He insisted on a video walkthrough so he could give the most accurate estimate he could, explained everything and answered packing questions and more along the way. I used Easy Company Moving back in 2020 when I moved from Tacoma to Bellingham, so I decided to hire them again because I knew they'd do a great job and it would give me peace of mind. Kyle Carson, owner, was very response, gave me a quote, there were not "hidden" fees or gotcha pricing when they arrived. Sean and Miguel were the two team members that did the move and they were so kind, communicative and really went above and beyond, in my opinion. Everything went smoothly and I'm so pleased. An update: September 2026…read more It has now been over two months since my move in early July, and I am once again having issues with All Service Moving. This morning I received three back-to-back calls (9:16, 9:17, 9:19) from the company while I was in a meeting. The first call went to voicemail, but they continued calling. I have not been given any explanation for why they are suddenly contacting me months later. This is especially frustrating because after my move, the movers repeatedly contacted my personal phone pressuring me for a tip and a five-star review. I eventually had to block the number. The move itself also went poorly. The truck they brought could not access my loading area despite the information and photos I provided beforehand, resulting in additional trips and delays. A move estimated at 3-4.5 hours took around 6.5 hours and cost over $1,000. When I submitted a claim, Operations Manager Donald Stansbury essentially dismissed it with a very short, poorly written email stating they could not provide any reimbursement or refund. I had hoped the matter was over. Now, two months later, I am receiving repeated calls about the claim with no clear explanation. I would recommend keeping all communication with this company documented and in writing.

I never spoke to them and yet they keep sending me things trying to get my business. I will never work with any business that lies at the outset. Update: I called the number from the text and they confirmed they were Adam's moving. I confirmed the address in Seattle that was registered with the Department of revenue in Washington state. Checking with the Department of revenue in Washington state there is only one Adams moving registered with the state. I am attaching a screenshot of the text. There are far too many scams out there that try to start off by saying I have reached out to them. It's a way to get your foot in the door and get you to call back. I find it dishonest, and I would never do business with someone who started out a conversation by claiming I asked them to call me. Update 09/24/2026 They have messaged me several times. They claim they called the phone number in the screenshot and it belongs to an Adam's moving company in Texas despite having a 509 area code, which is eastern Washington. I explained to them again that I called the number and confirmed multiple times that they were in Washington State with locations in Seattle and Tacoma. I suggested that if they feel someone is impersonating their company they contact them. I stand by my review based on my personal interactions with the people I spoke to at the number shown in the screen capture. The fact that they're trying to tell me the 509 area code is in Texas makes me feel even more strongly that they are not being honest. I suggested if they feel somebody is pretending to be their company perhaps they should look into that. The skilled operator put the unit on a smaller platform with wheels and used a remote control to drive the unit down our precarious driveway. The crew start working at 9am and finish at 12:10am and then call the office for the final charge. The move is from Storage to unload at residential home. I thought it would be easy and smooth transaction. Just labors and truck. Nothing complicate. The branch manager call for the total of 1235$ which combine all fee that is not even in the quote. I believe this is a Shady and scandalous way of doing business. I should believed some other bad review on yelps and Google. At the end they lower the price to 1081$. The calculation that I got from my calculation is 3hours and 10 Mins + 1 hour of travel fee = $950. I didn't use any of packing material. I only use the labors+truck. This actuall pisses me off. I just paid them 1081$ just to get it over with. The only good thing about this transaction is Erick and his crews are very curtious and polite. They work fast. I have another loading coming in from out of state. I think I better use any other company. They promised me of 10% discount. You have to be crazy to use them again. I am quite generous w/ ratings and it takes a lot for me to not give someone 5 stars. I thought to…read moregive them a 3 star as they can do a lot better (I will come to that later) but as per Yelp rating guidelines, 2-star means "Could've been better", so 2-star it is. The move was scheduled for 2PM and original estimate was 3 hours, so I had elevators and loading docks reserved for both my apartments from 2PM to 5PM. I waited till 2:30PM and when no one showed up, I felt someone could at least reach out to me with an update. I texted my point of contact after waiting for 40 minutes stating that the elevators could only be blocked for a certain period of time and post 5PM, the move will become slower due to loading dock not being available (see screenshot) I was informed that movers still hadn't finished the previous job - which was understandable if they could reach out to me and tell me that, so I could re-book the loading dock. I requested an estimate arrival time so I could plan my things around it - no answer. Movers showed up at 3:45PM! Yes, almost 2 hours late! When we arrived at the new apartment (which is less than a mile away from my old apartment), exact same situation happened as I expected! The loading dock was occupied by someone else and we had to wait. After talking to lots of management people over the phone and making multiple requests, I was able to reserve the elevator just for us. Moving stuff from the truck to the apartment (with a reserved elevator) took 3 hours!! I was quoted for 4.5 hours when original estimate was 2-3 hours! I paid the entire amount but when I was on phone with the owner, I mentioned if I could provide a feedback and said that I am getting charged for 2 additional hours because movers did not arrive on time and moreover, I had been mentioning this already. I want to emphasize that I paid the amount first after the complain because I want to clarify that my complaint is genuine - not only I had to pay more than $300 extra, I was drained out of energy, ended up leaving some stuff due to hurrying and the whole idea of not doing any work myself did not fall in place. In return, forget an apology, the response was a long pause and "I see. Thank you for business with us." I did tip the movers well because they did their best. It was a management issue where lack of communication and not caring about client's ask are two major disappointments. Not to mention, I later found out that my standing desk wire got torn out in the moving too but at this point, I am not even mad!
