I reached out multiple times and was promised it would be repaired in the next few days but I am still without a pool to use. It also doesn't help that a pool cleaner has been coming out weekly just for chemicals (pump doesn't work) and they are still charging me. Please note that after the first repair, the pool was worse as the oring was left out. Since that time it has been nothing but trouble. Plenty of other pool services out there to go to and I would recommend you use them.

I sent out a few quote requests, and Kyle got back to me quickly with a competitive rate. I hired his company, and Scott came out to get my pool looking pretty again. Green turned to blue in no time, and we were back in good shape for Summer fun. After the swamp, and following black mold were remedied I hired Radiance Pools to handle my weekly maintenance. Jeremy became our weekly pool pro, and he was great. Fortunately, he was also very patient on all the days I forgot to unlock my gate. We were happy clients for about half a year, until I sold the house. During the summer their services cost about the same as I was paying for chemicals to maintain the pool on my own. In the cooler months it would have been much cheaper to maintain on my own, but we happily kept them coming because of how easy they made things. I'd still be a paying client had I not moved.

We hired them to clean our pool, but despite months of service, they failed to turn our pool from green to blue. It gets worse: they completely ignored the pool motor during their visits. When a separate cleaning team inspected the pool, they discovered that the motor was actually punctured and on the verge of failing dangerously. We have received multiple complaints from tenants about their lack of work and poor results. This business does not check equipment, fails to resolve basic water quality issues, and creates safety hazards through neglect. Save your money and go with a reliable service instead.

I let Sean know we planned to stick with our usual provider once he was back, and he was incredibly understanding and flexible about it. If anything ever changes with our regular pool service, I wouldn't hesitate to call State 48 again. Really appreciate Sean's flexibility, his willingness to fit us into a busy schedule, and his understanding of the situation. And for the record, they got our pool looking great just in time for our regular guy to return. Thanks again, State 48!

I was outside of the 3 year warranty that they offered by about 6 months, but had no problem paying for the work. The woman who answered the phone was pleasant each time I called, but it took several attempts over several weeks to get a call back from someone who could assist. Each time she said she'd pass my info on and I'd hear back when they (I believe the owner, but I can't say for sure) returned. I finally got ahold of someone and scheduled an appointment for them to come out and repair the tiles. I changed my work schedule around to accommodate their appointment window and they never showed. I called towards the end of the window and then again afterwards. I left voicemails each time to try to find out if they were still coming. Nobody answered and I never received a call back. I strongly suggest giving your money to a business that wants and appreciates it.

1 Star - Poor Communication, Poor Service, Pushy Billing…read more We switched to Pool Daddy after our longtime pool guy retired and recommended them. Big mistake. No notice before showing up (even though we have a people-reactive dog and told them in advance to warn us). The tech backwashed directly into our yard, ignoring the clean-out 15 feet away, then tossed in only 3 chlorine tabs. That's it. When I called, I got a lukewarm apology and was told the same level of service we used to get would now cost double. They didn't address the algae issue we already had, so I ended up doing it myself. I cancelled after one week. Then came the multiple payment demands for that single week, before the invoice was even due. Not local (based in Flagstaff), overpriced, and unprofessional. Would not recommend.
