this place. So i decided to stop by for a burger and drink. I sat at the bar and was attended to quickly by my bartender Zack. He was friendly enough to go over the menu, and recommended a few popular items. Drinks came out quickly and tasting great, and the food shortly followed. Highly recommend this place. read more

Went there and had a great time, Zack was a great Bartender and the service was excellent!

This place started out with 5 stars but ended up 2. Everyone was nice but after waiting over 20 min for the entree Trevor offered us soup of the day (nice gesture didn't like it) while we waited on our food. Again everyone is nice. When our food came out it was not hot. I really wanted it to be good but I won't come back. read more

Definitely the place to be. No matter the location, I always have a great time. Their food is good and they have great happy hour specials.

This is my second Timmy at Moxie's and it did not disappoint. I had the mango chicken and it was delightful. I thoroughly enjoy the staff and the service is awesome. I can't wait to come back! read more

We had a girls brunch on Sunday and our waitress Gabby was the best! She was very attentive, polite, fun, and made sure our experience was enjoyable! We can't wait to go back and request her again next weekend! Thanks Gabby for the awesome afternoon, see you soon! read more

Staying at the hotel attached to Moxie's Grill. Just got here from New York City, where it is still freezing out. Sat on the outside patio to call home. They have a really nice outdoor space. Raygen who works here, gave me the best recommendation for a fantastic glass of red to top off the night. Great venue and great service. Excellent spot. read more

One person in our party had been to the Moxie's in downtown Dallas and said it was good. He ordered salad and chicken and said it was good. The others ordered the burger......it was dry and small for the price ($14.00). It appeared to be a frozen patty, perfectly shaped and very thin. The calamari was good. All in all, I suspect the food is good, just don't get the burgers. read more

This place is nice and Vi was super nice. Shes a great bartender with an even greater personality. Love this place read more

Moxies - Nice glass of wine - Lounges Near Me - Plano, Texas

The absolute worst service! If you can call it that. The waitress never came! She spent the ENTIRE time at another table (obviously people she knew) bending over the table with her boobs out! At that point I didn't care for anything. Never again. read more

Me and my fiancé came here for a date night. We thought we were going to eat dinner and had appetizers. But we had drinks and got full off our appetizers. Lexie is great, she made the best drinks and the rose sangria was so delicious and refreshing. I highly recommend this place, for a chill date night or just for a casual dinner. The poutine fries are delicious. Can't speak for the entrées but the outside decor is super cute and inviting. All of the staff has been very helpful and super friendly. They are super clean and sanitary. In the bathrooms are super cute. read more

Was blown away by this place! When I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile by the hostess! And when I sat down I was greeted by my server John right away. He was so sweet and smiley. I started off with a Cocktail. I got the hard lemonade with Tito's vodka. It was like a sunshiny summer day in a glass. We got the fresh smashed guacamole and potstickers to start. Those were great! But the highlight of the meal was the chicken Madeira rigatoni. I was extremely impressed with how attentive the servers and managers were. I had people constantly coming by making sure that I was well taken care of. Although we didn't indulge in dessert, the toffee cake was whispering dirty things to me haha read more

We came on a Friday evening and the atmosphere of this bar is great!! The steak bites were a great appetizer for two, and the rigatoni is to die for; the waitress said it was a guest favorite so I gave it a try! The staff was very sweet. Also, if you like sweets, the toffee pudding was great and the ice cream on top made it even better! We'll be back! read more

Moxie's has been one of the best restaurants that I have been to in a long time. The staff is so kind and friendly and was able to answer every question I had. Shout out to Bradyn the manager for being so understanding with the allergies that my group had. We will be back very soon. read more

Ashley at the front is one of the most professional people I've met. She's so kind and has the best customer service. I've been in many times and she is always more than happy to assist anyone with their needs. Of course the food is great, it's also just nice to see all of the hard working staff being great. Good job Ashley! read more

Raygan, you were so awesome. I enjoyed your suggestions from the ramen to the drinks. Your attentiveness was greatly appreciated. Thank you so much. The ambiance here was very chill and welcoming. read more

Been coming here since Moxies opened and I've never had any complaints. Service is always impeccable and don't get me started on the food! It's always a delight whether you're kicking back with friends at the bar or causal dining with family, it's the place to be!! read more

During my time in Plano I visited Moxie's twice. Food and drinks were very good. Raygan was my server both times and I'm glad she was! Very attentive, pleasant and accommodating. Thank you Raygan! read more

Went in last weekend and was very impressed! There is something for everyone on the menu from tacos to pastas to steaks. Had the Chicken Mushroom Rigatoni and I can see why it is a staff favorite. Really like thier Old Fashioneds - will definately be back for happy hour during the week when they are on for $8. Lots of parking, great ambiance (obsessed with the custom light fuxtures and the living moss accents), excellent food and friendly staff. Would reccommend all around. read more

I went here to meet a couple of my coworkers for my birthday and i for one fell IN LOVE with atmosphere and the vibe of the restaurant. I thought it was so cute! The food was great but my sever KATIE was AMAZING. She was so sweet, attentive and she's the cutest thing I've ever seen lol. Definitely going back and requesting her! read more

First time to visit Moxie's and it won't be the last. Our server, Jamella was awesome! She was very busy with a large group and still went above and beyond to ensure we we taken care of. We had appetizers, drinks, and dessert - all were delicious! read more

I had an amazing experience at moxies, my water was always full and I never had to wave down my server. The food was amazing. 10/10 would come back again. read more

Went there today for breakfast. We were the first customers of the day, so we placed our order and waited. After 1 hour went by and other customers that came in after us had already received their food then we asked the where ours was. Eventually they got it out to us under cooked, small portions and not that great of flavor. The surroundings are awesome but that is about all they have to offer. Bad service and below average food and service. There is a reason that they are not very busy. read more

Came in last night and sat at the bar, love the decor and the vibe is so welcoming. I ate the calamari which Alexus our bartender recommended and it was so delicious. They also have happy hour late night so we had some margaritas for only $8. alexus was very attentive and nice. Highly recommend you go to Moxie's Plano read more

Great vibe and crowd after work. I haven't had a bad dish on the menu and the service has been consistently great. The bar is always packed and Alexus is awesome! read more

I've always been greeted with the best smiles and service every time I been here. The drinks are always consistent with quality pouring and each food item has been very flavorful. I'd like to particularly give a thanks to Liliauna and Cory. They've always made sure I was taken care of on a first name basis. Ask for them and enjoy the experience like I have....except when I'm here so you don't steal them away! Ha! read more

Stayed at the next door hotel, thought I would quickly go and grab a to-go dinner, then return to my room and enjoy my meal. I ordered salmon and avocado salad at the bar ( only place to order to go food) with side French fries, I put in the order at 7:44pm, there were several girls at the bar, all with good makeup and good-looking cloth. 2 things really annoy me: 1. when the waitress took my order and swiped my card, she gave me the receipt to sign and walked away while leaving my credit card hang out of POS machine. Glad that I saw it myself and took it back, she didn't even noticed that during a not-so-busy situation, which is very unprofessional! 2. I waited for more than 25 mins and still didn't get my salad, I approached that waitress and ask if she can take a look at my order since it's nearly 30 mins just for a salad. After wrapping things at her hand, she walked to the kitchen and gave me a nice plastic bag with the food I ordered. When I walked back to my room ( which takes about 2 mins) and opened my food, the fries were already really wet and soft, salmon is only lukewarm. Apparently my food had been sitting there for quite some time while I am starving waiting outside. I am wondering if it's because I get to-go food and didn't pay much tip so waitress don't pay any attention to my order and just let my food sitting there until i couldn't beat it any longer and ask about it?! Very unpleasant experience and will never go back. read more

Great staff that always ensure you're taken care of! Moxie's always has the best drinks and it's a great experience every time I'm there!

Jeremy was excellent! Great food, great service! We ordered the 6 oz filet with added shrimp - cooked to perfection! Also, the Korean fried cauliflower is delicious! We will certain be coming back again, ask for Jeremy. read more

Walked into Moxies and wow! I mean wow! What a very sexy atmosphere. It was so cool from the hostess to the servers. I haven't mentioned the food. I had a New York strip btw. I was impressed. If you want a sexy cozy fun place for dinner and drinks choose Moxies Plano. I would even take the family. I saw a family having a great time. read more

Oh New Year's Eve when everyone is excited to have dinner with friends/family and than go out to celebrate build new memories and share in the moment together but moxie was being naughty and wouldn't behave!!! She had a prefixed menu and a our date time was set for 7:00 pm we were seated on time but from there it was all down hill.... 1. We had to ask for water 5-6 times before we finally got some water 2. After ordering drinks we waited for 35 mins to get our first round 3. We placed our order from the "prefixed" menu they had for New Year's Eve to keep..I suppose it was to keep things efficient and "quick" lol 4. After placing the order we waited for 1 hr just for salad after which one of the servers came to our table only to tell us that it would be another 20-35 mins for salad (remember it was a prefixed menu) 5. We finally threw in the white flag after hour and a half of waiting and called for the manger in that hour and a half we managed to get one round of waters, one round of drinks (we had placed order for second round of drinks which never came!!!) 6. Manager finally arrived and was awesome he was understanding and did comp us our one round of drinks!! So thank you for that!!!! 7. Oh and table behind us was waiting since 6:45 pm!!! For their food they only had drinks (well on the bright side they had more than one round unlike us)... Lastly, it was nice atmosphere but that's all that was nice about moxie If you have a prefixed menu you should be able to make things quicker and efficiently without any delay someone needs to be fired in that kitchen staff l! And remember to train your staff in serving simple things like water when the glass is empty!!! Appreciate it!!!! GORDON RAMSAY would not be happy with moxie like us and other guest there!!!! Sorry moxie we will not be going on a second date anytime soon!!!! Updated: This time I have no complaints!!!! We went again got a loaded burger, chicken burger and ribs. Everything was well cooked our hostess was very nice & sweet (can't recall her name ) all arrived in a timely manner would most certainly go back. The ribs just fell off the bone like yummmmyyyyy and the burgers were so juicy and fries were done just perfect not oily/greasy just perfect the way I like it.....unfortunately didn't take any pictures but when the food is so good who has time for pictures!!! On a side note thank you for working hard through this pandemic stay safe and healthy. Also thank you Mr. Leigh Pukin for going above and beyond to keep the customer by taking the time to reach out to me and resolve the issue A great example for the rest of the service industry!!!! read more
