So for me to actually make a review that is negative.... It means that I've given this place not one chance but actually several! This is the worst place to get store YOUR Belongings! Do not do it. I had my storage for a few months, noticed mice droppings in the storage after a couple months. I reported it right away. They were apologetic and said they would get somebody on it. I went back three days later. Nothing happened and there's more droppings and now URINE! When I went to the front desk, there was a different woman at the desk I interrupted her on a personal call. She wouldn't even look at me. She wouldn't give me her manager's number or email. She said she can't get that information out. She said that they were going to have someone come and check it out but Company only comes out once a month for pest control. I explained , this is an emergency clearly there's rodents here that needs to be addressed . I was met with rolled eyes. I emailed the customer service department, they were actually very good! They Immediately escalated it to the managers so I was very hopeful. Unfortunately, my hope was short lived. I have been told they're doing everything to try to find out where the rodents are coming from. But in actuality, nothing has been done. It's been over a month . Nothing's been DONE! Now, several pieces of my nice wood furniture have been ruined and I have to go through my private HOME insurance. This is what secure space is banking on unless you purchased their own insurance..DO NOT WASTE ONE PENNY AT THIS PLACE!!!! I have given them too much time to fix this... I will be taking my stuff out of there! Just so you know, the ceilings are open with chicken wire. The rodents are getting in and jumping from storage to storage. I wish I would've noticed this before while I first renting this place. I hope I save somebody the heartache, stress and the money that I've had to deal with!!

When my boyfriend and I met her to help her move we found 2 dead mice inside her unit, rat poison in the unit, and urine and feces was pretty much on all of her belongings. When we unloaded boxes at her new place a box had to be left outside because it had a familiar smell of dead mice. To no surprise there was a dead mouse inside, and another one was found while unpacking inside. Yes, 4 total! This location claims to be a friendly, family owned company which is surprising based on how they are treating my mother. The manager, Sarah, won't call her back or give my mom the contact information of the owner. Sarah is now ignoring my mom's calls and voicemails because she requested to have her money paid back. This is extremely unsanitary, unsafe for animals (if other animals eat poisoned mice they too die), and very unprofessional. My poor mom had to throw belongings away, and sanitize what was salvageable. All around it's disgusting. To top it off a woman by the name Sahvanna Jansen left a review shortly after my mom on Google. In summary she wrote not to believe other reviews that reported mice and claimed that management was communicative. Sounds like a conflict of interest. Like I said, all around disgusting. Our sofa was COVERED in mold, and there were repair strips from the ceiling hanging down -- it was obvious the owners knew there were problems with the ceiling leaking. We sent them photos and requested reimbursement to reupholster our sofa. They declined and said it was our problem. We moved our belongings to Premier Storage by the Bonney Lake Target -- what a difference! Premier Storage is clean, has great security and is new. Don't waste your money and risk your valuable possessions at Stor-N-Loc.

I arrived the night prior to my key not working on my storage unit lock and was told the office was closed and had to come back the next day, which is today December 29th. Had the manager try my keys and when she couldn't get them to work she decided the best action would be to drill the lock out and replace with a new one. After the lock was drilled I couldn't get the door to fully open on the unit and when I noticed my tv had been thrown into it the door I looked further in and seen everything in my unit thrown down. Everything was literally piled in the middle of the unit, I left well organized. After I got the door open all my shoes, clothes, shoes purses etc was gone. PLEASE BE AWARE AND CAUTIOUS IF YOU RENT A UNIT HERE.
