I moved last week with moving pro. What I really appreciate with this company, is the honestly and how they are very upfront with you right in the beginning when your still considering booking. It's a small family run business. They set the bar for all moving companies. The guy Haime that packed my stuff was so meticulous and really cared about making sure nothing got broken or damaged. I really appreciate all Vicky's and Haime's help! read more

I am sooo glad I found Haim and his wonderful team! My move was not my first experience with Haim, he had originally helped my friend move across the country (from Southern California to Pennsylvania) and that was how I met him. He was so terrific with her and her move that I had to book him for myself a year later. I had a much bigger job, moving my whole house to Washington, but Haim was simply wonderful. He drove down to San Diego to give me a visual estimate so it would be more accurate. I booked him about 2 months in advance, and during that time he would periodically check up on me to see how I was handling the move. Vicky was friendly and communicative whenever I had questions. Finally, the week of the move, they let me know the day and the time frame of when Haim and his team, Humberto, Sean, and Junior, would arrive, I received a text 30 minutes before his arrival, and they set to work. I did the full service packing and shipping with them, and although I had already packed up a lot of stuff myself in order to do the home showing, there were still a lot of stuff lying around and half filled boxes everywhere. They packed up the house in a couple of hours, tagged, wrapped, and loaded everything. Small parts for furniture were carefully packed up and clearly marked so they wouldn't be lost or thrown out. They even helped sweep up! I've heard of some horror stories when moving, movers not showing up on time, or at all, not knowing they had to pack things, being late, things broken, etc, none of that happened with Haim. Once the stuff were all on the truck, we set out for our move and our stuff arrived in Washington in 3 days! There was a 1 day delay from their original plan, but it was well within my expectations for delivery. The delivery team here, Avery and his helper (sorry I forgot his name, it was a hectic week) were also wonderful. Very friendly, helpful, and got everything done quickly. After the move, they called again, checking in on me, asking if everything went to my satisfaction, and just to see how I was. If I ever moved again, I would definitely go with Moving Pro and would recommend him to everyone. Haim and Vicky genuinely care about their clients. PS: His big purple truck is awesome! read more

I used Moving Pro Inc recently for a small but tricky job. When I first connected with them (via Yelp), Haim and Vicky were communicative, personable, and accommodating, and they stayed that way throughput the process. I needed a few very large/heavy pieces (two armoires and a cal king bed/mattress) moved from a second floor bedroom to the garage. Not a complex task on it's face, but we have a narrow stairway with a low ceiling at the landing. The items were hoisted in through second floor French doors when we first moved in. I originally thought that was how they would need to be moved out as well. Other movers confirmed this when they came to assess and give an estimates. All them (all three) said the pieces to be hoisted, would require large teams, and offered a range of very-high-to-astronimical prices for the job. Then Haim came to have a look and give an estimate. After some measuring and carefully assessing, he said he believed he could get it done without needing to hoist the items outside, and assured me that if he couldn't get it done that way, he would be able to hoist with his team. He offered two estimates (one w/o hosting, and one with) both of which were reasonable. Given his careful consideration, attention to detail, amiable nature, and reasonable prices, we decided to go with his team, and could not have been more pleased. He was in fact able to get these enormous pieces out the building without requiring special equipment or a large team. He and one other partner got the work done quickly, carefully and without incident. And because he was able to do it without hoisting, he charged the lesser of the two estimates. He, Vicky and his team were truly a pleasure to work with. I definitely trust and recommend them. Highly. In fact, I already have recommended them to multiple friends. And I will definitely call on them again if/when I need moving help. I wish I could give them more stars to emphasize how pleased we are with their work. read more

If you have to move these guys make it easy. Vicky and Haim are awesome. My wife and I moved from CA to PA, and they took care of everything, and I mean everything. We had some specialty items that required a specific packing and Haim made sure it was done correctly. We also had them move a stupidly heavy (1200 pounds) air compressor and they dealt with that too. They also took care of organizing car transportation cross country. It took two days to get the job done, one day was a packing day, which they did, and the other was the moving day, which they also did. We didn't really need to do anything other than get out of their way. Once packed and loaded, the truck immediately left for our new home and was there a few days later. Prior to quoting for the job Vicky looked up the destination address and noticed that the semi-trailer would not be able to navigate the turn to our new place. So she organized unloading into a smaller truck in PA. Unloading was even easier, just point and they will put everything where you want it and assemble whatever they needed to disassemble. Vicky will make sure that everything is done on schedule and is super communicative. You can't go wrong with these guys. read more

This move started out on a shaky note. The initial move started from Minnesota to California. The moving company assured me that the items were to be moved to one and only one truck. Not the case, frustrated. After 5 days i was told that my items were in "Ohio". Really Not happy. I made 3-5 phone calls daily to the initial moving company with little to no response. Finally i found out that my stuff was heading to Tennessee then to California. I was told that i would get information on the "new driver", and moving company In a short time, i got a phone call and it was Moving-Pro's. Haim returned every phone call and communicated to me every step of the way. I was relieved to say the least. On the moving day he was detained by another shipment, i kept the day open and he arrived, but the entire time kept in contact to give me his exact time. He was by far the BEST mover ever, I have moved coast to coast 3 times, he was organized, through, and very detailed. Checked off each box and made sure they moved the stuff where we asked, offered to put the beds together and was concerned that we didn't have the base to the flat screen TV. NEVER have i EVER had such a good mover. He was reasonable, careful and seriously organized (don't see that often). I think the icing on the cake was when he checked in on us. Wrote a very nice email to make sure everything was going ok and asked if he could do anything more. Doesn't get much better than this! We need to add up to 10 stars for this company. This made our new journey a positive one and thats a good start! Thanks Again Moving-Pro!! read more

We cant say enough about how amazing our long distance move was with Moving Pro, Inc.. From the initial estimate, packing, and ultimate delivery to our new home, everything was handled in a most professional and efficient manner. They eliminated all stress typically involved in moving by their strong communication every step of the way, and fast but quality service. There was no change in price from the original estimate , and the owner, Haim, who drove the truck, went above and beyond, by adding some services without charge. I never imagined that a long distance move of this magnitude could be so easy using Moving Pros, Inc. read more

Exceptional service moving our home from LA to Portland. Everything arrived exactly at the time promised, nothing was damaged or lost. Haim made sure his workers took extra care in wrapping and crating all our furniture and art work. Really happy with the service. Please make sure when you call for a quote you ask for a home visit so to make sure you are getting the right price quote. That was the only issue we had, as the girl who helped me didn't ask for dimensions of our furniture and they charge by the space your stuff takes up in the truck not the amount of stuff you have. So we did get quite the shock in price increase. They are more expensive then other companies but in the end far superior. read more

Attention Yelpers!!!: !!!read prior to hiring MOVING PROS Inc. !!! They say everything you want to hear. If you want a final moving price, put down a 33% deposit. For your security use a credit card... (they say)After your deposit they will "walk thru" your home for a final inventory /price. This happens at moving time so they can charge whatever they want. I dealt with ALEX. Beware of "Moving Pros inc", . They only called back before payment. Sounds shading... keep reading. They say pay with Visa. Ok I did. Credit card statement said "MOVE QUICK SERVICES" in Florida. Called that phone number, it's a guys personal cell phone. I called all phone numbers -no answer on google numbers. Credit card company calls business number still no answer. I cancelled 3 weeks in advance -they have yet to issue a refund, return a call or respond via email. Hence this review. Moved back to Miami from Los Angeles after trying to make it out there and it is just too damn expensive! Lovely weather not as humid as down here, but just hard financially. Moving Pro was recommended by a friend who moved with them last year and was very happy. I trusted her because she always gives me good advice and this time was no different than before. The proffesionalism really stood out with these guys throughout the whole process. From the phone conversation, to the pick-up and then when I got my stuff everything was wrapped so nicely still and was in one piece, pheww - that was my biggest concern. They really made it simple for me which I was really grateful for because moving is just stressful as it is. So thanks guys! read more

I am highly satisfied with Moving Pro from beginning to end. I relocated from LA to Denver with short notification. Vicky was extremely helpful by providing packing tips, advice on labeling and inventory. It sounded like my shipment may take a little longer because I was just missing the truck's departure, but they were able to accommodate my needs. Haim, my mover, was professional, communicative, accessible, and pleasant to work with. He was quick and efficient and offered great advice on a scenic route to take en route to Denver. They said my delivery would arrive in 3 days, and Haim arrived with it in the evening on day 4 after what sounded like a grueling move prior to mine. He communicated every step of the way, and I was never left hanging in curiosity of what was happening. It was evident he was doing the best he could, and all with a positive attitude. After all of the nightmare stories I've heard with movers, I'm glad I found a great, family run company. There were no hidden fees, it was agreed that I remain transparent in regards to my needs, thus letting them be transparent with costs upfront. I'd definitely recommend them to friends and family. read more

Where do I begin?? Haim and his crew absolutely saved us. This is the first time we've ever used a service to pack our stuff AND move us. It was worth every penny. They even took all of our goodwill stuff and saved us several trips. Haim (the owner) is one of the most hardworking individuals. He was right there with his crew the whole time working and managing everything so efficiently. Biggest shout out to his crew, Sean, Sergio, and Humberto who were extremely professional and diligent. The most impressive thing- we were getting our floors done in the upstairs bedrooms so all of our furniture had to be stored downstairs until it was done. Two weeks later, he comes back with his crew and moves everything upstairs free of charge!!! Now that's customer service! Thank you for being so trustworthy and beyond helpful with our personal possessions. We are so so so happy we found you guys!! read more

Moving Pro exceeded my expectations on every level. I highly recommend them. My company was going to move me from Ventura CA to Colorado Springs CO. I had a firm budget cap to work with and the team at Moving Pro kept their word and did not add additional fees which have been a frustration for me with every other inter-state moving company I've worked with. All of our household goods arrived in excellent condition and they clearly communicated every step of the way from the initial sales process right through to pick up and delivery. I recently moved from LA to Sarasota, FL with Moving Pros USA. It was the best, smoothest move ever. (I have moved over 18 times.) Mila was my first contact with . Moving Pros USA. She was polite and very knowledgeable. She gave me the basic information on the move and an estimate of time and cost. I interviewed several other companies via phone. As the move date got closer, I contacted Moving Pros again and made an appt. with Vicky and Haim. They came and looked at all I had crammed into my 2 bedroom apartment and gave me a more realistic estimate. Also, I wanted a "Live Load" delivery. One truck, directly LA to FL. They were able to offer their services within my budget and my time frame. I continued packing. Vicky continued calls of encouragement. Haim came to see how close to finishing before the truck arrived I was. It was personable and kind service. Moving day arrived with a crew of 5 relaxed, cheerful guys. The mantra was "No problem, we'll take care of it". Sergio made special boxes for all the large and odd shaped items ie: large ceramic elephant, antique clock and heavy stone 3pc pagoda. All furniture with legs was padded and shrinkwrapped. Lots of art work, too. Impressive amount to move. The crew was Great. Lots of very hard work, elevator issues, with no complaints! As promised, 5 days later, my worldly goods were delivered to my new home in Sarasota. Vicky on the phone again, encouraging and reassuring. Two men unload and place, carefully unwrapping each piece of furniture exactly where I wanted it. (even when I changed my mind on the location of chairs). They were great! Everything arrived just fine and my friends arrived to help and welcome me back to FL. Thank you very much Vicky, Haim and crew for making my move a great experience! I recommend Moving Pros USA. They know their business and work hard to make their customers happy and satisfied! Good business practices and owner personal supervision. Cathy Katzenstein Sarasota, FL read more

Moving Pro completely opened our eyes to what a PROFESSIONAL move SHOULD and the knowledge, experience, and genuine care was unparallel to anything I have ever seen. We have moved across the country well over 10 times and to say this was an amazing experience would be an understatement. If there was a way to give 6 stars out of 5, we would. We have had nightmare experiences with brokers that sent amateur crews, have tried to rip us off by changing the price on us, and had a horrible and impossible time trying to communicate with the moving company directly through the broker. From the initial call over the phone with Mila and Vicky, they had answered all our questions to give facts in black and white, while providing the utmost clarity in understanding everything that was entailed with the move. They explained the benefits of going with a direct company with trusted reviews and experience versus going with brokers who charge a 20-25% fee on top of what the actual moving charges and find all the different types of ways to try to charge more either by weight, packing materials, or any other numbers of ways. They were prompt and gave updates all the way from the initial pickup morning to the trip across country to the actual delivery. There were no surprises and the way that Haim and his crew took incredible care in wrapping all the items including a very expensive china cabinet, the china itself, and very elegant and heavy furniture. It was truly amazing to see the crew work and the way they wrapped the china cabinet and other items, they were so shielded by tape, shrink wrap, and blankets that it looked like a very tight cocoon that nothing could penetrate to scratch. The covers they had for the beds were top notch, as well. There was a huge comfort in seeing the same person, Haim, on both ends and also being able to see the same beautiful, very well kept, and clean truck in California that was being loaded that would be the SAME truck arriving in Minnesota. Surely enough, everything arrived in perfect condition and the unpacking was very efficient. Every single crew member and representative that we came across represented the company well and there are no words to describe the peace of mind of knowing our stuff was in the best hands moving across the country. In the future, we would not even consider a different company. read more

Look no further...Moving Pro Inc. is the best in the business. I researched at least 20 area LA area moving companies. I needed a company that could pack and move my daughters apt. and car to storage, with her not being there. After I talked to Vicky the first time, I knew I could trust them to help us.I was a nervous wreck thinking about what all had to be done, but Vicky and Haim went above and beyond...and I mean beyond what a normal moving company would do. We worked together over phone calls, texts, emails and thru face timing to make sure everything was taken care of. Extremely professional, but very kind and caring. They face timed us before the move from the apt. to evaluate, called while they were packing to ask questions and sent us a video tape afterwards of the apt. to show us the condition of the apt. before it was inspected by the complex. We would have not been able to due this with any other company (I called ALOT of companies).Vicky and Haim are the very best. Period. read more

I used Moving Pro for my move from CA to FL just before Thanksgiving. I had a great experience with Vicky who was in contact with me throughout my move. She did the initial estimate walk through and there were no surprises at the end. Very accurate and they added my large cat condo at the end even though it wasn't in the initial estimate. Vicky's estimate was lower than two other estimates I obtained. They packed my furniture well with no damage and nothing was missing. The driver was professional and courteous. I am very happy with Moving Pro and highly recommend them. read more

I've been using moving companies in the past for cross country /long distance moves and have experienced variety of services but this one is my Silver lining: We bought a sofa from Restoration Hardware and a moving company from Long beach delivered it. when it arrived they couldn't get it up to the 3rd floor and estimated a $1000 hoist with 5 men. other companies rushed to give the same estimations and We were already thinking how to sell this sofa with a loss while in our garage. Chaim from moving pro arrived and looked at the sofa and showed up the next day with another guy. they spent 1.5 hours and moved it with a lot of brain an a bit muscle using a pulley system and a lot of experience. no damage was done to the sofa or the building and everything went really smooth. we only paid $300 which is a quarter of many other estimates and they even offered to take the old one downstairs for no extra charge. I will recommend them to anyone I know and will move out with them when time comes. the movers themselves were very respectful, clean and organized, showed much appreciation to goods, and safety of belongings. this is not an illegal cheap hire guys but the kind of people you would be just fine bringing in to your home and move everything you own and care for. read more

Many firsts for me with this experience. Moving Pro was a great help from prep through finish. Nothing wasted and very efficient. Husband and wife owned. Crew are long time company workers - a sign they're happy and experienced. I used the packing service. Careful and extremely quick. My goods arrived in perfect condition. Lots of communication which I really appreciated. Lots of details which were explained perfectly and completely. These experiences sometimes spiral into an emotional place where you feel helpless. Not with Moving Pro, they always let me feel in control. A few questions: 1) How did you discover Moving Pro in the first place? I did A LOT of research, and they were the best I found before the move. During the move I felt that way and after the move I still feel that way today. 2) Would you recommend them to a family member or best friend? Absolutely. 3) Would you use them again? In a heartbeat. Thank you for everything! read more

My wife and I have used big van line companies in the past but we chose Moving Pro Inc. this time and we are very happy that we did. The move was from CA to AZ. Everything made it in very good condition. Haim, the driver, is very professional - polite, punctual, conscientious, efficient - and friendly. We hired Moving Pro Inc. to do the full packing of the household. I wasn't around for the packing but my wife said that the packers had packed things very well. After having unpacked most of the boxes I agree. We have many art glass pieces and oil paintings. All came through fine. The packers also helped with taking the furniture out and loading the truck. No damage to the house getting things out at the origin and the crew that helped with the unloading at the destination also took great care bringing items in. We have one particularly large and heavy piece of furniture that made the move better than had been done by any of the big van line companies we had used in the past. Two days had been allocated to pack and load our CA house but Haim and crew were able to complete it in one long day. Haim checked with my wife and I first to make sure that it was OK for them to stay late to finish up in the one day. We were fine with that and it turned out that staying late meant until about 7:30pm. Even though the packing and loading proceeded at a quick pace there was no sacrifice in the care of our items during packing and loading. Unloading at the destination was the same. Only a few boxes showed any outward sign of damage. Haim opened those with us and unpacked them to make sure the contents were fine, which they were. He is sincerely concerned for the well being of the items moved and takes responsibility for anything that may be amiss. He also tries to make to move as less stressful for the home owners as possible. If you are considering a move in the region that Moving Proc Inc services definitely talk to them. Moving is always a big event. For us Moving Pro Inc. made it easier. read more

We moved from San Francisco to Chicago and they did a great job. Very professional and nice. I'd highly recommend them!

I try very hard to be appreciative of each and every person and business who does anything for me at all. We all need to be appreciated. But WOW! It's difficult to find words that express just how grateful I am to Vickie and Haim and all their crew. I moved several days ago from Los Angeles, CA to Santa Fe, NM and I was an absolute nervous wreck. Horror stories about moving companies abound. But there's no way I could rent a truck and get a bunch of friends to volunteer their time to help for a move such as this. I had been working since March 2018 to liquidate my parents' estates, sell their two houses, find a new place to live, unload as much of my own furniture and junk as possible and start the process. To top it all off, I fell and broke both wrists! Who to call? Who to trust? I found Moving Pro and all their good reviews here on YELP and decided to start with them. As soon as I spoke to Vickie, a feeling of relief and trust in her came over me that I just can't describe. Part of me thought it would be unwise to go with the first company I spoke with. The wise part of me said "ignore your gut instincts at your own peril." This has gotten so long - but really, I can't begin to tell you how well these dear people took care of me. Everything went without the slightest glitch (all during a Mercury retrograde, mind you). No surprise costs! No damage to anything. Compassion and humor. Constant communication. Etc., etc. I cannot recommend Moving Pro highly enough. If you're going to move, go with THE BEST! If I could give you guys 10 stars, I would. Total rock stars. read more

I see so many 5 star reviews one would think something is not right. Well I must say Haim and Vicki made our move from CA to TX as painless as possible. Everything from the first time I met them until Haim unloaded our belongings in TX they were nothing short of amazing. We had been in our house for 33 years so needless to say we had a lot of stuff including a car to transport. From day one, the gentleman they sent over (Sergio) to start packing was unbelievable. He packed everything like it was his own stuff but extremely quick. It took 3 trips to my house to get everything packed and loaded but before we knew it, all was gone. Because selling a house and buying a house is close to impossible to coordinate, Haim had to store our belongings for a short time before the move was made. When everything was finalized the truck was on it's way. I can't put into words how appreciative my wife and I are for the great service, the care, and the compassion. Vicki and Haim treated us like family, I'm just so happy we decided to hire them for our move. It would be impossible for any other company to come close to the service we received. read more

Moving pro is an exceptional company. From start to finish, Vicky and Haim made our long distance move stress-free for us. We got quotes from a few different companies, and while moving pro was not the cheapest, they were definitely the most trustworthy, personable, reliable, and honest. Nothing was hidden, they explained every detail of the process to us and gave us a guaranteed quote that was very reasonable- especially considering they were willing to get our stuff from Los Angeles to Austin in three days! Other companies told us it would take weeks. They went above and beyond to help us in many ways. They are both very kind people, easy to do business with and easy to talk to. They packed us in a day, moved us in three, and unloaded in hours. It was fast, very efficient, everything went according to plan and I didn't worry at all- and we were moving with a 5 month old, 13 year old, and a dog. They made it really easy, and I would highly recommend them. read more

Moving Pros took over our move when the contract company's truck broke down. Once the truck was loaded I was told the cost would be 3 times the original quote from the other company. In addition the driver said he had permission from authorities to park his truck on the road after we told him it wasn't allowed. When the sheriff cruiser came buy and told him to move we know he didn't have permission. He charged us several hundreds of dollars for a shuttle when he decided to rent a U-Haul truck. The driver then told me I needed to provide 1/3 of the moving cost before truck left the home or he would put our items into storage. Keeping in mind I already had paid 2/3 of the cost to the other mover. I told the driver I didn't have the money on such short notice and he asked me to increase my credit card limit which I did. When it was time to pay he wanted a money order or cashier's check. I called Moving Pros office to complain, however was told to pay and no consideration would be made. About 5 minutes into my call to the office and after calling the driver a liar on multiple occasions I was told my call was being recorded. What a classy move. It only confirmed the classes and unprofessional organization I was dealing with. Please do yourself a favor and do not use this company. read more
