I was having knee and hip pain due to not being able to activate my right glute properly and the rest of my body overcompensating for it. My squat and deadlift were struggling as a result. Over the last month I've had monumental improvement in my lifts, as well as, no more pain! Cami has made an effort to give me exercises that I can work into my programs. It can get pricey, but it is an investment to your health and well-being, which is worth every penny! They have a holistic approach and target the treatment to individual needs. In my experience most places that take traditional insurance do not have the same philosophy and can only focus on one target area. I am overweight and never felt shamed or told to lose weight at anytime. I have not always had the same experience with other providers, so it was refreshing. Andrew got to the root cause of my symptoms and provided me with stretches and exercises to help alleviate pain and improve my workout goals. My insurance company told me that Lodo Physical Therapy- former name of this company-needs to resolve this issue with a refund. When I get a hold of someone here, I am told that they are working on it, but am never given a timeline. In December, I learned that the owner of the practice was holding onto my money because they were moving locations and funds were tight. This is just plain wrong. Posting here to see if some public shaming will finally make this refund happen. Would not recommend if you have to deal with them regarding payments...so I guess would not recommend.

Id tried it before for hand problems and been very disappointed. There was no improvement. Dr. Zinnis specifically recommended Stefan at Colorado Spine Therapy. I made a series of appointments and although I had high hopes, my expectations were low. I met with Stefan, he did some assessments, and we got started. Two visits later, my pain had already started to subside. After 3 weeks and 6 visits my pain was practically gone. It may sound dramatic, but Stefan literally turned my life around. He was able to zero in on my specific problem areas and with a few simple exercises at home, everything improved dramatically. He is very kind, his "bedside manner" honest and caring. He really listens, pays attention and with his knowledge can focus solely on the individual. I was reluctant to review Colorado Spine; they are so good....I'd prefer to keep them a secret!
