Honestly I would never use this company again. Danny seemed like he was going to take care of us and then was dishonest at the end. That goes a long way with me. I planned the move with them well in advance, confirmed the day before the move, and the day of; to still have them delay, delay, delay. We agreed on a time of 330p for unloading help at our new home, to be pushed back to 4:30,5, 6, and eventually 6:30. Initial arrangements were for unloading at storage unit, and then home, which would have taken about an hour and a half max. As the movers' arrival continued to be pushed back by Danny, we agreed over the phone that a $50 credit for the price of the move was in order, since I and a friend would be unloading the entire storage unit including washer, dryer, lazy boy alone. He apologized on our last phone call and said that he was sorry they had to push back our time throughout the day and he could understand our frustration. When the movers finally arrived, I set a timer on my phone, and proceeded to continue helping them unload as well as orchestrate where things should go on our property. Including the time set aside for me to hunt down a lighting charger for one of the gentlemen for a dead iPhone, the entire process took 34:50. Less than 35 minutes. When I went to settle with the movers, I was sent an invoice by Danny for $170, with a note that there was $30 off for being late. When I pressed him on the phone about this, he stated that "but we said if you got the move done in under 30 minutes, we would give you $50 off". Not only is this a lie, but it's some sort of gaslighting joke, as if I don't know and have a witness to exactly how our conversation went. Since Danny played me I just said whatever... paid the $170 invoice instead of the $150 agreed upon amount and went about my day. With no tip. So the $170 you got was less than the $180 I would have paid you ($150 +$30 tip 20%). Really you scammed yourself, got a bad review instead of a glowing one, and should give every penny to Raheem and (Trey?) for their hard work and positive attitudes. This is nothing against them.
